our teenage years can be some of the best of Our Lives or they can be some of the worst it all depends on who you surround yourself with on today's episode we're going to look at seven cases where teens choose to hang out with the wrong people five teens John Michaela we begin on March 20th 2022 in Lac Cruses New Mexico where officers were called to investigate a fight before the victims of the attack made the 911 call an officer on the patrol heard two gunshots and pursued a Mazda that sped away from the scene the officer trapped the car down a dead end street but they reversed nearly hitting him and escaped additional officers were dispatched and quickly located the vehicle and gave Chase they tracked it to the driveway of a residence and entered a potentially life-threatening officers turned their attention to the victims to try and get a better idea as to what it actually happened where is Mom she went inside okay who all is here right now us my brother and my mom so two people inside which brother here Jeri Jeremiah um yeah he was inside and we had some problems with some people and out of nowhere another car just came like you know what that is an ongoing thing these kids that keep coming to this house are not good kids and they have guns what happened so it all started we had a another parent over here the mom um she her son is jnan they're friends of my brothers the mom came here for me bro the mom came here because he was trying to J go inside kid please just please not even um not even harmful guys nothing but anyways the mom came here to pick up her son the son didn't want to go home you know how that goes so we gave her per permission to come in to get her son she got him and then Drake um uh walked out oh yeah and had and mention the part how you guys went there and started problem and broke their okay we're not going to do this you guys go you guys went out there let's come talk over I'm not scared I'm not scared let's come talk over here we're not going to do that come on let's come over here um and I wasn't even coming over here home after work or after I picked up my mom it was only because a mother a mother had called me and said that she was she had came over here to pick up her son and they were all lying there so she was kind of worried of like I dropped him off here where is he okay so I said hey you know what I just picked I just got off work just picked up my mom my daughter and her little friend so then I said you know what I'll be right there just wait she said okay I'm going to turn around and I'll be right here a second team of officers were focused on the remaining four suspects and attempted to safely get them out of the car unsurprisingly they appeared to be heavily intoxicated passenger step out of around walk backwards how many more people are in the car three more all in the back seat there's three more in the car back seat they successfully removed all of the teens from the car without serious incident and any serious threat was over all there was left to do was question everyone involved in determine who was going to be charged according to one of the parents it wasn't an isolated they kept talking smack they rolled down the window this much and then they were talking smack and I said oh you're going to be talking smack so that you know it pissed me off because you know he's wearing my kids clothes so I walked to the car and I'm telling them get the out of my house I tell you guys over and over get the out the car what the alleged ring leader of the group identified as Drake was questioned about his role one of the officers recognized him as being involved in a previous crime they gave that license plate we found out where it was here I am there's a gun in the car okay just telling you out loud Notting it not sugar coating it not accusing you of nothing but I need to know what happened do you wish to speak with oh yeah so pretty much I at the house and then uh we were arguing cuz uh we had a friend there right okay and the the friend's mom was mad because he was hiding from her in the house okay and my my ride gets there and I get picked up and then so another car got there or this one yeah this one okay so I get picked up whenever I'm getting picked up they're all arguing and then uh while I was talking to an then to like Cal everybody down you know I uh uh she had to hit her C window and then broke it she punched the window and broke it right so she she called the family member or somebody and then they came to go try and talk to all them were just like being crazy just like all yelling like I don't know like being immature whenever all she was trying to do is figure out why she broke her window and if she can get money to pay or like something you know yeah and then that's whenever uh or I I uh in the middle of all that uh a a charger came and he just shot what kind of charger black black charger luckily for the officers one of the females in the offending group recorded the altercation being stupid enough to engage in such behavior is one thing but recording it is another level of stupidity entirely the of the vehicle revealed several weapons and ammunition and the officers quickly identified the owner who admitted they were his [Music] [Music] guns let go not reported stolen or anything so you know I know my laws sir and yeah so so you're familiar with negligent carry of a firearm so what can I be charged with that negligent carry of a firearm that's what you can be charged with so this going to be NE carrier firearm and the extension of my home okay check this out dude you're drunk I'm drunk okay but in and the extension of your home is that your car no okay but it's not but is I know how the law works is that your car though I know the lie but I is that your car I beat the case before I had a pistol on me and I beat the case this is a shotgun this is a legal weapon that's not stolen so i' had been caught intoxicated off of xanx bars in Phoenix after preliminary questioning the officers pieced together what happened and explained it to one of the suspects as she was being taken into custody others continued to interrogate the other suspects I'm not saying anybody did anything wrong but we don't know and where here they even gave your license plate on this car okay we will talk to you all individually we will give you the chance to say your side of the story just give us the chance to get to that point okay so I appreciate it for the cooperation but you all know what's happening now so there's no surprises yes sir all right didn't even mean any for any of we'll figure it out I'm not accusing I'm not asking questions I'm go find un yes who are these people that were in the vehicle with you oh they're my my friends we were okay so I'm going to tell you just like the beginning of it so we were going to go to like a little back friend party whatever and my boyfriend had called me and told me that he was at his friend's house like down the street and he had called me and told me that the mom was going crazy at him just over some clothes that he was borrowing that her son let him use right and she was upset about it or whatever and then he's like he just called me he's like I don't want to be involved in like this whole argument so can you come get me and I asked my friend if she could take me go get him she said yeah so we went to go get him as we got there the the mom and like the sister and all of them were like banging on my friend's like uh car and everything and we told him like to get away like we're miners you can't be like hitting our car you know and then she would not get away she broke my friend's wheel uh windshield like in the front in this car right here no it was a different car and then um our home girl the one that was driving that car she had pulled up with us at the where we were getting ready at my friend's house and as we were leaving like they were like talking [ __ ] telling us to get out the car that they're going to beat our ass and just because we told my boyfriend to get in the car like this and this was your boyfriend's mom right no this was my his friend his friend's mom okay so your boyfriend went at his friend's yeah Mom's house okay and then he he didn't want him there cuz of the clothes or whatever right the parents shared their reactions with the officers and unsurprisingly they were shocked some of the teens involved acted like it was no big deal just be careful be there go there and straight home because you have class in the morning and I told her for your your driver's head and she was like okay Mom she was like I'll talk to you later and that's it hi Mr P what happened are you Mr paa yes sir okay so this is what happened okay we got a get here sorry that's um so we got a a call of a fight or something over there off of vcho and there was shots fired okay so of course we responded there and the people that were involved or the victims or whoever was involved describ this vehicle as possibly being involved in the fight your daughter is the one that told me that you were so that's why yeah I think she was a driver I believe so that's why okay cuz her mom just bought her that car okay so that is her card okay getting statements any weapons no okay A man was charged with negligence in carrying a deadly weapon open container inside a vehicle and intoxication Michaela the first suspect to be taken into custody was charged with resisting and evading her next case involves a teenage girl that decided she was going to choose a career as a bully Kaye we stay in Lac Cruses New Mexico we're on October 21st 2022 officers responded to the scene of a fight between two teenage girls when they arrived the caller's mother explained that she'd been involved in the fight but the teen didn't stop there she got into yet another fight let's see how she made that happen the girl's mother meets police when they arrive and attempts to set the scene for them but she doesn't know the whole story and she framed the story to to benefit her daughter the daughter enters the scene and she's not interested in cooperating with law enforcement did you guys call she got in a fight and like girl she's her friend from Arizona and she's my husband so I check her there so I don't want to so you guys can see because she says I should take her money she don't know I have her here so what's going on man hold on did she get in a fight right now with my daughter did did you get in aight right now yeah I did okay can you go ahead and take a seat they got drunk and she called me that they got in a fight and they okay can I have you stand right there I'm just going to request go go go can I talk1 you um so we're going to get to the bottom of this man I need you to sit down for right now but it's not with you sir but I am involved right now cuz I'm here you just tell me what going she's my over there right now yeah she's the officers think they have everything under control but they got a surprise when another fight breaks out and and that's not the end of the craziness what happen if they start on a fire then you'll have to call us back and one of them will have want to pursue charges unless they both want to get arrested for public appre but I have to witness it so what she's trying to she's trying to get her glasses she just wants her glasses back and she could go on her own way what is the glasses um she says um your daughter has we can go drive around are they fighting I you I I need [Laughter] you not only had multiple girls been placed under arrest but the chaos at the scene caused one mother to have a serious medical episode it's cool with me man all right I love God and I I don't believe in violence face that way okay to this so we're going to try to put your jacket back on what happens when you have friends that can't drink so come yeah we have a yeah I'm just coming so you can check as well before you just your basic information yeah m one of the girls was charged with public afay battery on a police officer and resisting arrest the charges brought against the other girls are unknown at this time we moved from Mexico to Ohio for our next case where officers tracked a suspect believed to be carrying a gun in akan Ohio on August 9th 2023 police were conducting an operation that sought to curtail the gun violence in the area of Arlington Street in Rosemary Boulevard one of the officers noticed a black male had a bulge in his pocket that resembled a firearm when officers approached him he attempted to reach into his pocket and the officers were put in a life or death situation the man identified a 17-year-old Jonathan mcgaan Jr claimed he wasn't armed and the police were overreacting was he telling the truth what's going on yeah I'm talking to you what's going on bro don't reach for anything I'm not reach for nothing I'm not concealed weapon and obstructing Official Police business our next case involves a 17-year-old as well but this one thought it was a good idea to attack an officer 17-year-old lunges at cop on October 22nd 2023 officers in Milwaukee responded to a call from security at the Milwaukee County Zoo the caller claimed that two groups of teenagers were involved in a fight when the officers arrived the fight was over but the scene was even more ridiculous than they assumed when security helped the officers locate the teens the first officer on the scene called for backup what's up man that were fighting they're just sitting by the gate and we can't where are they they're by the front gate over there yeah the walk we can't really get out cuz they're just sitting on the gate and they're arguing with each [Music] other where's the walking gate it's right there you see where the white car is look to the left and you'll see like can you get him on this side or the far side or what side can you get them from what do you mean can I talk to them from can I get them from here do I have to exit the park to go over there oh no you can go through the parking lot and the gate is right there it's like at the end okay what's that individuals so someone is picking you guys up where's your ride my ride she's on the phone you want to talk to her I don't need to talk to him where's your ride 5-year-old sister later identified as Nia when the officer questions her she gives a fake name which is a crime as strange as that was it was only the beginning as the officer tried to get the story making making the situation much worse the girl was identified as 17-year-old Envy Hampton and she was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct her sister was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct the Tain bully in our next case not only threatened to shoot up a house he threatened Law Enforcement Officers as well 17 yearold refused to leave property on November 23rd 2022 law enforcement officers were dispatched to a home after a fight broke out between a 17-year-old male and the homeowner's daughter not only did the teen refuse to leave he claimed he'd come back and shoot everyone in the house the threats didn't stop there either he had no problem trying to bully police officers when they arrived at the scene let's see how it worked out for him when officers entered the home it was clear the male suspect had no respect for anyone including them in the situation was a potential Powder Keg waiting to explode and that's exactly what [Applause] happened what's this dude on I don't know who is that [ __ ] I don't know maybe it's people so what's going on where's he at all right because her my other daughter's boyfriend is the boy that she messing with now so he got mad and got talking about some telling him he going he he going to he will come out and talk to him like a man I told him ain't nobody coming out to talk to you like [ __ ] so he asked me to let him come back in the house and talk to my daugh so I said all right come on man you want to talk to her that's going to help you leave get the gone cool he come back in he get talking all crazy talking about some he stretch [ __ ] and all of this and I said man you ain't going to stretch a goddamn thing here you know so we get to TS him around you know cuz he took her goddamn phone I wouldn't let him leave out the house so you know once you got here I seen y'all was out here I let him come on outside cuz that car pulled up whoever was in that car and that's when I asked you to get us get her phone cuz they had his he had dropped this phone told here y'all take my phone I'm keeping hers it's over with or something so I got his phone and I wouldn't give it to him until he gave her her phone that's when he got he acting alling crazy out there I mean only thing pay for her phone I do you do yeah was her phone broken no it's not broke he like kind of like no it's not broke it's co yeah it's cool but I didn't want the little [ __ ] to go to jail or nothing you know he a good kid though man I'll take him anywhere he want to go you know I mean buy him food you know I don't know what the was wrong with him tonight though it's like he like he went somewhere and took some got drugs or something you know what you know then talking about some killing something I'm like man hold on you ain't going to do a mother you know I don't want to beat your little ass up in here because I will [ __ ] you up you know what I'm saying but he was talking about killing who everybody did he make any like what he say exactly he waiting on his friends to pull up and he F to stretch everybody out in this mother so that was his friends that pulled up I thought it was Mom I thought it was his mom too no I don't think that's his mom right there I was going to go talk to her and tell her he just got acting crazy you know what I'm saying and I mean I don't know what the was wrong with him you know I don't know what the hell is wrong with him man he just got acting a fool then he acting a fool with y'all I don't know what the he did that for you know you know you going to jail you know what I'm saying you had to do was give her a phone told you said you didn't want you didn't want her back here so I told if you come back here you're going to be arrested he tries to push by me to get to the door that's when I pushed him back down here right then I'm like get in the car and go that's all he had to do and that's all he had to do he I mean I don't know what he thought he about to do like he about to just whoop somebody's ass you know you don't way but bucking a nickel little mother you know I'll slam $100 bills out your little ass but you know you know good eventually the suspect's mother arrived at the scene to try and console her son he wasn't acting like the bully tough guy he pretended to be before the officers taught him a valuable lesson the officer spoke with her to try and work out the best way to handle the arrest before he was transferred to the jail after receiving medical clearance at the hospital he threatened to shoot it up and claimed that he only asked to go to waste the officer's time okay listen okay I know she told me calm down okay let me talk to the real okay I need to go okay okay okay just sit back let me talk to the cops okay let me talk to them okay we have tell you what why don't you step away door he's been going through a lot okay he dealing with a heartbreak right now uhhuh the problem that we have is he fought with the officers and then whoever was in the car attacked them from behind who was in what car uh he said his brother does he have an actual brother or he just calls him his brother it's I don't know who it was a younger younger younger male I think he uh he came to pick him up he's he's in a white car they actually got him stopped over yeah he with another woman they got him they got him somewhere else and he's getting arrested too I don't know who that is um I just came from Cleveland that's what took me so long to get here can I please just take him home please tell you what if you want to sit tight for a few minutes I got some things I got to work through because I have to do I have to do a use of force package because my officers did use force on him I get it when it with him fighting with them I get it so and this girl he's like I said he's going through a heartbreak his first heartbreak with her and he's not proc assessing a lot of this stuff this girl been playing with his feelings all weekend she's been on Facebook with another guy they've been together for like 3 years and then she'll call him and oh JV I I was thinking about you I was really missing you she was just at my house earlier today or yesterday okay so she's back and forth between him and this other boy that she's supposed to be messing with it's just a lot like I said I've been calling around trying to get my son help at everything so I I just want to take him home I'm taking him back to Cleveland with me I'm not even taking him to my apartment here in aan well let me uh let me make some phone calls let me talk to some people there's a certain way this has to play out since since my officers they did punch them I get it they did punch them I get it so as a liability issue he may have to go to the hospital down here first and get looked at which is why the med units were here that's fine and then from there I don't know if he's got to go to if he'll have to go uh to Dan Street which is our Juvenile Detention first before they release them to you um that's I got to I got to sort through some stuff so if you want to sit in your car and stay warm I'll let you know as this goes on what what uh we're going to ultimately end up doing okay okay please if you can anything you can do I just want to get him the help that he needs these kids are out here committing suicide I'm it's just me his dad is not we tried every every Avenue to have leave and he charged us I know you know when he squares up and comes after that's a problem yeah I understand he just like I said it's just been me I have two older daughters in college his dad has never been around he's reallying behind that cuz he's about to be 18 he's going into manhood and he don't I I can only teach him what I think I know I you know what I'm saying so he's dealing with a lot right now so if I can just if you can just work it out for him to just go to the hospital then I can just take him back to well he's still going to be charged okay okay because I mean like I said that's you know we we that can't be acceptable even even if he is having a bad day
