If I'm not really into RnB but I like this song is this album worth listening to?
This song borrows heavily from "Here, There, and Everywhere" by the Beatles and it works incredibly well.
I was obsessed with this album for about 3 months after it dropped. I have probably listened to it over 50 times from start to finish. Such an amazing work of art.
Albums amazing, psychedelic pop lmao?
I also think that Seigfried is another standout track on this album. Similar to other songs from Blonde, Frank took inspiration from Elliott Smith's Fond Farewell while writing the lyrics to many of the songs on the album.
An article that I read during Blonde's release had a really interesting insight into the relationship between Ocean and Smith's work:

This album is awesome. Solo is my personal favourite, the way he divides songs into 2 parts and still makes it work is pretty amazing.
Now that I listen to it again, it reminds me a lot of songs from James Blake. Googling both name gave me this cover: https://twitter.com/thefader/status/864118518811197440/video/1
Slim K's Chopped and Screwed version is great too.
The whole chopped and screwed album is one of my favorites.
