[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you thank you foreign [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] thank you foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I want you [Music] thank you [Music] hello hi uh and immediately as I did this the the game vanished on my screen isn't that lovely uh there we go it should be there now hi and welcome to Starfield I uh I know almost nothing about this game other than the the numerous controversies that are surrounding it currently because people don't understand that you can't just build a game with uh infinite amounts of space and planets and still have it be a rewarding experience that's how you get a No Man's Sky anyways hey everybody uh welcome uh this is a live stream uh I am currently uh have the uh chat open so if you want to interact with me feel free to talk to me in the chat I will maybe respond to you who knows I'm not gonna promise things because uh Lord knows I will get distracted uh I have been gone for a while uh mostly just off uh you know we're playing 140 hours of Baldur's Gate 3. uh I recently started up school again and uh that's been taking up a lot of my time so uh I haven't really been producing videos uh I was planning on basically making it so that my my normal videos here on this channel you know what I'm gonna go ahead and click into the game so we're not just here in silence uh but I was gonna make it so that my normal videos uh here on this channel uh would come out a little less frequently but I put in a lot more work like uh with the uh with the 10 heart run video that I did I'm very proud of that video If you haven't seen it go check it out it's on my channel uh but uh uh you know I I was noticing that I was spending so much time just putting out content all the time but none of it was really going anywhere and I wasn't really proud of it so I was just like yeah let's spend a little more time with this stuff and you know actually make something that I'll be like yeah I made that and you know maybe it takes off maybe it doesn't um that immediately was followed up by me going back to college I'm now a full-time college student working full-time uh and you know still trying to balance you know friends family my relationship with my wife uh you know it's a difficult thing to balance uh so uh my videos have just kind of been put on the back burner currently uh I I do have stuff that is coming down the pipeline uh so look out for that I got uh reviews that I've done uh one review that I already recorded it just needs to be edited and then another that I've been working on for and uh not to spoil what it's about I've been recording for about 140 hours uh but just dropped uh I think either today or yesterday uh and I figured let's see what the heck this is about uh I again I know next to nothing about it I know it's made by Bethesda so uh I'm hopeful but uh I you know I I believe I've curved some of my expectations going in so uh we'll we'll see what it's like uh let's get into this I have not uh really touched us yet uh I don't like any game that doesn't give me uh Auto like um an automatic option for uh optimizing Graphics like whenever it's like optimized Graphics or uh Auto set your settings or something Auto detect settings those God bless you if you're a developer out there and you do that in your games that's fantastic uh whenever it's like you know you choose your own settings what do you what do you think your hard drive and your graphics card is going to be able to render what do you think is going to be good on your CPU and your RAM like just eat my sorry anyways let's get into this start a new game yes I got high hopes hi hopes we got uh hopes but that's the game studios presents hi hopes ah I know a lot of people out there have been waiting for a long time for this I've been waiting no time for this so Le date May 7th 22 23 30. Argos extractors mining outposts Moon of vectera you've been asleep for a while hello seals are good thank you let's do what you did last time and you're fine follow my one simple rule boss lady knows best exactly got it listen to me mining's just like any other job go stand go safe go home with a pocket full of credits at the end of the day got it totally it's just like um not working the stardock except uh with more cave-ins lasers and accidental dismemberment sounds like my day job you're gonna be fine your first doubting was solid and you know let's be honest today exactly astrophysics that's why I keep him around 300 meters a shame we won't find any down here but the metal deposits alone should pay for our own helium hell yes we'll have enough jump fuel to bounce from one end of the settled systems to the next more minerals more money and so the cycle and more problems there are worse things don't even make it this far I have a good feeling about you group hug now or at the end of the shift one of these days hello I am going to leave you behind promises promises okay okay and all this is being rendered in game that's pretty impressive grab some samples always but not you check on Isabelle make sure she eases up on the breach I don't feel like getting buried alive today remember Dusty if you're breathing steady and never take that helmet off down here okay my least my it's partially accurate and that's upsetting uh okay so we're gonna go ahead and ignore trying to make myself because that's boring as hell and what we're gonna do is we're gonna go ahead and try to recreate uh a go-to Sci-Fi character that I always play uh I gotta yeah we'll start with someone relatively close looking yeah that's a bit more accurate okay welcome to what will inevitably be most of this stream oh the moment you give me a character creator I'm here all day I'm here all day alrighty uh okay well if we're going with the character that I had okay no shut up watch God damn it uh okay so is this me this like I am represented by the dots it's not like okay yeah yeah that's what it is so nice in exactly middle of the road still very skinny uh okay we're gonna go ahead and go maybe up this way a little bit more muscular all right okay it's not quite right but it's fine it's fine uh body type one oh okay so this is okay they're doing the same thing that Baldur's Gate 3 does of being like instead of your gender changing your body type you have body types and gender is something separate um walk Style ah so so respectfully man walk woman walk got it understood um I mean we'll keep it this way um I don't know I think I prefer it is that yeah yeah [Music] okay okay cannot get too distracted with character creation because I will be here all day as pasty white as possible oh hi oh you're pretty that's very nice uh skin tone yeah no Pacey white thank you uh that's that's just the character um let's go ahead so you can either have a square face a round face yeah these are not it's not an axes sorry okay uh the thin face is still pretty uh uh I think I prefer the square face got it oh will this change things uh changes things slightly uh oh man thank you what does it mean by refine oh was that changing those values I wanted okay but I want this ah I genuinely can't tell anymore anyways moving on to hair oh no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no oh I feel like uh I'm not playing myself okay uh oh my God I I am such I I am such the the person who's totally into to anytime you get me give me a character creator I'm gonna be here for a while uh no come on there we go okay so just use the arrow keys to get through this eh okay I think looking at this face in more detail I think maybe I need to rethink some of the the head shape options here uh uh come on come on come on come on uh oh wow I will be here forever forever thinnest face apparently um nah nah yeah that looks better uh God what I what I would give to just have so it took me way too long in playing Baldur's Gate 3 to realize that there was a way to essentially open it up so that you could see all of the options for specific character creation things uh okay and that would be very nice right now that's cool that's a nice haircut none of these are quite hitting the character I was going for though wow I feel like this is going to be the closest I get hello there we go more or less uh a little bit more orange a little darker Yee this is also the character that I made in uh the outer worlds when I played through that I was obsessed with that game when I got it oh my God you could not believe uh I'm ready Oh eye shapes okay okay okay these will drive me insane close enough uh okay just gonna yeah geez whenever I start doing these kind of character creators eventually I'm just like this doesn't look human anymore uh uh back or forward I think I like it further back not all the way back though and then no that doesn't look right uh that doesn't look right either a little bit lower than normal uh maybe scaled down a little bit and bring them in yeah close enough okay okay like I said we'll be here forever um okay I color blue is not quite it that's pretty close but I'm I'm hoping for a darker green nice dark green Brown is not quite it Ah that's still blue um was this green man now now that I'm seeing them all back and back and forth between each other I'm like was there even a green color oh that's ooh that's cool though I may forgive myself on not uh being able to find green but uh that that that's pretty cool uh eyebrows eyebrows oh hell yeah with the eyebrow slit um that that that's the girl that's yeah there we go okay uh we're gonna go ahead and um yes widen uh we're gonna bring it back a little bit because currently the brow is quite strong yeah now I'm not sure about the eyes man okay oh geez uh no back to this one I think uh maybe scaled that scale that down a little bit and then maybe bring them forward a bit there we go she's looking human mostly other than the glowing orange red eyes I I realized what I said uh uh okay good enough forehead yes oh great forehead shape uh okay oh man I I am forever cursed to be like just trapped in character creation uh okay that one's pretty good um got it uh you know what we're gonna say that's good uh yeah oh my yes yes no yes [Laughter] uh I like this one uh oh my god did they give you way too many too many options too many options okay let's go ahead and do the somewhere in between those two perfect uh let's go and yeah oh god I've flipped to a completely different uh oh nice eyebrow color forehead no so there we go uh let us do a longer nose slightly wider yep yep that that's the [ __ ] that's her slightly water a wider Ridge uh I want her to look like she's had her nose broken a couple times you know because she's a badass she's a badass she's gotten into a few fights a few scraps here or there oh God ears uh things that I've never truly considered about my characters their ear shape uh what good enough uh cheeks just flips around shows the ass ah yes what what nice cheeks uh okay got it got it got it not bad not bad okay okay feels good about that mouth [Laughter] my God too many options wait I've loved oh that it's the human equivalent of grumpy cat oh my God uh okay so one or I think maybe eight I think eight scale up big mouth uh left or slightly Askew mouth it's like what what are these options uh okay we're gonna scale it back down a little bit tiny bit of an overbite because that's cute uh okay teeth oh God why are we doing this oh great love this oh God uh you know we're gonna keep it simple uh okay jaw oh my God these differences are so subtle but he like I cannot handle how minor these differences are okay so here's what I'm gonna do that's all the way forward and then back oh definitely not that one uh I feel like maybe a little bit more forward than anything and then down or up nah all the way down I like a good strong jaw uh we're gonna widen that out yeah there we go there we go she's looking good uh neck what is what are the differences so some aging I guess that's nice people who don't want to play baby baby face characters all the time uh uh still unsure not bad are some of these options thinner than others is that it doesn't look like it I don't care enough there you go that one jewelry okay yeah you know we gotta we gotta get some decent jewelry in here you know something that says yes I am gay um there are zero eyebrow piercings out there or if there were yeah no eyebrow piercings this is homophobic uh uh okay we're gonna go with uh ironically I think this character had long earrings but I don't think I'm gonna get that from her do good old nose ring there we go perfect good enough jewelry [ __ ] color okay uh you know what I could get green nose ring so I'll do that uh Derm aesthetic what the [ __ ] what are these what is what is happening here what is what is wrong have you suffered some terrible radiation poisoning what the [ __ ] I I know what it actually is it's just different textures for skin uh that's nice uh I mean there we go do that one nah decrease the intensity good enough uh I have completely undone my work great that's lovely um good enough there we go okay complexion color temperature what in the okay Vitiligo okay so some of these I get some of them I'm like ah yes in case you wanted to look slightly green uh uh rookie what it looks like it's back to the base right am I crazy the intensity all the way complexion blemishes oh my computer just went nah you know what not today um election blemishes let's let's go ahead and increase the intensity so I can tell what the [ __ ] I'm doing oh okay so there's a blemish on her nose okay on her oh hey look scars I was like that's a blemish uh are any of these gonna be oh that's sick oh that's cool what the [ __ ] oh so many of these are so cool oh I'm gonna be here forever if I don't just decide something okay uh we're gonna go with them singular mole uh go with a mostly natural color for moles uh oh hey look I completely didn't notice narrow wide narrow okay so there is a uh I want to be skinnier option got it cool uh okay holy moly okay so this character does have a scar I'm wondering if they're gonna have the particular type of Scar here um oh that's so cool though it matches up with the ah okay I gotta see if they'll have the correct kind of scar that's kind of it it's also kind of it no not quite kind of kind of if you got a barn Mark is is the thing she got a burn scar oh no that's that's pretty cool all right uh uh oh I can mess with the intensity of the scar okay okay that that's starting to look more accurate to to what I was thinking there we go yeah yeah that one uh facial forms respectfully what the what what are these just different kinds of wrinkle lines I would I would like some that's definitely wrinkles okay I would like some any kind of Direction here uh Go Back to Basics here but you can double them you can have several kinds of facial forms but not several scars not multiple scars that's weird foreign tattoos are these facial tattoos yes they are oh that's sick though oh this is so not the character but also cool oh oh my goodness oh my goodness gr oh that is kind of the character though we're gonna keep that we're gonna keep that one um uh I just want a good like ah I guess that is black sure okay we'll go with it um Che cheeks again oh is this cheek makeup okay uh change the color some of these colors are uh interesting yeah that's probably the best one just holy [ __ ] the intensity there uh okay we're gonna that's not the one that I wanted to increase the intensity of I wanted to increase the intensity here and change the color maybe to and now just like that there you go good enough oh my God lipstick and just uh God good enough uh lipstick accents what does that mean here we go lovely uh let's go with a different color okay with the different color I'm suddenly seeing that the the the base is not quite what I wanted uh what I would want what in the blue blazers mint oh or is this or is this the accent got it I gotta change the color of the accent as well oh my God oh I'm too I I'm I'm two straight man for this oh God uh okay um thank you got it let's go with that and then change the color there we go I'm gonna call it I'm gonna call that there um eye shadow yeah do the eye shadow so so like good eye shadow the eyes have been shadowed no ha I what I would do for just an undo button what I what I would give if I could live um okay eyeshadow yeah there you go that's pretty good um now that I got the color I'm gonna see about the different styles real quick oh that's pretty fun uh let's be honest let's be honest let's be honest um yeah yeah that's probably it uh I'm I'm liking the the lipstick less and less uh we're gonna go ahead and just oh God okay menus are gonna be the bane of my existence in every game that I have ever played uh there we go I like that better more like a plum than like a lavender or purple um there we go perfect eyeshadow upper eyeshadow low ah I'm going insane uh wait this is uh I've undone everything that I did uh you know what eyeliner what was that with the eyeliner it did like a uh like a Feathering thing going on there um we're gonna increase the intensity just change it to dark I don't I don't particularly care uh dirt gotta get that dirt oh yeah get that dirt in there realistic dirt textures hell yeah let's go let's [ __ ] go oh my God uh you know what I like this maybe we changed the intense and now no I don't like it I've decided against it uh uh increase the intensity again so I know what I'm working with God Dude any any yeah okay decrease that then let's um whatever the colors is it even there anymore okay so that's the darkest color and it's the only way it's going to show up uh okay there we go I hope I can get my character to take a bath later and then the dirt will be gone um I know I could easily just make her without dirt but it's there so why you know I I want to do it okay Beast Hunter bouncer Bounty Hunter Chef okay combat medic oh I always like being a medic um okay I'll not found oddly there is no information on file about your past life empirical oversight deletion by some powerful unknown faction or was there just nothing of note to mention oh I got roasted uh whatever the reason your past is known only to you what's important is something something something yeah the here and now and the path you're about to forge interesting um uh space scoundrel good bad who's right is it to say uh if there's anything you've learned while traipsing through the Galaxy it's this space may look black but it's really one big shade of gray uh you know what that sounds pretty good uh gangster you were always disgusted by suckers killing themselves to make an honest wage as soon as you were old enough to hold a weapon you took what you wanted from anyone unlucky enough to have it oh uh uh I feel like I got I gotta remember I'm playing a specific character and I think her whole thing would be space scoundrel yeah yeah I feel good about that alien DNA okay this isn't the only thing I can choose uh I was like uh uh I just have alien DNA I guess you volunteered for a controversial experiment that combines alien and human DNA uh as a result you start with increased health and oxygen but healing and food items aren't as effective [ __ ] that um you are deeply connected to the feelings of others that's not this character at all but it might be interesting uh performing actions your companions likes will result in a temporary increase in combat Effectiveness but performing actions they don't like will have the precise opposite effect oh uh extrovert you're a people person exerting yourself uses Lex oxygen when adventuring with human companions but more when it adventuring alone what okay uh wanted someone put a price on your head and word has spread occasionally armed mercenaries will show up and try to kill you but being cornered gives you an edge when your health is low you do extra damage I like that uh okay uh United Colonies native uh you gain access to special United Colonies dialogue options and better rewards for some missions given by the faction I don't know anything about this faction hero worshiped okay you've earned the attention of annoying adoring fan who will show up randomly and jabber at you incessantly on the plus side he'll join your ship's crew and gives you gifts I like it I like it uh also makes real sense for this character uh let's see raised Universe I wish they gave me any information on these factions they're giving me no information on these factions at all uh you own a luxurious home uh no uh let's see kid stuff your parents are alive and well and you can visit them at their home but you will automatically send two percent of your credits home to them every week interesting uh neon Street rat uh you grew up on the Mean Streets of Neon uh I feel like of the options I've seen so far uh I feel like neon Street rats probably the the best one you grew up worshiping the Great Serpent what are any of these things man buddies has become acclimated to space health and oxygen are increased when in space it but decreased when on the surface Terra Firma is the opposite oh man I don't know what I'm gonna be doing more often though restart Collective settler I don't know what these things are that makes the most sense it makes the most sense we're doing it we're doing it I'm I'm done I'm done this is Ava what up can you change that it doesn't give you the option to change the pronouns what the what uh yeah yes oh it does oh that's lovely oh look at that name character I I did there we go and then confirm almost forgot about your application the one note I had on your file was Troublemaker well you got the sample client's on his way then we all get paid you remember anything that happened I saw forever there was this light in music uh uh I I wish I could say I could see forever uh we'll go with what is that thing that's what sooner we get it off our hands the sooner it isn't our problem anymore gotcha uh there was it even tells the time oh hey I'll take your fancy digital watch look at that the watch fits you perfectly now questions so I've been reading uh I've been reading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and one of my favorite moments in the very beginning of the book is uh when talking about Earth they were talking about how primitive Earth earthlings are uh and the uh the example that they gave was that earthlings still think that digital watches are a pretty neat idea so he's like uh yeah here you go it's a watch uh why send me shouldn't you go you're giving me your ship technically is not even mine consider it alone oh fun we'll keep you on course besides I'm making an exception since you can tell constellation about that Vision you had got it I I don't know how much detail I can give you see that's the problem with this with this too easy to take everything for granted while everyone else is busy playing politics we're the ones Brave in the unknown vastness of space without us Galaxy is just a big room with the lights turned out okay gotcha that doesn't answer any questions but you know what I wasn't expecting it to um I was the Crimson Fleet after you you're just follow Ing and I have something of a reputation as a new collector ah interesting uh what exactly did we dig up your help okay got it if I send me shouldn't you go to experienced why it only affected you I mean I was goodness okay failure they can step you through the entire process if you're already an experienced pilot just power up all the systems and will be on our way okay so hold left alt and use wasd to to attach the neural control interface NCI uh our security detail is still trying to remove him from the Cocoon the Cocoon and we had no choice but to put the creature down a minor setback none of us expected success on the first try I heard Dr Paulson tell the others that a Detachment of United Colonies Marines is scheduled to deliver another creature next Thursday what the [ __ ] uh new specimens I I you know what so this was January February May okay got it uh I'm not sure how they managed it but the UC Marines actually managed to bring us an ashta it's not that the ashta is a terrifying beast and natural predator those are exceptional and wonderful qualities and essential to the work we're doing here so that the ashta is native to the planet Aquila in the Cheyenne system Aquila home to Aquila city capital of the free star Collective interesting leave it to a group of Ground Pounders to grab a candidate right from the enemy's backyard though it does beg the question have Freestar collect have free star Collective scientists managed to weaponize their greatest natural predator if so our time table just got accelerated okay may any fears that our Freestar Collective counterparts have managed to weaponize the ashta have been completely dispelled after the Michelson debacle we determined the NCI should only be attached under full sedation so that wasn't an issue the problems started immediately afterward the ashta proved incredibly resistant to synchronization and we never achieved control Fidelity Beyond 47 percent Dr Chen's arm was nearly ripped off five minutes into the first trial in short the ashta simply can't be controlled if not by us then certainly not by the Freestar Collective Dr Paulson has been in touch with colonel kazarov uh none of these none of those earlier species could be controlled with any reliability as noted in my earlier logs their natural aggressiveness made them effective weapons but a bullet less than but a bullet is less than useless if the gun keeps turning itself on the shooter but these new creatures possess a perfect natural disposition non-aggressive even docile yet capable of Defending themselves with deadly efficiency when threatened and when they go on the attack they're terrifying so we'll see okay so the Arthur the space lobsters are terrifying the space lobsters are potentially their their best option we're moving packing up shop and transitioning the entire operation it's happened so fast my head is spinning the work on the arthropods has been so successful we're actually relocating to their home world we'll have an unlimited supply of creatures for the xenom Warfare division I've been named senior xenobiologist that means I'll be running the entire facility my first
