Depends on which keter. There are some that aren't necessarily dangerous, just extremely hard to contain
Keter means hard to contain, not dangerous. A teleporting cat that's cute and huggable is Keter. A button that will cause an XK, ZK, and every other K class scenario if pressed by a 1 legged, blue eyed, albino leprechaun named Jeff who's riding a unicycle would be safe because of how unlikely that is, and even if Jeff did exist, all they'd need was to redact the location of the button from Jeff.
Survive a keter class? I wouldn't even survive 1370.
The author of the video misunderstood SCP-1000. The idea that the bigfoots spread a deadly disease is just a cover story by the Foundation to prevent people from looking into the truth, and the ordering of the SCPs is also weird. I suppose it is alphabetical with respect to item number.
