I can't believe this guys or anybody else's on the street videos in Japan when it comes to things like this. I've heard Japanese are even more reserved about their true feelings and opinions about things especially if they are in public or presented in public due to face saving. I don't know how true this is, I've only heard this from Chinese who have assimilated into Japan.
