[Music] hey what's up guys worldwide here we have a special video for you guys today and as i'm sure most of you are all aware andy fordham passed away 11 days ago on july 15 2021 an absolute legend of the game probably one of the most well-liked players in all of darts and on top of that world champion back in 2004 so i think we could do a special review for him today and take a look at his most recent darts the win more special edition and a beautiful set of darts can't wait to review these can't wait to throw them so i won't keep you waiting any longer what do you see we grab the other camera we'll take a close-up look go over some stats and dimensions and then after that i'll get them on the dart board i'll throw them for a little bit and let you know what i think of the one more andy fordham special edition darts so here we go guys should be a good video okay guys here we go the one more andy fordham special edition darts as you see here comes in this really nice cardboard hang case i suppose you could pause the video and read the back of the box right there if you wish but let me tell you what these darts in person with this blue titanium nitrate coating they're just absolutely stunning such a beautiful dart so what do you say we just get a little bit closer look and we'll run down some stats and dimensions okay there we go a little bit closer look at the darts there and like i just said this blue titanium nitrate coating man it is just popping in person absolutely beautiful and all the shades of blue match up really well on the back end here you see we have some white prism force stems those are medium length we have the one more standard size flights we'll write down some stats and dimensions these are a 90 tungsten barrel the barrel length coming in rather short at 40.8 millimeters long in the barrel width this entire section right here in the middle the blue coated section 7.85 millimeters wide so kind of short kind of wide and the advertised weight on these things 24 grams it came in just a little bit light but the match winning was incredible the first barrel i put on a scale 23.92 grams the other two barrels 23.93 grams it's only one 100th of a gram off that's some incredible match waiting there just about as good as it gets but what do you say we get a little bit closer look at these beautiful barrels okay let's get a little bit closer look at these beautiful barrels and i tell you what the blue titanium nitrate coating kind of sells it for me i just think that's a great looking set of darts as you see there in the back end we've got the one more logo and behind that we've got four multi rings there's also four multi rings right there on the nose going on the tapered nose cone by the way and then in the middle of the barrel i guess they call that an elliptical grip and all i can say is that it is super super grippy i'll go ahead and give these a level four grip on a scale of one to five but what do you say we get them on the board and see how they fly and you know what i'm gonna go with this exact setup the only thing i'm gonna add are some trident 180 nose cones to eliminate that lip on the front end and that way i won't bash up the original flight but yeah let's get these things on the board and see how they fly here we go okay let's have a few throws with the completely stock andy fordham special edition darts and i think you guys know that i prefer a barrel completely are totally opposite to these i prefer throwing with a long skinny barrel these are short and fat however during my last five minutes warm up i found that they're so easy to throw there's really only one place to grip these things right in the middle of the barrel point to finger and thumb right on that blue titanium nitrate coated section and it just makes for an easy repeatable grip each and every throw i did notice that the darts were standing up quite a bit i'm looking at the monitor down here and they do stand up a little bit more than i'm used to that was a beautiful uh marker dart right there bullseye 25. but yeah they're definitely standing up a little more i think that's because it's the medium length stem combined with a standard size flight and even though these things are a grip level four they're really coming off the fingertips clean no issues there whatsoever oh pulled one off there into the treble five oh another thing i noticed too you know like i said earlier these are pretty wide almost nearly eight millimeters wide seven point eight five millimeters but yet they group i've had a couple of groupings and warm-ups that were incredibly tight and i think that has a lot to do with this tapered nose cone but they're surprisingly grouping i don't know a little well they're grouping a little better than i thought they would well there's a nice one that's standing up that one is too i'm blocked though all right now i know what i can do just go for the 170. ah 145 and another thing i noticed you guys know that i harp on silver points quite a bit but um yeah no issues with these silver points they're actually sticking in the board or they're holding in the board really well so no fallouts as of yet wow they're going so straight for me and i'm surprised i mean looking at these barrels and coming into this review i'm like oh man another set of short fatter barrels so i had a little bit of bias coming into it but now that i'm throwing these things wow i'm i'm really impressed with how nice they are to be honest with you i pulled that one up oh i spoke too soon silver points did me again well that was the first fallout that i had we'll do one more i don't want to end on that one i did just rotate the board though so that's a fresh trouble 20 segment it's really firm we'll do one more here oh man ah how about i don't end on a 30 either we'll do one more for real all right i'll concentrate there we go that's better all right i suppose we can end on that one you know sometimes you just get talking and you're really not concentrating on the darts but um there we go guys like i said um really surprising dart incredibly easy to throw and uh i'm really i'm just surprised at how much i like these barrels so um on top of everything else with andy passon i just think it's a great set for the collection just a beautiful set of darts and um there you go but hey we do have one more clip for you 7.85 millimeter wide darts you know what's coming here we go hope you enjoy it boom forgot the boom shirt though get in actually quite a bit of room there considering that these darts are 7.85 millimeters wide so that was kind of a spread out or a spaced out 180. so great place to end the video guys and i haven't mentioned this i haven't mentioned this in the entire video yet but i did pick
