Why I'm Building This Channel!

I'm sure those of you who are subscribed to this channel are probably used to me not uploading here regularly but that's about to change and it's simply because I have a lot of topics that I want to talk about that I'm not going to talk about on my music channel my music channel has over 40,000 subscribers and when I upload these different types of videos over there they typically do not get a good amount of views it confuses the YouTube algorithm and all of that from my experience YouTube wants to keep your audience pretty much in a box I don't want to say a niche but like in a box so since that is my music channel over there people are used to seeing me talk about machine beat making music products all of that well over here I want to talk about other things such as finances life Parenthood everything and these videos here probably will not be edited to the way way that I do on my other channel like I've done here before I will do some edits I'm sure but for the most part I kind of want to keep it where it'll be just one I don't know the term I'm looking for one takee just natural videos out and about sharing my thoughts you know like right now I'm at the park as you can see I'm filming this on the DJI pocket 3 if you want to check it out I'll put a link to that in the description but yeah I just wanted to make a video saying what this channel was about because I know it's been years years since I've been consistently uploading over here and that was just because at the time you know I had a few things going on in life that took my time away from really focusing on this at the time and I was like I already have a audience built up on my other channel so why not just focus over there but I feel like this will be a lot better as I go ahead and Tackle these different topics like I'm growing I'm evolving and I want to share some of these things like I get tired of talking about some only so many plug-in reviews I could do it's only so many different products I could talk about all of that so many beat making videos I could do I want to actually spread some of the knowledge I know so we're going to talk about I already said finances life books give book recommendations may even talk about movies and stuff I'm thinking about changing the name of the channel to D Smith I probably will do that but at this current time it's David D Smith but I'm probably going to change it this is just a channel intro just to let you guys know what I plan on doing here plan on uploading consistently I have the pocket 3 that I'll take with me pretty much everywhere I go so like if I'm out of town traveling or doing like I'm doing now I want to make a quick video about something that's going on all I have to do is set it up record and it's good to go don't want to do too many edits this is just really going to be a personal channel so that's my goal with this channel hopefully it grows if it doesn't hey it's still cool something to get my personal thoughts out with I may do some collaboration videos with my wife like I did where we did the crazy questions so we may do something like that in the future but yeah you guys I appreciate all of you guys that stayed subscribed over the years even though I haven't dropped anything more videos coming I did just put up one video where I talked about having money and the importance of having money if you haven't checked that out I'll link it in the description where you can go watch that or you can just go to the channel and see it that is something that I am very big on I'm big on finances and just making sure that you have money because money ain't everything as people say but you most definitely need it so if you haven't checked that out I'll link it in the description appreciate y'all tuning in stay on this journey with me it's going to be very interesting
