and if you wanted to go straight up hey there what's going on everyone it's Michael and if you have the worksharp elite sharpening system which is the Ken onion with the blade grinder attachment you guys are going to love this video so I've been wanting to get some of these attachments for a while now so if you have a worksharp system uh if you look online I think they have attachments for the Precision Pro um or the Precision adjust and basically you can buy attachments I think it's the Precision adjust you can buy attachments for and at one point I had seen attachments for this I wanted to order them but I was so busy at the time I just never got around to ordering them well I was looking on Facebook the other day I came across a post that someone had posted they bought some of these attachments from so I'm going to link it down in the description if you guys want to buy these um send of you guys information but basically let's go let's go through these together I kind of dug into it cuz I wasn't even sure what this was and then when it arrived I was I was like man I got to make you guys a video so this is it these pieces are 3D printed so I'll link the print model or whatever you call it I I don't print 3D stuff but if you want to 3D print this the link will be in the description um okay so you have his Reddit his username in there pretty sure that's what that is uh so this I believe attaches to this I think it's like a riser so does it do it just slide oh okay okay okay we're getting some upgrades going today check this out I like that um looks like we got a strip of something right here I don't know let's go ahead and check it out spend a little bit more time with this okay okay interesting interesting stuff interesting stuff it's almost like I don't even know what I bought wow and then we have a shout out on the username down there I don't know if you guys can see it but uh username is in there as well timinator 6 and p o t r n a k o 028 all right so so again These are 3D printed and see there's two different shapes so we got to figure this out and then I also got I got a second set because I have a couple Canen Onan or the elite sharpening systems from worksharp so we're going to keep these in the package put these ones over here so let's let's check out this where does this go wonder if it goes on here sorry about that the phone ran out of space so I had to clean up a little bit but I think I got it figured out so it's maybe two different bases that one just allows you to maybe rest the blade start using it come off of it start using it and then maybe this one allows you to work with a smaller blade you know maybe you have a a blade and you need to do some angling not exactly sure what this one is for we'll figure it out all right guys so I got a load of belts kind of everywhere but don't mind the mess so let's go ahead and try out this system baby we got a little upgrade going we got a little upgrade going so uh let's go ahead and use that D knife that we were using earlier and we'll use a triact A45 it's a 400 grit okay so you can still put belts on pretty easily with the system too having this on here I like that they made the cut out for that wow you can be very close be very very close maybe a little too close okay all right so that's a 15° hopefully you guys can see that pretty well I don't know what angle this is but we're setting about 15 I like that already I like that already [Music] wow I think there's a little bit of a belly on this so kind of it's not like perfect you can see a little bit towards like right here oh wow try it on this side e [Music] so this thing is so sweet I really like it and eliminates you having to go back and forth I mean like the difference okay let we can leave this on right yeah we can leave this on but so the difference is is huge like you can see we have to uh whereas before whereas before when you're using the system you have to come down here tell your level and come [Music] up like when you're doing it like this this is all muscle memory so you have to get a good grip on the blade you have to go up and down and make sure that you're not tilting it and then you have to adjust if you are it's kind of a pain work sharp if they were to upgrade this that would be so sweet like I know I'm pretty certain they're going to be putting out a second version of this I would hope they did and I would be one of the first ones to buy it but the way it stands now you have to go up to the Belt maybe that's what the second attachment is for or maybe this attachment fits yeah know and that wouldn't make sense I don't know what I'm doing um I'm sorry guys see like I said it's been a long day bear with me so basically yeah that's huge you don't have to go up and down it's such a pain having to do that and I'm glad I bought two of them so I'd highly suggest if you have the worksharp Ken onion blade grinding attachment you know you're using the same setup as me link in BIO or Link in BIO Jesus dude link will be in the description it's uh like I said it's a person who makes these he 3D prints them I don't get a affiliate or any commission or anything like that off of these sales so this is just info for you guys um I would definitely recommend getting this this is sweet um cuz like you know I just showed you you have to go down and up versus just that's that's huge of course you know take your time with it rest even if you wanted to go higher your distance is just there your distance is literally just if you wanted to use the upper portion which towards the middle you're going to get the most slack you know so if you're higher or you're lower you're going to get a straighter more straighter of a grind so this eliminates you having to go all the way up to this belt you're right here if you wanted to just go right here you're right there if you wanted to use the middle get a little bit more convex you're right there and if you wanted to go straight up here you're just right there it's instead of all the way up there so I you get the point you know what I'm saying link will be in the description you guys can check this out um I think this thing is sweet I'm so glad I got it we're going to figure out what that other piece is for with the little Notch I'm going to go ahead and message the guy and I'll let you guys know but let me know what you
