Woman Claims Mother-In-Law ‘Sticks Her Nose Into Pretty Much Everything In Our Life’

i'm curious where you are and what you're saying and doing when anybody in this world your father a stranger your mother a friend is calling your wife crazy [ __ ] i knew the day after i got married that my relationship with my husband was going to be in major jeopardy due to my mother-in-law tammy would have probably not been somebody that i would have chosen for troy joyce has called me a [ __ ] a redneck trailer parked trash she sticks her nose into pretty much everything in her life i think there's been times when my mom absolutely is justified for butting in she told me i was a piss-poor mother and didn't deserve to have children she bosses those kids like they're military your stuff picked up pick up your shoes i do have house rules and they're pretty simple take your shoes off make your bed clean your room eat your dinner she raises them with so much authority she's trying to show that she's the strong take charge great mom but it comes off as a bully we can't stop just coughing it's impossible tammy at this point in our relationship i think what my mom says is right i do side with her and tammy has a huge problem with that why does there have to be rules it's almost like a military go just because your mom's here joyce butts into our finances she thought i was running everything into the ground she has put into our intimate relationship and said that you can't spend your life in bed they have a great sexual relationship but sex is not going to keep your marriage together oh hey mom how you doing i don't come first i'm not made to be the important one troy has left me four times and i always feel that it's been with the guidance and coaching of his mom i think i'm going to end up leaving tammy again you've always picked her first that's crazy i'm your wife dr phil my mother-in-law is butting in and ruining my marriage can you help me do you think that what your mother-in-law is doing is designed to disrupt your marriage is she doing this on purpose yes and and when i was going through everything that you told us before the show you were self-critical you said i could have done a better job here i could and you pointed those things out to us definitely so you don't think you're perfect no and you think she's way less than perfect right no i don't think she's way less than perfect but i did well yeah the tape was a little harsh i thought oh well now wait a minute if if there are there things in there that are misrepresentations no no well what part of it was harsh because i'm very very clear with my people about to give me a balanced tape that represents exactly what's happening in the relationship and if that's wrong you need to tell me is the tape harsh or are you harsh no i'm not harsh i have never said a lot of those things maybe i think tammy feels that's the way i feel but i have not said okay well let's just go over those you said that she's called you a redneck an [ __ ] trailer trash and a sick little girl that needs help yes is that true or false that's false that's false you did not which ones are these did you know i did not call her trailer trash i did not call her a redneck and what was the other one [ __ ] no my husband did that that was you that was me okay what are y'all the tag team i thought after saying that i thought about that those words uh for quite a while uh my choice of words and and frankly the first time that uh they're not the first time but uh this is part of tammy's vocabulary every other word so i don't think that really offended her possibly the uh crazy uh did but in my my opinion she needed help and i think she is crazy and uh and as far as a [ __ ] yeah that's she was certainly acting like that at the moment that i said it so it's just because she uses it she uses it and the crazy [ __ ] part you say is based on facts on fact you all stand by [Laughter] now you're her husband right right this is troy the husband hello um because i'm curious where you are and what you're saying and doing when anybody in this world your father a stranger your mother a friend is calling your wife crazy [ __ ] you
