okay sarah i know you think that i forgot that today is our 10-year wedding anniversary but the truth is i didn't forget [Music] and i know that you don't mind that i forgot because you also told me yesterday that you had forgot so you think we both forgot so what you don't know is that when me and you go on our shopping trip today there's gonna be a team of people at our house setting up the most epic anniversary surprise for you and when we're out today you're gonna think that me and you are filming a shopping trip vlog but actually this video is a surprise video for you but this time it's a nice surprise one that you'll actually like not like my other surprise videos open your eyes i'm smiling but i'm actually really close so even though you were only 15 and i was 16 when we first started dating i think somehow we both kind of knew that this thing was going to last forever and when we got pregnant with casey i think people would have fought and we probably thought that that was possibly one of the biggest mistakes we ever made in our lives but it actually turned out to be the best thing that ever could have happened to us we were no longer just boyfriend and girlfriend we were actually becoming a family and then of course grace came along and being parents to these two little girls was just the most rewarding thing that me and you could have ever done so there was just one more thing to make this whole family thing official so we plan to get married on the 23rd of april 2011 and five weeks before the wedding your brother passed away which was just the most horrendous thing that any of us have had to go through and it was such a hard decision for us to still go ahead with the wedding but we know and we all agreed that it's what your brother would have wanted so we did go ahead with the wedding and of course it was an amazing day and it was the best day but there was just this sadness there so last year we said that we wanted to renew our wedding vows and we planned originally to do it on our 10th year wedding anniversary but of course like everyone else's plans they've gone out the window because of everything that's happened over the last year so we will renew our wedding vows when the time is right but at least for today i wanted to in some small way kind of recreate our wedding days so the theme of today's surprise for you is going to be based off about wednesday sarah you are my best friend you are the most fun person i know i love your love it's just the most infectious thing i've ever heard i love how much of a good mom you've been to sophie even though that's been such a hard thing that we had to deal with you really pulled through and just held this family together i loved that even though you weren't really involved in this youtube channel when we first started you supported it but now you're the life and soul of this channel i love that you faced your fears when we were in hawaii and we went to see the whales you cried on the boat on the way out there because you were so scared but you did it because you wanted to experience seeing the world with your family with your girls and with me and i love you for that because that has become one of the best memories that i have with you and the girls and i think you're brave in so many ways and of course i can't not mention our precious little coco and you know being koko's mom takes a special kind of person so well done you did a great job you mean so much to all the people around you to know you is to love you but most of all you mean the world to me and i literally can't wait for you to get home today and see the surprise that is waiting for you okay that is enough of the mushy lovey stuff i need to go anyway because you're gonna be home in someone with add i've literally walked out the house and left the door open oh gosh i can see what kind of day we're gonna have so today guys is actually our 10 year wedding anniversary and joel forgot okay first of all i didn't forget we both forgot you said you forgot did you forget did you know whether i did or i didn't did you forget yes guys my statement was right shamefully i have forgotten how i went in another normally you remember what's your excuse my excuses i've got a dd and you want me to remember an anniversary joel's put the roof down and i asked him not to because i thought it's gonna be windy so it won't be windy he's okay he's got a hat on oh good it's not the windy guys [Music] okay just got into london and the first place that we're going is one of my favorite places to eat which is the hard rock cafe i i was trying to book something really nice yesterday i didn't do gauchos or the ivy i think you can choose and he's like hard rock okay so they just told us that they can't do any food because they've got a problem in their kitchen there's another hard rock on this same road it's like 15 minutes walk [Music] [Applause] we have arrived at the next hard rock cafe i feel like a tourist it's like a tourist i'm filming in london people probably think we're not from around here so the sun's gone in there's no heaters and it's freezing there's a slight change of plan because i think that sarah is gonna have to drive home after this video seriously i didn't realize it was that big when she said you're gonna go large with souvenir glass i just i think i got sucked in for the souvenir glass sugar i was literally gonna do that to you i was gonna take it right that's it you've obviously had another i'm starting to regret this decision to eat this restaurant because like it's our one chance to have like a romantic meal without the kids and here we are sat on the side of the bloody street okay i'm not regretting it so much now because look at those nachos look at those hot wings and look at this hot momma [Music] oh no she's getting ideas she's getting ideas what are you doing in this section i have lots of friends with babies actually okay so we're in selfridges and so what are you shopping for barbies oh wait wait wait wait you think we'll get this in the car sophie wants a barbie in a pretty dress and everyone's a barbie and swimming okay okay that is a pretty dress i'm gonna get sophie this one and they don't have a swimming one so i'm gonna get chloe this one i think they'll be happy so there we go [Music] my feet hurt sarah's money because her feet hurt she wears so now we have to cut out shopping trips short because sarah is having a little monarch we were having a nice little coffee outside she's like we need to go right now no i did not sit like that hold on a second i'm gonna drink my starbucks down the street during the sun says that we need to leave now my feet are burning [Music] sarah actually come to london today to buy herself a bag but she didn't buy herself a bag i ended up having to buy a bag and why did i have to buy the bag no wonder who's got the clients because she's using an oyster like as if i would do it on purpose that he would pay i was like showing you're like i do have the money you almost showed the lady your bank balance yeah on in the shop because you were so embarrassed and i was like literally she does it all the time makes me pay for it pretend she's got money sarah cut our shopping trip short which means that the guys have hardly any time to get this whole thing finished because we are now heading on our way home so it's go go go and i have no idea when we walk through the door if it's actually gonna be finished so i'm hoping for the best [Music] this is what
