- I mean it. It was almost
scary, It was so good. What's it like attending a concert at the $2.3 billion sphere in Las Vegas? Behind me is the sphere and tonight. I'm going to show you my
experience from opening night and show you what's inside
the beautiful sphere. Okay. That is super trippy.
once you get close to it. I recommend parking at the Venetian or the wind and then walking,
unless of course you're a VIP, and then you can enter
through a private street and through a private
entrance into the sphere. I can't even describe what it looks like with all these pixels everywhere. All these lights,
everything moving around. Oh, look at it opening up. We are getting closer to the sphere. This is what it looks like up close. Look at all these lights. What is that? That's what the lights look like, and then you can actually
see through the building, so part of the mesh that's around it, and then it's just those
lights right there. Once you enter the actual building, it legitimately feels like you
stepped into a space portal. LED lights, high ceilings, escalators going to the upper floors. My seats were in the 400 level. I decided to sit up in the 400, the top plus center in the top. This feels like the future. I feel like I'm in a Star Wars or a Star Trek movie right now, and I just entered the base where everything gets transferred. It is unbelievable in here, and I'm not even in the hall yet. This is just, I'm getting
chills right now. It is. Check this out. This
building is a giant ball. It's like an engineering
marvel of the world. On the very edge of this,
there's these cables coming down, which looks really cool with the lights, but they also look like
they're structural. Around the edges is
where the structure goes, and on the very top they have
this very heavy like crown circle thing that they put in place, and that's like the most crucial thing to hold the whole thing together. As I say that, I'm
getting a little concerned walking in here. This is the first time
it's ever had the weight of human beings of 18,000
people inside of this, so hopefully it can hold up. This is it. We're about to walk in. Remember, we're on the
highest level on 4 0 6, row four seat nine. We're going in, let's see this place. Once you enter the concert
hall, you see the massive LED screen and the very steep seating that goes all the way
from the general admission to level four. Level four is actually the
first row of this section nine and ten. I am front and center of the top row. You gotta take a look at this. The opener started at eight. It was a DJ writing in a neon car. The music was fine, but
everybody was waiting for the concert to start to see what changes could happen
on this massive display. Right now, it just feels like
a building that we're in. They're running a little bit late, but hopefully they get started soon. I'm ready for this.
Already, A plus experience. If you're coming into Vegas and you have a chance to see this, I'm already saying you gotta come. I feel like it's finally
it. I think it's coming. I'm ready for the wall to do something. Once the concert starts, I realize that the nosebleeds are actually the best seats in the house. The interior sphere screen
is 160,000 square feet with a 16,000 by 16,000 resolution. It's the highest resolution
LED screen on earth. Let's see it. What's it gonna look like? While level 400 was really high, it gave me the perfect perspective to see all of the screen and
the performers down below. The walls are cracking. Okay, are you seeing this? What is happening right now? The audio sounds perfect
from the 160,000 speakers that are set up behind
the four acre screen. Upbeat music It doesn't even matter
what seat you were in It sounds incredible. - Look at that, that's
amazing! Look at that. - Wow, what is it? Look at that. What the heck. There they are down there,
and then what is happening? Unreal guys. I decided to walk around
and look at every single level inside of the place. Oh wow. You just walk around the corner Instantly soundproofed. I'm like right next to the rock concert. I have to tell you, I
saw a lot of the hype about the speaker, the 160,000 speakers. They claim that it's like
you're wearing headphones, that there's no bad seat in the house. In fact, they say, say a
president is down there giving a talk and they wanna translate it into 12 different languages. They can shoot those languages to specific seats in the crowd. Wherever you're sitting,
you could listen to French and then the person, a
couple over from you, could be listening to English. That is the capabilities
that they claim is here. It is so loud in there.
The music, you can feel it. There's wind that blows on you. It's very immersive, and
then you take a few steps out and it's like there's not
even a concert going on, so very blown away. Unreal. I think we need to
check out the concessions, see what they've got. Now
it's not as crowded anymore. This place is called Element Cafe, and it looks like they have
some pizza, some french fries. Let's give it a shot. How's the pizza? Look at, that's barbecue. Yum - All right everybody - Thank you. Pepperoni pizza. Thanks a lot. All right. this is the
Sphere Express drinks, lots of alcoholic drinks here, and then also some bottled water. Set my pizza down. Doing the do and then check
this out. It's super high tech. Gonna put my thing down there and then it knows 20 ounce Mountain Dew. - It's good. - That's it. Okay. I thought the concessions
were really good inside of this building, the pizza was awesome. That's good for a concession stand pizza. Really, really good. The
view from the 300 level on the 400 level looked incredible. 200 level was good, but it might've been a
little bit too close. If you want to see the artist with your own eyeballs up close, then 100 level is the way to go. Although in my opinion,
it's not as good of seats because it's an obstructed view and you can't even take advantage of the beautiful display on the screen. U2 is one of the best bands of all time, and the performance they
had last night was decent. It almost doesn't even
matter who's performing because the visuals on the screen just take your experience
to a whole different level. This is the most incredible visual and audio performance I've ever witnessed. It really looks like the helicopters are coming at us right now. It is like better than most movies. What (laughing) What the heck! Upbeat music What the heck! What is happening? That might be the end. That was a great ending.
The song was great, and then the visuals were just next level. Just, I mean, come on. They're
still going. Look at those. - Got pictures, great and small with this in these temperatures. - They're so far down there, but they look like they're,
I could see them so well. I'm excited to see what happens
during CES in January when all the tech companies are
here, the best in the world. They're gonna create
some crazy stuff in here. Maybe the coolest venue in
the world. Fantastic job Las Vegas. I hope you can
keep this thing filled. I think U2 is playing here for 25 nights, and this is the very first of
it, so it'll be interesting. It's like, I don't want to leave. It's just so cool, but I guess you have to leave at some point. It's so bright and happy
and like heaven in there. My least favorite thing
about the entire event was definitely the long lines
getting out of the building. There aren't enough escalators to let everybody get down the escalator, so we took the emergency
stairs and that was packed. Let's go take a look inside
and see what's going on. 30 minutes after. Look at that. All right. This is the 100 level. This is what it looks like
once it all clears out, and we didn't really get a
good look at the bottom level. The general admission is the
one area I couldn't get to. I'll show you what it
looks like after the fact. It's where everybody just
stands for the entire show, but you're right there next to the stage. It still looks incredible - Hey sir, we're exiting the building. - Okay I'll exit. - We gotta get ready for tomorrow - Sounds good. Yeah, go for it. Lots and lots of drinks. They had a good time. That's what's inside of the Las Vegas sphere. Definitely recommend that you
guys come here. Check it out. I hope you enjoy this. It was one of the coolest things I've
ever been to, honestly. Well, it's a lot of stairs.
I probably should have not walked up the stairs here.
