What's Your Favorite Country? | New York Street Interviews

oh hi welcome we're in the streets of New York here and we're gonna go around asking people how many countries they've been to let's go find out hi how many countries have you been to how many countries have you been to a fair number I would say it doesn't I mean what about the same about the same okay and what's what was your favorite country oh for you look for different reasons for me and I love the the European countries I was in um Morocco and I loved that I just I love traveling I I love it when things are distinctly different Mexico why Mexico you know I love the people I love the food I love the everything that's handmade or the crafts um I'd have to count so or estimate to two three four countries okay besides the US besides the U.S and which which one was your favorite Thailand nice why are you Thailand um I went to the Fifi Islands I went to I didn't go to like the mainland but I really liked Thailand because of the Vibes like it was chill everyone was very sweet the food was so good um yeah maybe a dozen all right and okay and which was your favorite probably Scotland so I guess that's the okay but they they should be their own country yeah Scotland why Scotland uh it's beautiful it's like I'm unlike any other place I'd ever been before [Music] people are exceptionally friendly uh and I think everything was like I don't know it was all novel very new new to me it wasn't it wasn't a thing I expected maybe like six or seven okay and what was your favorite country uh uh so far maybe France why friends uh I've only spent time in Paris but I really liked it there so oh um I think around 40 yeah so yeah okay and uh which one was your favorite oh um there I have two favorites okay and the Philippines okay yeah cool and how um how did you travel so much oh I traveled for work a lot and so then I just had a lot of miles and kind of traveled around and it's what I love to do how many countries have you been to [Music] which one can you name them actually since it's only three yeah not a long list oh well this one and then Greece and Italy hey and which is your favorite among those things I'm biased because I'm Greek so [Laughter] um what's something people should know about Greece that [Music] sure there's a good time so yeah all right maybe around eight or something all right and which one was your favorite so far uh honestly the US okay so I'm from Egypt uh okay cool uh so I went to Europe I went to Canada uh but something about the US is very attractive to me how long have you lived here uh eight years exactly okay cool nice are you gonna stay for a while yeah uh I think so uh for sure like I feel like a lot of my growth is gonna probably happen here and uh I'm not sure if it's gonna be like my final destination in a sense but for sure I want to stay here for a while hey cool thank you so much how many countries have you been to how many countries I've been so uh probably four maybe five four five and which one was your favorite I don't know favorite country I've ever been to oh um maybe I would It's gotta be Caribbean um maybe like Jamaica yeah I love Jamaicans make us amazing what about Jamaica Jamaica man the people the food man is incredible um honestly the island is Beautiful You Know The Vibes you know everything about Jamaica is really what you would think it is in betterments this is amazing for us not hello cat how many countries have you been to about 35 and which one was your favorite uh probably Burma Burma okay why Burma um probably the furthest I've been from Western culture or you know sort of world culture in the most unique Place perhaps I've been okay cool nice and uh how did you travel to so many countries um through work or just no most of it was when I was when I was young I just spent a lot of time uh visiting country I mean subsequently yeah a little bit for work but but mostly you know just having a a thirst for exploring countries uh and the world when I was especially my youth all right that's the video thank you for watching I hope you enjoyed it um yeah drop a comment if you have any other countries you recommend and yeah I look forward to seeing you peace
