[Applause] [Music] at first for sure we saw forever and the distance but the path of least resistance is the one where i don't see you anymore and yes i'm sure about my choices i don't need you to take me home hey guys welcome back to my channel i am super grateful that you are here and as for always i hope you are having a beautiful day as you already know i'm going to be sharing a week of eats with you and i'm always staying real with you guys i'm always telling you what the hell i'm eating every single day because i want to show you that food freedom is possible i don't live with restrictions i have what i please when i please i eat what i want when i want and it is completely possible for you to live that way too food does not have to be a scary thing it is something that nourishes you and fuels your body so that you can live a thriving and healthy life so i hope this week inspires you to get in the kitchen have some nourishing meals and also treat yourself as well okay because you deserve it let's get on with the food all right day one breakfast we are having a chickpea wrap which i am loving at the moment full of protein and super simple to make it's just a quarter cup of chickpea flour quarter cup of water and then whatever spices you desire and then you just add it to a pan with a little bit of oil and swirl it around there you go a nice wrap however make sure you use a non-stick pan because if it's not a non-stick pan good luck basically anyways i stuffed my wrap with a whole bunch of goodness we got some tofu dips and quinoa some pickled jalapenos some avocado some red onions some cucumbers we're going a little more mexi vibe for this one although i did add turmeric to the wrap but turmeric is just such a good anti-inflammatory through some salsa and some fresh dill on there i don't know why i just i had fresh dill laying around anyways some greens and there you go we are keeping it super simple today and eating our leftovers guys eat your leftovers okay at me if you will but i hate when people waste okay so just don't be a waster and eat your leftovers this rice noodle stir-fry was just so freaking delicious and i was so happy to eat it again for dinner we're basically having breakfast because i had two savory meals today and i wanted something sweet so i chopped up an apple added some blueberries some coconut yogurt and for some protein i added some quinoa yes you heard me right quinoa i know it's a little weird and some of you will be like what what are you doing but trust me a quinoa bowl is delicious and quinoa is bland so you can spice it up in any sort of way you can do it spicy or you can do it sweet and then i just added a whole bunch of homemade granola baby baby baby you dropping me why you dropping me so crazy so i started out my date with a coffee i didn't have any milk in the house so i just added some maple syrup to it i don't need to add things to my coffee like i like black coffee but i like to spice things up all right at me if you will again all you black coffee lovers but i choose to add milk and maple syrup to my coffee because it's just it's fun it's delicious anyways okay oatmeal so i did half a cup of oats on the stove added a scoop of protein powder and some ashwagandha to it topped it with ground flaxseed chia seed blueberries hemp seeds coconut yogurt peanut butter and some coconut chips and it was a perfect way to start my day so my friend picked me up those burgers and they're really damn good like i thoroughly enjoyed them and he got them on sale so no complaints over here from miss julia anyways i added one of those patties to my bun along with a crap ton of veggies as usual we got some red onions some cucumbers some spinach i added some dill some avocado and as you saw on the bottom i added some dijon mustard and a little bit of sriracha and then i had some leftover fried potatoes just sitting in my fridge so i just warmed those up after the burgers were done and i was on my way [Music] so i went on a really long walk on this day picked up a kombucha and a protein bar when i was out i only had half of the protein bar because i was like almost home when i picked it up and i wanted to make a super big dinner and didn't want to fill myself up because i was really hungry and those protein bars are pretty filling and i wanted to save room for this delicious pasta dish that i'm making so i just fried up a whole bunch of veggies onions mushrooms brussels sprouts then seasoned it with some salt some peppers some parsley some chili flakes and then added some more veggies of course because i'm literally a veggie queen and some fresh dill because i'm just i was just loving fresh dill at this moment and i'm making my classic creamy sauce with some hummus if you vegans out there have not made a creamy pasta sauce with hummus before go and do it because it is so freaking easy and delicious and as long as you have plain hummus you can spice it up in whatever freaking way you desire so because i already spiced up my veggies i just added some lemon juice and some garlic powder to this until i got the desired consistency and taste that i was looking for a lot of the time i don't measure things and i'm super sorry that i don't have all of the recipes right now for you guys but i do try my best anyways i added my brown rice pasta to my bowl along with my veggies and my creamy pasta sauce and then mixed it on up this was a fat bowl and it filled me up mentally and physically it was so good [Music] so i basically have something different to drink like every single morning because i like to spice things up i like to make things interesting i like to change my life up okay julia calm down i started today off with a matcha but i added a scoop of that think blend from four sigmatic which i really like and it has lion's mane mushroom in it which is so good for your brain and just kind of wakes you up it makes you feel good anyways we are doing a super simple blueberry muffin recipe even though i just said it makes you feel good it makes you think i didn't feel like thinking today and i think that's maybe why i gravitated towards that thing blend so i just looked up a nice easy blueberry muffin recipe on google and this is the one that i came up with i'll link it down below because it actually was pretty damn good they weren't super sweet which i was actually really happy about because i don't like eating like a lot of sugar because i actually find it makes me jittery and it's just not good for my skin my eczema or acne so feel free if you try this recipe to sweeten it up more or less to your liking and yeah you do you boop you do you anyways of course i had to have one right at the oven you can basically see it's steaming still it was so delicious and then i decided to make some real breakfast so i added some coconut yogurt and some coconut kefir to my bowl along with some protein powder mixed that all on up and then chopped up some little baby figs which are just so cute and delicious and then i got these things from the grocery store they're called lychees i've had them before in the past and they honestly taste like how flowers smell i know that sounds weird but they're just so floral 7.5 out of 10 would recommend i then enjoyed another muffin with my yogurt bowl and that was [Applause] breakfast [Music] and then of course i had to go back for muffin number three because yum and then i finished that protein bar that i ate half of the other day all right guys so i'm over here wrapping leftovers again so i just cooked up a whole bunch of quinoa and then warmed up that leftover patty and some leftover yuchoy that i fried up in some chili oil some garlic and some other spices and then i just topped it with some sriracha some sauerkraut and the last little bit of this tofu dip again eat your leftovers guys on this particular day it was pretty rainy and cold and i decided to make a hot chocolate midday so couple teaspoons of cocoa powder some turmeric some black pepper because you know you have to add the black pepper to the turmeric even though it's hot chocolate you still have to do it trust the process [Music] cold rainy days require laziness in the kitchen so we're just making a big old bowl so we got some spinach some quinoa some leftover fried up veg from the pasta that we made the other day some sauerkraut some sun dried tomato all topped off with my homemade balsamic dressing which is chef's kiss so delicious [Music] so i got up this morning and made one of those coffees i always want to say dissolvable coffee but it's instant coffee i don't know why i want to say dissolvable but it is what it is we had one of those muffins and then went on a long walk i love to get movement in the morning when i can sometimes i'm just a lazy bee and just don't kick my own butt to go out and get some movement in the morning anyways we're making a granola bowl apple fig blueberries coconut yogurt and then a couple of those lychees that i just had on their own and this granola i made in my what i eat in a week for breakfast video so if you want to go check that out go do so but not gonna lie it's not my best [Music] it's work a day we gonna get wavy layer on some diamonds and some pearls maybe we could go to the mall get our nails done get our head don't we fly so good for lunch we're making a big salad it's one of my favorite things to do because it's just so simple to throw together you're full you're satisfied you're nourished after you have it like it's just 10 out of 10 highly recommend so i started off by adding a whole bunch of greens got some cucumbers some red peppers some quinoa some sauerkraut some creamy tofu dip and then some salsa as well we're going a little more mexi style again for this so i squeezed on a lime and with my greens too i chopped up a bunch of cilantro that needed to be used too and because i like it spicy i added some pickled jalapenos [Music] for dinner we were feeling a chickpea wrap with some crispy tofu so i started off by marinating some tofu in some garlic powder paprika onion powder and then half of a lemons juice i said that really weird but we're just going to keep rolling with it i added a little bit of oil to my pan and then threw in my tofu and then just cooked it until it was all crispy on all sides and then now we're making our chickpea wrap we didn't do anything crazy for this one we literally just added chickpea flour and water to a bowl whisked it up and then added it to our pan because we were just gonna have so much flavor from all the other elements that we didn't need to add flavor to it so i had some leftover marinade from the tofu so i literally just threw that on top of these greens and it was so perfect for it anyways we added some hummus to our wrap along with our tofu and some dijon mustard threw on the rest of those leftover greens from our pasta the other day some sauerkraut our greens and then enjoyed that for dinner low-key don't think i'm gonna be buying wraps ever again because i'm just gonna make them at home don't hold me to it though [Music] so this morning we are having a mocha because um yum right am i right i'm right anyways okay cocoa powder is so high in iron guys and you definitely have to get some cocoa powder into your life because anyone with a uterus that bleeds once a month is probably a little bit low in iron all alright so get some cocoa powder into your life and it's a great excuse to drink hot chocolates like every day all right anyways for breakfast we are literally just having a big bowl of fruit because it is just such a refreshing way to start the day and then just for a little more substance i added some coconut yogurt to a bowl along with that homemade granola and of course of course a nice scoop of peanut butter [Music] for lunch we were just feeling fruity again so i added a banana and then some tropical mix to my blender along with protein powder greens powder turmeric some water some ground flaxseed and some soy milk as well i added turmeric to this because i went for a long run and my knees were just like a little bit inflamed and sore from that and then later in the day i went over to my friend's house we had a couple caesars and then we ordered some sushi as well and oh i just sushi just hits different all right it just hits freaking different i only show myself grabbing a few rolls here but trust me like we basically split that and finished it so i ate i ate a lot let's just say that i actually don't get people that order sushi and like only have like a few rolls i probably have an issue where i just eat until i'm stuffed and sushi is like one of the only things where like i do that i eat until like i'm literally stuffed if you can relate to this let me know in the comments below so i'm not alone [Music] so this morning i was hella motivated to get in the kitchen and start creating so i'm making a whole bunch of sauces as well as some pickled items so we are starting off by making a spicy cilantro dressing which is freaking bomb on bootables by the way like mexi style bootables oh my god i'm so sorry for all the soap people out there if you know you know but i love this dressing so i'm all stand behind it i'll write down the full ingredients down below however i did make it a little bit spicy for probably the average person so i would definitely suggest not making it as spicy as i did i love it and i love spiciness but for most people it'd probably be a little bit much anyways like i said the full recipe will be down in the description box below and i highly suggest trying it out and then we were also inspired to try a new miso ginger dressing so i started off by grating a big chunk of ginger and then stuffed a whole bunch of miso into my jar by the way if you guys buy like soy sauce or tamari or whatever keep those jars like take the labels off and keep those jars because they are perfect for salad dressings anyways so along with the miso and the ginger in there i added some oil some rice vinegar and a whole bunch of garlic powder and onion powder as well like i said for the other dressing this recipe will be down in the description box too so that way you can try it out this one is super super yummy i've mixed it in with stir fries as well as topped it on salads and it is just so damn good and obviously to kind of even it out i added some maple syrup to it and then just tried it out until i got the right taste that i was desiring sometimes when you're creating something new it doesn't turn out exactly the way you wanted it so you have to taste and add as you go anyways after i made those two dressings i was inspired to make some pickled things as well so i chopped up a red onion and then added my vinegar mixture and some chili flakes to it as well and then i peeled a bunch of carrots i think i did about four carrots here and i made them into ribbons like this they're just so easy to throw in sandwiches or throw on burgers or whatever and it's a half and half mixture between vinegar and water for both of these pickled items [Music] as you saw before i started going wild with the dressings and making all these pickled things i made a little bit of chia seed pudding with some coconut kefir and after it sat in the fridge for a while i pulled it out and ate it for breakfast i mixed in some protein powder some greens powder and then just added a few splashes of milk to it as well heated up some berries on this stove added some apricot and then some pumpkin seeds along with some coconut chips as well and this was just such a nice and nourishing way to start my day well sort of start because i already did a lot of work before i ate this [Music] i went to the beach on this day and had a banana and a protein bar while i was there i recycled the clip from the last protein bar because my phone died when i was at the beach and i couldn't record me eating the protein bar but you're just gonna have to trust me that i ate the bar anyway so by the time i got home i was so hungry but i wanted to whip up something delicious so i marinated some tofu and then fried up some veg as well for a stir-fry so we got some onions some carrots some green onion some ginger and some garlic as well and then just sauteed that and then made a sauce to go on top of everything some soy sauce some sriracha some rice vinegar some garlic powder and some peanut butter and then a touch of maple syrup and for whatever reason i didn't feel like doing crispy tofu i just kind of wanted the tofu to be like really flavorful and soft in my stir-fry i also added some bok choy and some seaweed to this as well and then just stir-fried that added my rice noodles and my peanut butter sauce and mixed it all on up until everything was combined and oh my goodness okay like i literally cannot get enough of rice noodles like it they just they slap to me like they are so good they are such a delicious and filling and nourishing meal if you love rice noodle bowls please tell me because i need to know that i'm not just obsessed with them by myself anyway so i ate all of that by the way i was like oh yeah i'll just have a little bit more yeah right i ate the entire thing it was [Music] delicious so i started my day out with a matcha with that think blend from four sigmatic and it was delicious and then we were feeling a fruit bowl again so i cubed up a mango added a banana some lychee some coconut yogurt some coconut kefir some hemp seeds some ground flaxseed and then topped it off with my favorite fruit blueberries and then we had some homemade kombucha [Music] for lunch we were feeling a big old bowl so we added a whole bunch of things i say bowl but it's a plate so i added a whole bunch of greens my sauteed mushrooms zucchini and tofu along with some quinoa some sauerkraut and a bunch of other fresh veg like some red pepper some cucumber and then also i needed to try these pickled carrots so i added the pickled carrots which are so damn good i just oh i can't get enough of them anyways i topped my bowl with some hummus some seed mix and of course i had to try my spicy cilantro dressing on this like kind of mexi style i guess bowl and it slapped it was so bomb it added such a bold flavor to all of these vegetables and i cannot complain and then loki just had to be a little aesthetic in this next clip i like them just like my coffee all of these girls go to starbucks all of these girls up in college i like drama [Music] i might need to drop for dinner i headed over to a friend's house and we decided to make some cauliflower tacos so i added some oil some corn flour and some spices to the cauliflower and then we baked them in the oven the corn flour wasn't the best choice because like it didn't really stick to the cauliflower in the way that we hoped i suggest using normal flour though as a little snack before we ate we also had some muffaletta i think that's how you say it with some crackers and then we chopped up a whole bunch of veg and ate our wraps yeah i'm gonna spill this everywhere [Music] and i had two of these wraps and then later that night i enjoyed a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie as well i hope you guys enjoyed today's video and if you did
