our next guest everybody has been cooking for Hollywood a-listers for decades and he's here today to show us how to make some delicious food for dinner please welcome back to our show Celebi chef and friend to our show Wolfgang Puck thank you thank you uh-huh now what are we doing what we're gonna show you how to make a delicious dish which is tasty but also easy and fast to make so but before we do that I love the idea of an online cooking school absolutely I think it's a great thing because you people learn online today so not only you get there how to know a recipe but you learn the techniques how to it's like having me in your own home showing you how to cook I mean this is the perfect way so you punch in you can I show you how to slice and mince an onion how to saute how to poach an egg or how to make a cake so you'll learn it from A to Z and unlike here at the show they give me 15 minutes so okay okay get started now what do we have a light so we're gonna make some chicken scallopini you know everybody thinks chicken are really healthy and good for you so be gonna heat the pan I'm gonna show you I have a chicken fresh here it's kalilas little slices thin slices like thin cut pieces of veal chicken whatever you like so you put them right in here okay in a plastic paper yes in the clear wrap I clear up or whatever you call it okay I'm still not good in English but you know clear wrap where are you from but ah from Austria oh you know Austria yeah did you ever go know what I don't leave in your New Jersey oh you're not living in shiver I come to New York I do the show I go back home when you are at the best place why leave yes yeah we love you church one of my favorite singers if you have them up from your Jersey too huh so alright so now I have them here I'm gonna put a little salt on here if it comes out alright yes and then ed Lester a little twister okay you know this is a twister too for the pepper here well I'll help you I'll do this okay you do the sword yeah there's not enough salt oh my god oh you're like me you like so I don't have the blood pressure so I saw me die I love salt yes so but you cannot as much or little as you want what what is this let me come away a pepper now my pen is really hot here so I'm gonna put my scallop penis in here I flour them lightly okay put more salt more pepper this is more pepper okay well whatever you're lying white pepper though I've never had this before okay white or black whatever you like yeah it's up to you okay that's all right Jackson said oh okay you remember him - good all right so now while this is cooking we're gonna start a little spinach so okay I have here a garlic cloves I just gonna crush it a little bit it's one thing and put it in the oil so down to put a beast yes mmm you like that huh no I love garlic okay good then be unlucky so spinach spinach is very good for you so I'm gonna add that in a hot pan you don't need no water no nothing so I'll show you how to saute it give it a little touch of sugar maybe if you like it now are you doing chili Oscar parties afterwards because I know that you're fabulous every year we do the Oscar 22 years already so what are you making well I don't know yet but I gonna make chicken pot pie for Barbra Streisand because she loves that John Travolta love says we're gonna make some lobster dishes but you know you only have like six weeks Porter oh that's a long time I mean it's like I'm not making a baby I'm cooking all right so now here once it's brown a little bit we turn it over all right how many people on your staff help you be Oscar I have 300 cooks and chefs in the kitchen and eight of 800 waiter Busboys and bartenders and everything now you see the spinach you only want to wilt it you don't want to cook it too long right because all the nutrients go out so that's what you learn in my cooking class how to really do it from A to C now here this is almost done we don't want to overcook it oh we have one minute we have to go is your wife gelila my wife kalila is fabulous and I'm happily married you have to tell everybody - yeah all right now we're gonna add a little French oh she designs handbag she design handbags she also designed clothes and she made me look much better she made me exercise and I'm a sheikh she has totally the boss at home fun more so you're not she is so talented and she takes the good care of our children how are the children the children you know Oliver wants to be a chef also how old is he he is 10 now let's finish this dish here you know last time that you were here my son asked you a couple of questions yeah and he's become quite the chef at home oh yeah so I appreciate yeah it's so good when the kids stop to cook at home and eat better at home so now we put all the scaloppini on top here burn my belly oh it's some like it hot -
