Windows stuck on starting windows FIX

so your pc is stuck on good screen and it seems like the loading is taking forever hey what's up tech people this is mack and today i'm going to show you how to fix this problem we'll tell you everything you need to know coming up now there are several reasons why your pc is stuck in the loading screen either in your motherboard logo or windows 10 logo this could be a hardware or software issue but before considering it is a hardware issue let's do some troubleshooting first we also need to clear things up in the bios so if ever you have done any overclocks or you have turned on any ram xmp or docp we need to set those things in default so to do that restart your pc press delete key to go to bios if delete key doesn't work try f2 f4 f8 or f10 well that depends on your motherboard so if this keys doesn't work please check out your motherboard manual now in the bios look for the load optimized default try to load it up save the settings and exit bios for some of you who can't even go to the bios try to unplug your pc from any wall outlet ground yourself using the anti-static band if you have one this is just for safety remove the cmos battery by pulling this lock over here wait for five minutes then return the battery back before powering your pc back on well we need to go to the safe mode so that we could uninstall things that might be causing the stock up and loading usually it is the graphics card driver or your windows just needed update well here's the things that you need to do in order for you to go to the safe mode to boot to safe mode you need to try to interrupt the normal but process three consecutive times while it is booting use the reset button or long press the power button to interrupt the boot process then press the power button again to turn it on when windows enter the automatic repair mode on the fourth or third time just wait for it to load when the automatic repair option will appear just click advanced option or advanced repair option then choose troubleshoot then advanced option then startup settings then click restart after it restarted you'll see the startup settings like this and just press f4 and that should bring you to the safe mode when you enter safe mode right click the start button then choose device manager look for the display adapters right click whatever graphics you have and choose uninstall device check the box delete driver software for the device then click uninstall after uninstalling the driver you will be asked to restart your pc then just click yes this will restart your pc normally and you will no longer boot into safe mode when you got into desktop just install the latest graphics driver and you're good to go if that didn't fix your pc still redo the process to go to safe mode again and this time update windows 10 restart your pc after the update and hope this time it will work now if that doesn't work for you try to remove any hard drives or any other drives connected in your pc and just leave your boot drive power your pc back on and if this work it means that the other drives are causing the problem if not then i really got a very bad news for you with all of those solutions that i gave here and your pieces still stuck in the forever loading then you are facing the worst case scenario i hate to be the bearer of bad news but i have to say it your boot drive is already dead if you need a new ssd or m.2 nvme to replace your old boot drive just check out the recommendations in the links in the description below if you're able to fix your pc by watching this video please let us know in the comment section below also if you got any more questions regarding the topic i'll do my best to answer them all again just write them down in the comment section below so that's it guys this is back and i hope you found this video interesting and helpful if it does make sure to give us a thumbs up and share it thanks for watching and we'll see you in the next one you
