oh yeah what you do on summer break says about you playing video games to anyone who says you're wasting your summer you just tell them it's too hot outside watching Netflix you spend more time scrolling through what to watch than actually watching something going to the beach you like getting sunburned and getting sand all over your clothes swimming you love being in the water but the 10 minutes of getting out and changing back to regular clothes sucks hanging out with friends either you have a ton of fun or it turns into crazy drama spending time with family you love your family and are having a blast or you hate your family and you're being forced going on a road trip if your air conditioning is broken then God bless you going on a trip somewhere you're probably gonna have a great time your bank account isn't though cleaning your room by the end of the summer it's gonna be just as bad or worse than before you clean it up having a water balloon fight you're happy to Splash everyone else but secretly get annoyed when you get splashed building a sand castle you die inside when you watch your Masterpiece get destroyed by the tide getting a new haircut when you come back to school nobody is going to recognize you and I don't mean that in a good way shopping at the mall you're probably gonna do more window shopping than actual shopping taking pictures you're gonna put them on Instagram to show your life is awesome but you're actually depressed cosplaying you love Itchy wigs and wearing cheap fabric while cosplaying in the burning Sun making s'mores the hardest part for you is making sure not to eat the ingredients before it's complete working out you're motivated by all the people showing off their Summer Bodies maybe you'll be fit in time for Christmas going fishing you would unironically say something like fish want me women fear me over [Music] making a cold shower any other time of year you wouldn't dare going bowling you spend more time watching the weird bowling animations than actually playing the game surfing it's not just a summer thing for you it's a lifestyle making crafts without school now you have unlimited time to make all sorts of crafts that will eventually end up in the trash going to a concert you're gonna sing along at the top of your lungs you don't care what anyone thinks having a picnic you're bringing watermelon other food too but definitely watermelon drying in the sand whatever art you create you leave at the beach hoping someone else will see it and appreciate it drinking lots of water sometimes it's not enough just to drink it you pour the whole bottle on your head [Music] going to the movies going to the movie isn't the problem it's finding a date to go with you that is playing sports you're overheating but if you're winning it's all worth it writing a book if you're lucky by the end of the summer you'll have finished the whole chapter drawing you're using it as an excuse to draw a bunch of characters in summer outfits going camping you'll be hot during the day and cold during the night but it makes you feel truly alive mini golfing somehow you always end up losing your ball eating good food you end up taking pictures of all the good food and showing it off on Instagram preparing for back to school you're a teacher or a parent please stop reminding us watching anime sometimes you watch the characters have a summer episode where they go to the beach and you get a tiny bit depressed you're not doing the same thing grinding your favorite video game that's your only goal really until you beat it and replace it with another gaming goal texting on Discord you really don't have anything to do do you playing board games when you tell people you're a gamer they have no idea you're talking about tabletop games buying a new recipe even if the food turns out good your kitchen ends up being a disaster drinking too much it's not just a seasonal thing you're intoxicated all year long taking a hike you're hoping you spot an animal but you end up just finding poop reading books there's a 50 chance you wear glasses or took the 16 personalities test eating popsicles you like getting horrible brain freezes and having it melt on your hand eating ice cream same thing as the last one playing volleyball you have too much fun playing the intense version of don't let the balloon hit the floor doing jobs around the neighborhood whether it's babysitting yard work or something else you ain't here to have fun you're here to get that back having a barbecue your life sucks but when the grill is on everything is suddenly okay watching the sunset you really think you're in a movie scene riding your bike the breeze is what keeps you going in spite of the Sun sleeping in you're lazy but it's okay you've been needing a break for a while smashing watermelons you're a weeb who saw them do it in an anime but failed miserably and just made a mess doing nothing the whole time you don't
