this have been really amazing a lot of great singers I'm excited to see what spins you can do with Old Town Road it's one of the harder ones that feel like because it's like it feels like a pretty limited song however I want to be proved wrong so I got a good comment on the last video it's here that said that I should be using the word generic instead of average when I mean that just something doesn't really stand out because average sounds like maybe I'm talking about their singing skill but I'm really talking about that you just kind of like singing like a normal girl who can sing or a normal guy who can sing so yeah I'm gonna be using my new special words generic let's go [Music] that was pretty cool I mean he sounds like he's a country singer so it makes sense because it's kinda like a country ish melody right a lot of why I like this I think it's the way he looks with his big beard and stuff I think if I close my eyes maybe I wouldn't be as impressed like imagine it's kind of like a young guy instead younger guy looking like me or something with like swoopy hair whatever he's kind of wavering a little bit on some nose like wow dude's got like good pressure though and like good tone I really like it it is really good maybe doesn't stand out too much but also in the YouTube cover segment of things it's not really a lot of guys like that so he does stand out by the fact that most singers like country singers and people like really an older singers I guess in general don't really post to youtube so yeah I like I'm not a huge fan of how she sings this it's lacking a lot of swagger and stuff and you could do that and take it to a new place but like the beat is kind of the same and another thing that's just a little bit with this is that her timings really in front of the beat for example back should start pretty much on the snap like horses in the back but instead as like horses in the back she's very much ahead which also makes it less like swaggy she doesn't have a bad voice I just feel like she didn't find the right vibe for this song or probably didn't put down the effort really she kind of feels like she just kind of did it you can't tell me in an attractor Lenalee my bad cheated I'm a baby you can go and good voice really good voice some nice vocal runs and stuff very much in there Alex goot arena I've been bringing up a lot in these videos I don't know why he's a great musician but yeah it doesn't sound like the original but it sounds a bit more like a generic pop thing that's just a pop thing now instead let's see can like Jonas Brothers vibe I guess it's really competent they're really good definitely up there because it is different it's just a very normal different does that make sense great voice really like the voice he looks a bit like one of the Jonas Brothers that's neat that looks like Joe Jonas come on oh I gotta find maybe not like that okay this is not a very close picture come on they look like they could be brothers Jonas Brothers has he taped something on to his lips to have a mustache I guess that's the joke but yeah I guess the mustache was fun it's doing a little bit of a dance I guess that's fun too but musically it's just the same beat and it's kind of trying to sing like the original just doesn't stand out I'm gonna use these guys I gotta use it sure by the way you know what's cooler than she sounds like she was out like partying last night that vowel so nice it's like really indie singer type thing do I have a preference towards people who have colored hair am i that shallow is that how I judge voices riding down Rodeo and my Maserati I like that I don't know why it was also it had something with instrumental it wasn't just like trying to do the basic thing as far as new spins go I think the laziest thing you can do is probably oh yeah I'm gonna make an acoustic version to be fair acoustic versions often really work because if something has like a hitting bead and whatever if you take that beat away it'll feel different and it'll probably work anyway can't follow her it's not the most fun spin I've heard but you know it's a little bit different [Music] [Music] well his voice was definitely not generic however that falsetto octave is not clean that needs some tuning or more takes something that mustache is he's from Cambodia they have different fashion sense they're probably but you guys know what that mustache is associated with around here I love him I love him I would not listen to the music but I love the guy this is a weird close-up of like oh yeah let's show his arms here it doesn't even look smooth just like yeah let's show the heads oh my god I love that guy so much let me adopt you pretty cool I guess I'm always a little confused when it comes to people who do this particular thing which is like I am sitting in a room playing the guitar singing because I always feel like they're trying to make you come across like oh this is a live take in this room here and this is someone like hardest produced vocals we've heard in this video so far it's so very auto-tune and you know compressed he struggling to lip-sync to it and everything I guess I shouldn't be like that with just guitar and singing stuff but there's a tradition about that that when you sit like this it's gonna be life but this obviously isn't I like his style and voice though it's cool it sets out a little bit the voice for sure that thing has got on the nose I really like that and it seems like he's got really good control over it but yeah if it wasn't as auto-tune I would like it even more it's just very likely these cowboy hat from cheer Aglio my booty you nobody tell me you can tell me what was that I can't decide if that was cool or not the start is super generic I don't care about that at all however [Music] okay I think it's weirder than I think it's cool thirty percent cool sixty six percent like weird slash doesn't sound that good it's got something if you would have taken that and refined that that would have been a cool variation on it overall I don't really care about this one and these a little bit shaky on the singing [Music] that's a performer gonna take my host I thought it was horse what are the lyrics I'm so confused Shirley's horse yeah horse it's always horse it's never host when someone's really in control of what they look like when they're singing and they're like really try to come across a certain way when that gets to like a hundred ten percent level like it that's here it really freaks me out she's a great performer a lot of people who love this type of thing which is you can sing a little like carrot mouth to the side and she has like all her little moves but I don't know to me it just feels like someone's trying to manipulate to me maybe you can get to certain points with like choreographies and stuff and what you're gonna do with your face and I'm fine with it but then when you get to certain points beyond that I'm like what's happening right now why it's so much happening the worst part is I really like her singing and I think that you know that the whole vocal Arrangements pretty cool there's a lot of dubs and it's a cool rendition but I felt the visuals make it hard for me [Music] I'm totally confused I don't even recognize that part of the song it sounded really cool I don't think that part is in the song now I'm confused because it just doesn't entirely qualify I guess for singing that particular song it seems like it's more of a remix where he's rewritten a lot of stuff and honestly it is really cool I was sitting here wishing for a big spin on it and it almost like I got too much I don't know what to think dang it I gotta listen to the rest of that actually you can weep about it raaah yeah [Music] oh that's so good damn that is my favorite so far damn I would know that it shows such a weird part for this video but they showed me enough to know that that was an Thai pronunciation into my saying over the years don't attract oh right did unattractive or I did on a track dole is not even mumbling it's just like the wrong it's like you're doing Mad Libs or something with the vowels his voice is fine doesn't stand out too much however I gotta give him props for the music video in the location for this that that that's unbelievable that's beautiful I wouldn't go there how does that work with like trees here and then just deserts suddenly tell me the comments how that happens come on hat down crosstown isn't like a rockstar spend a lot of money on my friend new kid baby's got a habit diamond ring some fancy sports bars case I've actually met these guys at a YouTube event I think last year they were nice I don't know him though I don't feel like that virgin stands out it's a bit generic the thing that does stand out about it is like big vocal packages that come in at certain phrases I guess to signal that we are a boyband and that's pretty cool they're all like you know talented singers but I think they could have done more with a song I think it's easy to fall into like a bit like characters or posturing whether you're singing when you're gonna void bat because you want to like stand out so like oh I'm the guy who is a little bit edgier like whatever I kind of can feel like that a little bit whether singing this you want to stand out from the other singers so you kind of push towards directions that can make your singing a little bit obnoxious this guy for example has a great voice obviously but I feel like he's killing he's really trying to squeeze something out there like really make his vocals I guess stand out compared to the other guys whatever to me Ellie's it just can feel a bit forced but yeah good job fellas y'all got great voices and I know you guys have better music than this so don't cry so time for the final shebang who was my favorite this week who do you think was my favorite this week you might be right if you guess so my favorites old town road singer is Debbie from South Korea big surprise amazing version though like this is really a man I was vibing a lot when I was listening to the full
