hi welcome to how to DND my class or AC represents how hard it  is for an attacker to hit your character   AC is pretty easy to work out for most classes  10 plus your dexterity modifier equals your armor   class you can then add armor Shields or Certain  Magical items to increase it however make sure   that your character is proficient in armors and  shields before you equip them as it could force   your character to roll at the disadvantage the  strength and dexterity based skill checks if   they're not there are two exceptions to the 10  plus dexterity equals AC wool barbarians and monks   these two classes are primarily melee Fighters  which means that they'll be fighting hand-to-hand   combat rather than staying a little bit further  back from the combat to Castle spells this means   that they get an extra added bonus to their exit  hi guys editor Tony here it has occurred to me   that some of the information in this how-to DND  is incorrect I state that a barbarian's AC is   10 plus strengths plus Constitution and amongst  AC is 10 plus strength plus wisdom this is not   correct the way to work out a barbarian's  AC is 10 plus dexterity plus Constitution   and a monk it is 10 plus dexterity plus wisdom  really sorry about the confusion um on with the   video of Barbarian will add to their strength and  Constitution modified to tear together let's see   while monks will have their strength and wisdom  modifiers to turn together right so thank you   so much for watching make sure you subscribe  for more quick d d tutorials and comment any   questions you may want answering below and we  will in Endeavor to get those answers to you
