Wolfman Pizza Food Truck

hey this is ron from bass and wheels i want to show you this very unique pizza truck we just finished let me walk you around and show you this beautiful truck i will show you all the in and out equipment setup and all the special equipment on this particular truck it's a brand new step van that we completely fabricated for the last three months and you're gonna see all the special features on this one [Music] [Music] so this truck have 229 gallon propane tank they're under the truck mount the special tanks they have access door for each one of the tank so you can fill up and see the level of propping on the gauge this truck have a eight foot serving window with an awning though of course the window got led lights in the window it's a module led lights and we're going to show it there is projectors on the outside all around the truck the window i have a serving shelf the fold out and lock down for serving the truck have a back entry door is a screen though so you have a first door and then you have a second screen door so you can operate with the dough open and now no box can go in preventing any instinct to go into the truck you have a fold down step you can follow down easy climb up the reason we do fold up is you can drag the bottom of the truck so you prevent it from destroying the folding step it's very easy access as you see i can go in if i have anything in my aim very easy i can climb up this truck have a 12 000 watt diesel comments on in generator it's very quiet this general is very high-end is it in a compartment we if we need to repair this generator it's very easy we install it on a sliding mechanism so this unit can actually slide out and we can repair it do whatever it needs maintenance closure by back close the door and you never know the unit is even inside this is your 50 amp connection to show power if you want to plug it to regular electric you just plug it in there's a transfer switch inside we can switch between electric and generator did i have a battery compartment this is where the battery for the generator is located you have a door over so if you have to maintain it it's very easy to access because the truck is gasoline and the generator is diesel we have a diesel fuel tank 18 gallons so you probably give you around 18 hours run on the inside you have a gauge and we're going to show you i can see the level of the fuel when i'm operating it says the lights as you see we have led flat lights all around the truck they all operate on batteries so even if the generator is off the lights will still stay on as you see is another unique thing we have chrome wheel simulators on this truck they have chrome wheels very unique to see it on trucks very clean looking as you see the truck is full wrap it's a 3m wrap high resolution wrap this part of the things we do we do a lot of prepping before we wrap the truck and this is the final result let's walk in and show you this beautiful kitchen [Music] [Music] so [Music] as you see this kitchen is completely stainless steel let me show you all the cooking equipment and refrigeration this should have a double conveyor oven it's a lincoln double conveyor oven the middle of it this pizza conveyor oven can rotate pizza between three to five minutes depends if it's fresh or frozen and this one is a double so it's actually double oven one oven on top one oven on the bottom it roll either this way or roll the other way okay you have a five foot hood system let's walk this way you have a big pizza prep table this is a refrigerator pizza prep this is a double dough pizza prep and then you have nine topping for pizza you can make easy 20-inch pizza on this prep table you have a under counter refrigeration that is a work table and on the counter so the way they're preparing the dough and then you go to pizza prep topping conveyor oven one or conveyor oven two you have a three compartment sink that's mandatory in most states you have on-demand propane water heater that can heat it up immediately as soon as you turn the water on you have an end washing sink with splash guards paper towels pencil soap dispenser this is the counter for the serving areas you see the big eight foot window you have a window on the right window on the left and solid glass on the middle and then you have a counter top you can put your cash register you can service the customers as you see a serving window you have a serving on left and then you have a serving on right so if you have a older line and pick up line either way can be done this is a solid glass between them of course it's the screen window as well over here you have a double dove refrigerator it's a 35 cubic feet it's extra storage a lot of room for refrigeration in this truck as you see this is where the generator compartments sit this is the generator it's in a soundproof box so we cannot use it on the inside and then over it we have a counter table a prep table so you can go the pizza can go out from the conveyor straight to the table and then you can go to the customer you can cut it right here and go to the customer i see this is the control panel of the truck you have a diesel fuel tank control i can shut the generator from here i can see how much fuel i got and i can turn all the lights around the truck for me of course delicate breakers like we do on all our trucks and trailers very unique we have delicate breaker for every item in these trucks so you can control what is on and what is off and then this is the transfer switch we're switching between generator power and electrical power this truck have two air conditioning unit two fifteen thousand btu there is one on the back one on the front and then you have a make up air fan to bring fresh air in will bring fresh air in as the exhaust fan push all the air out this will bring fresh air in and reduce a lot of the static pressure in the truck led lights all our trucks are trailer is very standard what we do led light to roll through the old truck led lights all around outside projectors led lights in the windows and you see there is a modules on the window of course at nighttime you look a lot more brighter but you have window area very bright projectors all around the truck this truck have diamond plate aluminum flooring of course we have a heat resistant between it between the truck and the diamond plate there's a heat resistant bolt so you don't feel no heat from the bottom you look very nice you can wash this old truck with no voids this truck have the new up-to-date gas line north carolina i have new roles about how to run the gas line this is the new updated gas line system as you see individual intake for gas line everything mounted under the truck the tanks are very secure the sitting compartment of individual regulators and then every gas line coming in individual for every piece of equipment [Music] you
