[Music] I will go with a fruity pebbles I'll do a apple fritter strawberry passionfruit I do a caramel apple pie what's up guys welcome to a video so today we did make a road trip all the way out to Orlando Florida so we went to this place called Val Ricky so reason why I went here is because they do have gluten free and dairy free donuts which I've never had like vegan donuts before so I'm really excited to try them and I yeah we're was a little bit of a hike but you know why not you know had some more fun travel a little bit so we did go with four donuts and now these things are pretty massive so we did go with a caramel apple pie I believe this one was a strawberry passion fruit fruity pebbles and then the apple fritter so yeah I just went with four donuts today because these things are pretty massive so yeah I didn't want to get six and then be a little too overwhelmed so I think first yeah all right so first we're gonna go with the apple fritter now look at this thing it looks damn aesthetic alright so here we go bro wait mm-hmm Wow the apples just taste so real damn this is amazing and dairy-free Wow hmm putting it there protein bean snacks lightened mm-hmm I like a high-fiber moderate protein lower carb nice we have a homey coach to bear he's gonna be joining me for the day and he's actually gonna be helping me film some of them just like the camera work or whatever just to add some variety you know some moving shots as I'm eating and stuff but we had instead of just having the tripod set up and just the standard basic angles you know but I do what I can when I'm by myself [Music] so this is the strawberry passionfruit now you guys know how I feel about strawberry flavored Donuts so let's give it a whirl [Music] yeah like it's about like here dude it's amazing about amazing I wish you were eating these with me right now bro so far I'm really digging these doughnuts into cooler twists so they are kind of a little more like doughy / ready but really tasty nothing like a little bit of sugar to kick-start you morning whatever you do [Laughter] alright guys so this next doughnut is the fruity pebbles yeah dude yeah these things are yoked but here we go [Music] Wow now that I think about it I should have got six these things are just going down so nicely [Music] okay my friends so the last and final doorknob okay okay okay okay do we go yeah this is the caramel apple pie [Music] oh my god wow man non-stop [Music] yeah definitely could have done six of these but again for the cheat days it's just for full enjoyment like I have been cutting back on the amount of don't so do consume from 500 put six dollars from there's a lot of calories it's a lot of food lots of lots of fat carbs so to keep you well satiated for a long time so just by cutting back on one of the donuts I just feel like it digests a little bit faster I'm able to eat a little bit sooner [Music] fantastic it looked good recruits awesome Thanks sure yeah so originally gonna start the cheat day in Tampa but since there aren't any good doughnut shops in Tampa we decided to make a little bit of a drive and I'd say it was well worth it plus we got some vegan doughnuts and if you guys are in the area I highly recommend you check these guys out these donuts are awesome they're vegan but yeah if I'm ever back in this area I definitely will be back so a huge shout out to Val Rickey I hope I said the name right but yeah doughnuts are amazing and that is going to be three Valkyrie without Val Ricky decay right Valkyrie Balki Valkyrie alright we'll just call it that Valkyrie so the time is 10:42 a.m. and that is the start of the cheat day [Music] okay my friends so it is 137 p.m. and we literally drove straight from the donut place to downtown Tampa it took us a super long time because there was so much traffic but we are going to a Jamaican restaurant called Gurkha so pretty excited to have something to make your food story [Music] [Applause] [Music] yes [Music] okay my friends so we are here at jerk Hut in downtown Tampa we have this amazing plate of Jamaican food really excited so this is the plantains and then this is royce bean mixture and then this is barbecue chicken and damn does this I wish you guys the barbecue chicken a barbecue that's barbecue I don't know where to start what do you think I should work definitely the chicken is that this is the plantain definitely the plantain Wow and what's weird about me is like when I eat a dish I give him one women to breakfast the other day I got french toast right all the fruit first and then ate the French toast so most people will go for savory first and then sweets after I just love the chakra system with it with the sugar [Music] okay so this is the first time that had Jamaican food on the channel and you know I do take a lot of suggestions from all of you guys at home and whatever you guys have recommendations from you so I try to add as much variety as I can and yes the last you did have some Cuban food which was really really good and man these plantains so far are amazing I can't wait to dig in from Eden actually okay last Monday to I'm actually mad at this dude ain't having the cheat day with me girl mr. Naumann good food I am more sad than you think right now but I mean it is what it is when it comes down to dieting you have a goal it really takes a lot of consistency you know and obviously you can get shredded doing cheat days I did it 12 weeks of dieting while doing a cheat day every weekend and you know I was consistent I did hit my calorie goals and I lost weight it's just some simple math and being consistent [Music] some barbecue sauce in that rice and that sweet sweet good alright so here we have some barbecue chicken skin and all well that is perfectly cooked it just falls apart in your mouth dang so whatever you guys recommend that I should try it next comment down below and I will try to find a restaurant close by for the next day actually no next weekend we're going Miami so that's gonna be a blast [Music] it's almost like baby back ribs they're so tender it's like baby back chicken baby back barbecue chicken I want mom get that get that get that [Music] this dish is fantastic we got a leg look at that [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] yeah look at that I always forget the drink alright guys so overall this meal was absolutely amazing I enjoyed everything from the plantains to the rice and the beans and the BBQ chicken really on point so if you guys are ever in the downtown Tampa area come to the Jirka really amazing food here and again I'm sorry if I ate it and properly if that's not the way it is supposed to eat this type of food like I know that somebody said when I was eating Indian food I did use the naan and put rice on it along with the curry but they told me I was doing wrong that's just the way I like to enjoy food so yeah again sorry but yeah the spot was amazing alright guys so we are just doing a little bit of post-meal walking again I like to walk at least like 30 to 60 minutes after each meal help with digestion obviously the last meal in Orlando we didn't walk in just drove straight here we're just getting in a little activity they're not what you got bro and I just thought this sweet potato mix chicken and broccoli super basic super simple tastes very good [Music] enjoy my bro [Music] [Music] hi how're you doing I'm great and I have a beef hard taco a chicken soft taco and I'll do a chicken chalupa please and I'll think of cinnamon twist please thank you how you doing I'm great can I have fire sauce please thank you thanks a lot have a go all right here we go okay my friends so the time is 5:20 p.m. and then that the time on these cheat days just really really fly by so we are getting in our next meal we didn't decide to go to Taco Bell so what I did get was what you guys did hear me order so I'll just kind of go but just a refresh your memory I believe is a beef heart taco a chicken soft taco any chicken chalupa as well as a Sicilian twist so let's dig right in I think first first we'll go with I say we'll start with the soft taco and then we'll go to the hard taco and then we'll go over the chalupa and then finish it off with a cinnamon twist sound good all right so let's see what we got here and again I just chose Taco Bell just because I haven't had it in a really long time and it's super quick cheap and pretty simple and easy and it tastes pretty good I know a lot of people are probably like Taco Bell that's nasty amen I do a cheat day every single week and I try to just add different varieties like adding some fast food stuff here and there and just basically having variety so here we do have the chicken taco all looks like it's cheese throw a little bit of fire sauce on it fire right okay here we go and a lot of you guys missed that I haven't said it in a while and people were asking for it you got it all right guys here we go tell you what it doesn't look too special but it's pretty damn good Wow all right next up we have a beef taco and again let's put some more fire sauce yeah that stuff's so good all right buon appetito [Music] while it just really reminds me of nachos which is basically a nacho taco [Music] all right moving right along next we have a chalupa obvious thing is packed so we do have lettuce tomato cheese chicken on this I guess is it called the chalupa because of the actual bread is almost like a chicken and soft taco in one we need some more fire here we go chicken chalupa while there's a lot going on right there so that's our appointment as well and the shell is really amazing it's basically in between a hard taco shell and a soft taco shell so it has like a little bit of a chewiness to it but the outside has like a tiny crunch mmm I think this one's definitely my favorite [Music] all right last and final bite all right now moving on to the dessert so right here it's just some cinnamon twists and yeah I did have Taco Bell and these cinnamon twists in my fifteen thousand calorie cheat day video which was a challenge like it wasn't that fun to do but a challenge is fun once in a while even though it's not fun oh I like to compete with myself okay so that meal went down way faster than I thought it was I probably should have got my food but I'm actually decently satisfied I mean I could always fit more in my stomach but that was just enough and I do think for the next meal we're gonna go to this place called wood fire pizza now Kabira has been there before he actually went to go train and yeah so we're gonna meet over at that spot or I'll just scoop them up and then we will check out wood fire so pretty excited you know last cheat day I didn't even eat pizza and that's one of my favorite things to eat so I'm kind of excited to check out wood fire and see what they have [Music] okay so where we going he's about to go to wood fired pizza if some of you guys watched my blog when I ate here it's unreal and you're gonna see why all right let's go wood fired pizza this is a temperate this is in Tampa you don't have a pizza a Brussels sprouts up what do I say because my mom would put them in a pot of boiling water and I'm out bitter nasty filthy tender leaves and an 800 degrees and your wood fired up and they take on this waxy sweet the mouthfeel you'd be in describe out there so collaborated on a pizza and I now call it Palladino 5 so we have a layer of fresh Brussels sprouts with our house-made fresh mozzarella and then we put pursuit on top we then have a blend of Asiago fontina smoked provolone and Parmesan a little bit of olive oil some garlic that's been shaved on a Japanese mandolin bake it for about two and a half minutes it comes out and I present to you the Palomino pie it looks amazing and his name is Matthew Alameda alright I hope you loved it thank you very much [Music] well alright so here's the deal with the crust it's where Italy meets New York so I've removed all the defects from an Italian pie which is super soft crust totally floppy got it cut it with a knife on the floor you're now allowed to pick it up with your hands it's the perfect it comes with instructions it says pick me up there at the end it's got a point there it says stick that in your mouth first cut them all right you feeling what I'm saying come on I dig you know okay so then where does New York come in Newark comes in because it's the first high-temperature Vegas right and they use Gilly chicken wings so what would happen is I took the best of novel eat the best of New York so no super silly software and got cover the night before you know cheap ingredients hostile object ingredients and I combined it with like chef's leverage that's what room [Music] the way that though is it's amazing you want cannon bro bro it's no joke [Music] he's a master of his craft to be please work perfectly it's late which beaches didn't run I tried Dante's and Raquel both are really good Raquel's margarita pizza and Dante's is like almost like a meat lovers style pizza nice little twist man yeah it's different [Music] with a little hint of olive oil on tell me what you're eating quality olive oil extra virgin you got olive oil as a nice little kick to it so it takes the fragrance of the air in this case 20 servers that's the difference that's how parsimonious topic we don't need a lot to get flavor you want the flavor you don't wanna be beat you want to achieve balance that's what you get right guys Matthew is a freaking genius to come up with that flavor coming it's phenomenal me all I do is submit he's awesome knows his stuff yeah he's the man he's the greatest of all time you gonna get my comments such my comments section for that video I did everyone's calling him the go yeah he gives very creative and like puts different ingredients or like takes you know other pieces of stuff that he's seen and like puts is on twist on it now it always comes out really good one byte a little char on the Brussels ropes and as a nice little French so said you were last here we came back from Italy and we decided to make a babe in Colorado she mentioned something like that to me which is what normally we serve it uncut in this case among many different layers nicely it would be an injustice to do one bite yes it's everything I tried last time was unreal oh yeah let's go time right now this is a participatory pizza it's gonna require you to actually cut it after I dust it with the Grana Padano all right so you're gonna have to food all tell me how much [Music] guarana as you know is that a regular arm family age six months so it's got a nutty flavor profile it just so happens that there's some nuts on this pizza roasted salted pistachios very thin layer and bottom plane those pine nuts and garlic are going to accentuate our house from a pesto it's Lily's pesto what woody from 1896 we've got some cremini mushrooms we've got pancetta and we've got the Asheville mention time it's just love passionate he is about hustle to me yeah all right so we've got a wheel the way it works is you cut it on this and then we're going to slide it to that [Music] and here we go [Music] go don't stop you don't want a plow you want to like try and get on top of it okay say you didn't know cutting a pizza was a skill position yeah people think it's the city yeah I was like oh yeah anybody good okay so Tara's going to slide it over so what this is going to do is a screening system that allow the steam in the bottom of the crust is sort of evacuated so it doesn't become mushy let's go looks pretty intimidating yes [Music] there we go [Music] Oh you savage they're shown which melon flavor in this [Music] the pine nuts in the nuts mushrooms Satur goodness [Music] I'm an okay so we've got some chef's cream on the outside some some chocolate syrup but the cannoli cream is my nanny's family now on EA's we have a little mini chocolate chips and then we have my favorite which is the salted roasted pistachios so today let me just say is it gonna blow your mind yeah it's if I remember right it tastes extremely cold all right it should be cool it's it's it's nuts some desert warm other desserts called that's supposed to be down in one it's just the whole thing [Music] that's now it helps the flex okay when you're doing it wow it's early nineteen hundred's yeah I've never had a real cannoli like that I've had the ones you buy in stores yeah Jeremy he's incredible yeah that's the one thing like but all everything was good but I think I'm a trying that and it's light well super cold let's go all right now try this it's a chocolate chips it's gonna be a little crunch Peter thanks there thanks Bob all right so let's get some plate scrapers on the next slide shaded it's bananas you yeah on the side all right it's a banana as I taught you okay so put your only goods like that's what college is supposed to taste like now and what happens is they have the wrong balance of flavors and the shell shell suppose with crunchy you know the inside supposed to be soft and gooey and together that contrast works not overly sweet that's sweet enough again that's my new york-style ricotta that we use with some spices yeah you could have dipped some ends in a chef's cream now so here we go this is a tiramisu that I import from Italy you know why because I can't make one as good as what they make in Italy it's just late a little bit of espresso on top so market not great that's all it is it's designed to be a digest that's what it is very soft as you try to the session will literally melt in your mouth [Music] it's crazy did you get that your coffee yeah yeah a coffee pop is amazing right now you pet tiramisu how many times a lot right over the years you ever had and uh that coffee pick is amazing it's exactly what I thought when I tried it yeah [Music] [Music] get-go copies it's vertol it's mine yeah now it's the real stuff am i doin have to try and make a tell [Music] you don't import this and make anything but you do deliver on the group now my whole point is if you're not crap that is cheesecake that has fresh bananas it's made here in Tampa I fired from this really small bakery it is bananas four times [Music] slight graham cracker crust should be very creative it looks so aesthetically pleasing [Music] oops banana cake is just yes oh good thanks Peter I believe at the triac that complicates [Music] I was it isn't like super high quality just keep up the bananas stand out wrong with the chocolate and my kiwi and strawberry [Music] all right so we're in Italy maybe it keeps on getting the songs that she prefers the ones that have this it's really expensive so she's like [Music] see yes his entire religion cut it with a knife for this night for the idea as you take the outer bread in here is the Nutella so when you pierce eggshell you need to stick the bread poke it in there swap it in your mouth watch the eyes that's exactly what he's looking at in my video I loved it it's crazy you don't need to tell just by looking at the natal dead butcher this it's okay job heat it up [Music] we didn't and just spread yeah and like Nutella being really hot and they can Hans's the flavor but when you're normally eating it with a low temperature yeah it's the same [Music] this delivers right now and we're not trying to anything you guys doesn't need the greatest of all time great dude man really pleasure you're awesome man hey my bro yeah good guys man thanks
