hey guys welcome back to my channel today i wanted to do a what i eat in a day i don't think i've done one of these in like i don't know at least a month or so and you guys always seem to love them and i love sharing what i'm eating because especially lately i've been really focused on foods that don't make me bloat and i know bloating can be normal but it does not feel good in your stomach and then obviously it makes you kind of self-conscious so i'm going to show you everything i eat to avoid bloating and obviously help me maintain my lean muscle to burn fat and just feel really really good all day long so i'm going to show you literally every single thing i put in my body how i make it why i eat it the benefits everything like all day long and i eat a lot like you'll be surprised eat a lot of food but first i need to make my coffee that has not happened yet and i just feel like i need that little burst of energy this morning like a little extra coffee so we're gonna make my make it all the time then i started buying it because it just was easier but i'm out so we're gonna make it this morning it's not that hard it just is like an extra five minutes you know what i mean the reason i do celery juice every single morning is because it's known to like help with bloating help with constipation help reduce puffiness it's so so good for your gut it can help with so many different things i feel like it's helped my skin look so much clearer and not have as many breakouts even like during pms time so that's why i do i've been doing it for almost like two years i've shared it in stories in the past i do think that like the fresh fresh making it at home celery juice is best but when i buy it i buy it like 100 pure organic celery juice there's nothing else added at home though i do like to add like ginger lemon it just makes it taste a little bit less like earthy dirt make it a little bit easier to drink um but it really helps with me with hypothyroidism especially and all of my like gut constipation bloaty puffy issues i do feel like when i have it first thing in the morning it completely changes my day oh it's kind of sweet today i don't know why celery is weird like sometimes there's no flavor and sometimes you're like you're gonna like it we just got our hello fresh delivery i've been showing you guys them because they truly have like helped me out so much over the last few months ryan i've just been nuts like i can't even tell you how excited i am for the summer so all the stuff i've been working my butt off for the last two years you will see and you're gonna be so excited um but just like taking the time to go grocery shopping has even felt like a burden lately so having hello fresh delivered right to my house so i get delicious healthy fresh meals has been a game changer so i'm gonna show you guys what i got um and what i'm gonna make for dinner tonight give you a little preview okay so i got three meals and i just love it because it's like one it helps get me out of like making the same thing every single night and you can add on extra proteins or like throw in different things so ryan needs lots of protein so we always add those in so i think we're gonna make this one tonight it's a salmon in a creamy dijon chive sauce but then i also got jammy red pepper chicken and thai coconut curry chicken and just like these are things i would never think to make necessarily because i get in like that routine all the time so it just makes it super simple saves me a bunch of time and money i'll show you guys the happy it's really cute too i just love that it's white my other one was gold and i could not find another gold one that was big enough but white goes with the kitchen for my coffee i just steamed up a bunch of oat milk and i say a bunch because i make ryan his coffee which is not actually coffee it's just oat milk with protein blended into it and my adaptogens because he doesn't actually drink coffee but i give myself a nice big cup i'm gonna do collagen peptides so just one scoop of that and then this is my adapted gym i know every time i show this you guys are like tell me what's in it there's so much in it there's like 10 different adaptogens in this right now i promise i'm going to do a full video breaking down everything and how much i put in it and like giving you all the scoop on it if you haven't seen this before it's what i put in my coffee every morning really to help with my mood to balance hormones to help de-stress like it's just like my like happiness in a jar in my coffee um and yes i have hypo and that's kind of where it started but it's just really good for like anyone i put in ryan's every day um so i promise i'll do a video it's just there's so much in it like it's hard to break it all down things like rishi and ashwagandha and mukhana purines like it goes on okay so anyway i put a scoop of that in like a teaspoon or so and then mix it up and it's so good you know what it's missing though i've been putting like a little monk fruit and stevia in there just to like help sweeten it a little bit and i use monk fruit and stevia really only in like my coffee or if i have like proteins i'm good with it in there because those are like clean zero calorie sweeteners so there's a difference in how your body responds to something like monk fruit and stevia versus how it responds to say like splenda or equal those are full chemical crazies that your body does not want it does not know what to do with it can really cause metabolic issues but like a monk fruit and stevia don't spike your blood sugar levels and they're natural from plants so like you're getting that sweetness without the calories and that's a good place to be especially when it's real just get rid of the chemical stuff so this is a monk fruit simple syrup i actually got for cocktails like skinny margaritas but i'm just gonna put a tiny bit in my coffee too i think they make like a vanilla one for coffee even actually also can i just say i upgraded to one of these guys from my little bamboo whisk that i use for years it is a game changer the whisk was like nice except that i'd end up spilling a lot and honestly it's disgusting but i feel like it was getting moldy it's gross um this is just easy and clean and sanitary i couldn't deal with my hair anymore i had to go into a bun so greasy i just got done saying how i hate going to the grocery store now just because like i used to love like grabbing a coffee and just perusing the grocery store it was like a happy place for me but mass and everything else is just not the best but anyway um i realized i have to go to costco because we have a going back to the office date finally with our team i'm so happy but i realized like we need to stock up on stuff so i don't like costco it's so big but we're gonna brave it together there's so much good stuff here and the deals are so great but it's massive so it's like i'd have to figure out where to store it all and i don't want to do that [Music] well the back of the car is filled not really sure what i even bought paper towels toilet paper lunch meat wine it's such a good deal there it's so tempting so i got a couple bottles of wine um snack foods i don't know costco so random you end up sending 300 and literally i'm unsure that i got anything super useful but oh well i also got the biggest thing of clorox wipes ever there's like eight in a pack so we're gonna be super sanitary at the office just got back from shopping i'm gonna make some breakfast it's about noon so this is usually when i have my breakfast unless i'm doing like an intense workout in the morning but i'm doing my workout in a couple of hours so i'm gonna do some eggs we have eggs for me and ryan i always make both of us food because i'm a nice life and everyone make it for myself i might as well make it for both of us and to make sure he gets everything he needs so i'm gonna do for myself one egg like three egg whites i'm gonna do some type of card because that's the most important thing for workouts is making sure you have carbs in your body yes your body will use them so try to get a little mix of stuff going here i'm gonna make a little egg sandwich so i'm gonna use my awg everyday rounds and these are gluten-free grain free everything but they still have carbohydrates which is what i'm looking for there's only 12 grams i want like closer to 30 for this meal so especially before workout so i'm gonna eat two of them and then i'm also making some asparagus so i just popped it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and asparagus is really really good to help you de-blow it's kind of a natural diuretic so it'll help flush out your body as well and relieve like any of those digestive issues to help your stomach feel flatter which is always a good feeling [Music] i also try to make this kind of my biggest meal of the day um most of the time so i have plenty of energy throughout the day and especially at night like i don't like having a huge massive dinner i mean i like it but then i end up feeling really bloated when i go to sleep and when i wake up so i try to get most of my food during the day and then kind of taper off smaller at night i just finished my abs and arms day which i love because i don't really get that sweaty on abs and arms days unless i'm doing sprints which i did not do today because my butt was super sore so i'm gonna make a smoothie if you watch my fitness routine video i talked all about like why i make smoothies post workout and everything i get in them protein is absolutely essential post workout for muscle recovery reducing muscle soreness building lean muscle burning fat all the things and carbohydrates you need after a workout too to replenish your body so i'm gonna make a smoothie that i've been making the past couple weeks for like d bloaty and it's really good [Music] it looks so bland but it tastes so freaking good papaya is amazing for digestion and it makes it really sweet and delicious so a rain freeze oh oh i did that way too fast oh my gosh if you guys haven't tried my seven day slim down meal plan that is like the best to de-blow get all that excess water weight out like flush your body out lose a few pounds in a healthy way quickly like but again like it's really about just like flushing all the excess junk out and flooding your body with the good stuff so there's a lot of good papaya recipes in there too i don't like eating papaya like straight i'm not like a papaya person necessarily but the ones that are in there with smoothies and stuff and the soup's so freaking good i have to shower finally wash my hair just got home from these guys but i'm gonna have a little snacks i'm gonna give these a try and i have homemade hummus so i'm getting some healthy carbs healthy fats um i might have a turkey stick as well as like a healthy appetizer then i'm going to be making my hellofresh dinner and walking you guys through that whole thing but i want to eat a snack i used to always eat cheese boards all the time but then i get so full and then i eat way too much cheese so hummus cauliflower crisp protein you know i thought about trying to dry my hair before i came back to show you guys making dinner but like why like this is real life i self tanned i washed my hair this is my night so um it's also great because that my hair is up while i make dinner so i'm gonna get into the salmon in a creamy dijon chive sauce and what i like about this sauce normally i'm not okay i'm a big sauce person i love sauces but i don't normally trust sauces when i'm not making them myself but this one is super clean it's just like sour cream and dijon and so simple so i love that i'm gonna grab all the stuff and get chopping [Music] so you guys know i'm not a huge recipe follower normally but i love this because it's so simple and straightforward everything's just right there exactly how to do it they give you all the ingredients and perfect portions so that you're not wasting food which i absolutely think is super important so just enough salmon for ryan and i ten ounces i have four ounces he has six and then we have the red some zucchini lemon chives and all of it's ready to go i'm gonna cook my salmon in the air fryer but it the directions are for stove top i just thought it'd be easier to throw it in the airfryer but just know like you don't have to have an air fryer for this recipe [Music] this looks so good it was so just depends on the day and like what time i'm eating dinner but tonight i'm kind of eating it late because i got a late start in the day so the potatoes like i don't feel bloated when i have potatoes or sweet potatoes or anything but if i have rice sometimes i do so this is gonna be perfect i'm not a huge sweets person but ryan and i just were wanting something i don't know like yummy delicious warm gooey dessert vibe so i actually posted this recipe on the blog a couple weeks ago i'll put the link down below but it's a cinnamon bun mug cake that takes like two minutes to make so i'm gonna make that really fast so we can share that for dessert [Music] so [Music] all right so there it is last time i made it i made two servings this one is just one and then i made the little sugar-free frosting so we're gonna just drizzle that inside and i used almond flour for this one um it gets a lot poofier if you use a all-purpose flour even a gluten-free all-purpose flour it's a little bit more dense um if you use just almond my cake was really hot so i went blow dry my hair real fast and i'm gonna make some dandelion tea so this is dandelion leaf and root again really great for deep loading if you're feeling bloaty you can drink this throughout the day or at night and i feel like it really helps me like wake up and feel a ton better it's so good i have to save some for ryan he's working right now maybe i don't what are you doing like the rest of the monkey dang it i should have done it while i had it so that is everything i eat in a day at least today that's everything i ate
