think he sounds like a keeper and he he fancies them more than me OSE keep splitting up with me but then we get back together after a year and it just keeps going in with accent what you've got to do isla this is the case like with me and my wife there was a lot of friends of mine that she didn't like that I did like so we compromised and now I don't see them anymore we have our friends that's what we have now friends of my own got me right there there isla all right Douglas hello pal are you all right who've you brought with you Douglas ginger ginger I used to have ginger do you stop ginger hey that thought was quite into his internet shopping master than it should be all right tell us more got an email on my phone to say well done I'm purchasing your way 30 pounds expensive if you want a Bluetooth I'm a flashing light why'd you leave the Bluetooth I don't know you need to be bluetooth for your music see us music playing ah hello Imani how are you who have you brought with you tonight my auntie Julie and my mom Anna lovely levels nice to meet ya thank you alright you look nervous I've gotta say more nervous than Imani yeah we're we're a little bit nervous to see what she's gonna do you want to do a very important job when you grow up a teacher a teacher yeah she's knowing what to do because he Marlene knows more than you yes I've got one of those yeah I've got a three-year-old actually who no matter what I say too I go oh look that's a giraffe she's like I know everything oh that's the Bell [Music] there we go they made it to school and no one left the pig get on the roof of the car it can be done kids it's just a regular day at school but you grown-ups will have a lesson of your own tonight because remember it's about you and how well you can predict what they'll do in various situations so if you lose it's definitely your fault and whoever most accurately predicts their kids behavior will get to play for some amazing prizes at the end of the show slightly sarcastic but I'll take right let's head to the school where lessons have moved to the playground and the kids are getting to grips with all kinds of new friends let's take a look when you're six years old every day brings something new everyone to say hello to Tasha because Tasha has brought along her petting zoo so we're gonna start with some ducklings six year old every new experience comes with a heightened fear of the unknown because they're learning to differentiate between their imagination and reality better wash your hands then who thinks they've just been really brave what because somebody was not brave oh I can't beat chicken [Applause] finger-licking I love the chicken tomorrow I love this bike it cheapens in the hot wings chicken Douglas and Isla think they're coming back to look after the animals yeah just get them out just like that but what they don't know is that we are actually gonna be testing whether they can cope with their fear so faced with a rather peckish chicken will the kids overcome their fear and pick it up like this very carefully bring him up Oh Marnie then even though there was chickens alright more than happy to talk about what level of spice so the kids have met a whole host of farm animals but will your child pick up the chicken from the floor what would your kid do families lock in your answers so Marley's family are the only ones who don't think she'll do it no because it's not cooked are you feeling brave today about ninety percent for brave enough to hold a chicken is it gonna affect me I don't think it's going to affect you would you like to name her his piece what would you like to name her number petal petal yeah so both hands around his wings can we keep him come from he's very very calm don't know let's go to chicken before and how does it feel so so that's it right around those wings a bit further in furthering perfect spoke to nicely bring you all the way up here we go I think you did a great job would you like to have a try no no not today [Music] how brave are you feeling [Music] [Applause] [Music] I know a poultry attempt Douglas no chickening out from him a man is Wow you did not think she was going to do that before much braver than you thought she doesn't like spiders or any type of animals generally so I'm really surprised maybe she was just feeling the wings so after that the scores look like this Douglas's family taken early lead with one point now school's not just for learning algebra capital cities and how to write exam answers on your hand it's also about learning right from wrong our kids are doing it with the help of Rita our robotic Information Technology assistant let's see how they're getting on at six years old you've got plenty of time on your hands to figure out the do's and don'ts of life for this lesson we're gonna be talking about right and wrong and I've got a very special learning device she's called Rita hi everyone [Applause] the children are having a debate with help from the new teaching assistant Rita the robot is there any once that smells at your house my daddy do your parents do anything naughty ila eats chocolate every night and my dad wants here a whole bar of chocolate for himself and it was one of them the big ones sounds like an average Tuesday night to me by the age of six kids know the difference between right and wrong but their moral code will often be tested in situations where they feel they're being treated unfairly you think it's okay if it's somebody else's sweets to take them because you need to meet [Music] to test the children's sense of right or wrong Ritu the robot is about to give the kids a moral dilemma hi Marnie hi Maria you were so good in the game earlier and talking to the robot that you were gonna get a special toy I just need to pop out and take a phone call and while I'm doing that you can play with your toy it's over there your name's next to it okay so and faced with a rather sad looking hopper will Douglas Isla and Emani accept their deflated fate all they'd swap their broken toy for someone else's I've been treated to a deflated toy but with the teacher now out of the room will your child swap theirs for someone else's what would your kid do families let's lock in our answers so I look you think we'll swap the space upper do you think she would be thinking about the consequences of like that means somebody else will love that no she'd just be thinking yeah okay and Douglas you think he won't swap why do you think that it looks tell it to each other his knees blowing if I think you think the money won't swap either yeah I think she'll know that it wouldn't be the right thing to do to swap it so I think she'd probably tell the teacher as well let's see if you're right hey mommy oh the only food that robots eat nuts and bolts do you eat nuts and bolts but we don't eat it's about you helper can you show me what you do where humans spit on them you hold this and you just go like that and basically sometimes you can bounce up and down sorry but I can't why not mine's deflated and I can't touch any of the other one the other one [Music] [Applause] so cool really high fun I know because it's bigger than mine it's okay I think mine's its mourners me anyway if you swapped your toy with someone else's you'd have a big one and no one would know okay no I do that I'll get told off snaps no put the tilt teacher well what would the teachers say I don't know I'm up to teacher it's hard to be disappointed in the correct behavior answer Julie what's going on yeah I saw it in your face you genuinely look right let's see what that has done to the scores delicious family and in the lead with two points back to the classroom where the kids are discussing rules let's have a look life is fun when you're six years old but there are also lots of rules when we're all in class together one of the rules that we need to have so that we can learn the best that we can Eila please don't talk over there teacher no clicking horrifying you have to not jump on the couch your beds you have to clean up after yourself you have to wash their dishes sounds exhausted you have to fix the dishwasher you have to do I need you have to put those in the last you have to do everything at 6:00 children are getting better at following the rules by controlling their own impulsive behavior but research has shown that kids that break the rules are more likely to be millionaires with the lesson over the kids think they're playing a guessing game to find out which animal is hiding in the box playing it kick off says you still see me yeah goodbye you have a sit-down but what they don't know is we're actually gonna be finding out how good they are at sticking to the rules whoo number one is that this animal eats bananas [Music] John attack grab on of a proper lookin squid right do you see in monkey when the first prize you were a monkey thank you hey we're gonna move to box number two okay so this animal has humps on its back come on well don't you wanna have a look and whatever you were I got one good go on then on to box number three and for this one you get to win the winners star oh dude so clue number one for 12 hours a day this animal eats shoots and leaves sorry to interrupt with photocopiers jammed again so when the children are left alone will they be tempted to break the rules and sneak a peek one thing I've discovered on this show is that kids will literally do anything for a cardboard star Christmas on Playstations and bikes but just the cardboard stuff they will do anything with the winners star up for grabs will your child break the rules and look in the box it's the all-important question what would your kid do families blocking your answers right so Isla we think she will not look I don't think so because that instruction has come from a teacher and right they shall respect that so robots no like what about Imani before that last game or just said no but after that [Laughter] Douglas you think he'll have a little look - absolutely you're saying Douglas a domani will have a good old peak but I Allah will not let's see if you're right [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] look I didn't look you didn't look you you can break the rules you know work now you scared the life out of me I would still think you didn't look I never saw anyone no I just look like that okay it's that grace that was quick wasn't it how did you get that so quickly [Music] well we all raise an eyebrow there but no one more than Douglas girls in Manchester who actually get the right job sweeper so the rule-breaking was literally written all over it Amaury proved you wrong well it leaves us with Douglas on three points ila on one anomalies family still yet to get anything right with no points so far but don't worry because you've got the rest of your lives to get to Noah [Applause]
