their actions as if there wouldn't be any consequences this woman caused a scene after shoplifting thinking a tantrum could save her so I I have the right to leave excuse me sir I'm talking to him listen to me excuse me listen to me what's wrong with him can you get him this woman resisted arrest for as long as she possibly could stop I didn't even do anything all the merchandise is right there put your hands on your back put your hands and these sisters seem to conspire together to get away with theft clearly you guys just pulled her out of a bathroom with so clearly she was stealing you it's obvious and literally you just pulled her out of the bathroom here are five instances when people at Walmart thought they could outsmart cops okay turn around put your hands behind your back sir I don't deserve to get arrested Chloe no I'm beging you please come here please what are you doing throws tantrum to avoid arrest this first case takes place on the 4th of August 2024 police were called to an incident in New Mexico where staff at Dollar General observed a woman's shoplifting officers arrived to find that the woman has already left the store but will speak with staff to get the full story the police leave the store and recognize a woman from past offenses they confront her and she immediately begins to act up before the cops can get any answers to their questions the woman explodes into a tantrum hold on hey come here what are you doing me come here both of you I need to talk to you please yeah sir please what's up were were you with her no walking from the store out of there sir please yeah man you come over here please please sir CHR sir please ma'am please I need to talk to you about what about Dollar General please sir I don't have any money I'm like so you say are cool with it please please sir what is your name please please don't get mad Mission and stuff like I I'm having a hard time want Jil right now I'm so sick of it that's not fair I'm hungry I have so much funny understandable come on she throws herself to the floor to create a scene perhaps hoping someone will come to her Aid I don't have anything what is your name please let me go I'm go pay Behavior maintains even once in an emergency vehicle suggest that the woman could be under the influence the woman was eventually charged with battery upon a police officer resisting evading or obstructing an officer and shoplifting she was placed under a criminal trespassing warning stopping her from returning to the store This Woman's shoplifting was small scale compared to this next case however Jesus Christ face the vehicle face the vehicle face the face the vehicle don't resist I'm not resisting woman's $1,400 Walmart Heist this next case takes place on the 16th of April 2022 when police come across a shoplifting suspect leaving Walmart with reports coming in of a substantial theft the officers had to be on their a gang the officer spot the suspect's car very quickly and approached the vehicle with authority this car hey get out of the car get out of the car get out of the car the car I came in with this stuff and you can ask the people at the front right now you almost back in my car so just pull it in park it and get out of the car okay we'll figure that out the woman makes her excuses early perhaps attempting to earn some sympathy from the officers Pull It in and park it we'll figure it out despite being told to leave her vehicle multiple times the woman still refuses get out of the vehicle right now how is that point I'm done arguing with the St right trying to make a call that's all I was trying to do was make a call I have a son who just had herger drink please it's been revealed that the woman is already on probation for shoplifting why are you keep if you're on probation for shoplifting girl why you keep shoplifting I wasn't trying to shoplift you weren't trying to shoplift what what do you call even it let's say let's just say for Giggles that you did that you didn't all right all right the woman even tries to make out that she's a hero as if this will make any difference okay I don't understand how that's going to help you out trying to get off world okay you're also tried shoplifting too just don't work that way we you know we do have body cameras and everything right so everything is has been recorded and they get tried to stra my arm behind me I just was in a car accid by a drunk driver I have a AC joint dislocation on my shoulder did you tell them that before they tried to arrest you I told them that they had me on the floor and out of the car well why didn't you get out of the car when they told you to in the first place in fact the woman was not only guilty but officers found items totaling up to $1,400 that had been shoplifted she was charged with Grand Theft obstructing an officer resisting arrest and even battery she was sentenced to 24 months of probation this woman might have handled the situation all wrong but this next case involves someone who was clearly not thinking straight from the beginning set it down set it down set it get off of [Applause] me worst place to shoplift on the 30th of September 2022 a Walmart employee called the cops on a woman allegedly shoping lifting from the store the bad news for the woman was that an officer was already at the location working extra Duty after watching CCTV footage of the incident the officer decides he's had enough to make an arrest on the spot what' you say now so she hasn't gotten everything like she just bag one of those she right check you out a little bit further when they get here the woman is transported to a medical facility for further evaluation she was later charged with battery Larsen and resisting an officer the woman called to Walmart to investigate an alleged shoplifting incident that happened at the self-service checkouts other Shoppers had observed some unusual behavior with a woman pretending to scan items upon arriving at the scene the officers talk with the Shopper who noticed the incident I want her to step out that way she pass the points or that way we can have her for a stop unless I can get her with death now with her skip scan if if she's skip scanning she's putting stuff in the buggy I mean it's kind of articulable she's oh y good then that's all she put yeah she's putting it back but she's not skip scanning everything just some stuff so there is I mean at this point that's that means my criteria is like concealing or storing it away okay so we all right we can get the woman is placed under arrest instantly so there isn't a scene caused in a busy area name Dr police dep you find your B okay why am I under arrest I'll explain it to you go ahead and put your hands behind your the office over here and but can you stop doing so tight you're embarrassing me first off and you're doing extremely tight the woman is convinced that she has not committed any crimes and seems to be complying it's okay I still not and I leave the store and El we will go talk about the office okay how you doing people it's going to be okay it's best this is that stop let go stop doing this excuse me I promise you you about to go to the ground no you're about to get in trouble and lose your thing I know my rights the woman takes issue with how the officer is conducting himself and starts to get agitated you're detaining me and it hurts me and there's no reason to you for you to be that aggressive I'm sorry if you have problems at home but I ain't it the officer takes her to an office where she becomes more verbally combative now that she's away from other members of the public no but you don't need my ID until you're telling me why I'm being deted detain I told you you're being detained pending investigation to the shop with you you're not give me your name no I refuse so you're going to catch a resisting charge on top you are resisting my rights this is my right and I will be pressing charges and I will be making a big ordeal about this let me go please at this point you are under arrest shoplifting I never shoplift we're not going to talk about it now no yes prove to me how I shoplift on video we shoplifting where does he show I shoplift you skip scan come on how did I skip scan show me unhappy with the allegations levied against her the woman starts to go into meltdown asking to talk with the manager you cannot arrest me I refuse you need to call your boss call your yes call your supervisor to the car you're going to call your supervis how are you going to tell me you can't arrest me when I didn't do nothing as the woman is being moved out of the office she takes her aggression to a new level NOK go st [Music] stop I didn't you just watch the whole video let's go you guys are hurting it's okay if you will stop doing so much you wouldn't be hurting you're I didn't even the officers conduct a search of her person and she gets sarcastic with the procedure ticking them off I just told you check nothing you couldn't find one item that I stole and you're still hurting me who does that oh my God I swear that's my cigarettes why are you in my pockets no you have no right to search me no probable call search you being search no I'm not going to jail because I didn't do anything I don't know where you got the idea that this is on your terms but it is not it is on my terms cuz you're you're missing using your rights you're misusing your privileges when I didn't take nothing it'd be different if I took something but I you [ __ ] up for this you think it's funny and you're going to kick out of it I work my ass off so even once in the car the woman continues to contest the charges and fights for what she perceives to be her rights why are you guys going through my stuff there's no probable cause for you to do any of that you guys are in so much trouble I promise you can't sit there and say I'm being arrested for possession charges because you didn't arrest me for that the woman seems to swear revenge on the cops involved but it won't make any difference she was charged with petty theft resisting arrest possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance although this woman might have reacted badly this final case took a truly unexpected turn r r on I'm not resisting I'm not resisting I'm not concealing items these items are paid for right now shoplifting sisters go nuts our final case takes place on the 30th of May 2023 officers were called to a Walmart after two women with a baby were spotted shoplifting the officers promptly arrived at the scene in time to confront the suspects the officers first checked the CCTV footage to access all the evidence needed so is it just her or is it both of them that's um only her her friend that's her friend okay so she's not still technically she's part of she um they they have drawers she popped one of the drawers apart stacked them too so it looks like there's one but it's actually two stacked on yeah they're together they got a kid with them that's a crazy thing do we know if they came in a car or do they have like a lookout do we know she was the lookout the friend was the lookout the police follow one of the suspects into the toilets and announce their arrival the woman tries to take control of the situation by revealing the items as it's clear that she was not fully capable for the theft Hey listen you you argue that with the court you argue that with the court okay but those are the two options you got I can release you at NTA or I can take you to County whatever you want to do that's up to you I just want to go okay so we're going to take you out to the hospital get your information releas that's fine as soon as I release from the hospital you call whever you want pleas know she's going to leave my kids you don't understand I need all them the faster we get you to the hospital they're about you don't understand going to go to my house if I don't I don't get hold of my the other sister was taken to jail for the night she was charged with child neglect petty theft and resisting without violence however the case was thrown out as conviction was unlikely
