Was listening to Punch Up the Jam a few months ago where they discussed how Whitney ended up doing this song. The songwriters (who also wrote I Wanna Know) rushed a demo tape of the song to Whitney's producer (he was literally about to board a plane at LAX) and told him that if Whitney passes on the song, they were going do it themselves. They even tracked down the original demo version. It's not bad (not as poppy with a little more guitar and keyboard), but it definitely sounds better with Whitney's vocals.
This kills at like every wedding once everyone is like 3 glasses of champagne in.
