hey welcome back to my channel my name is Amber and today we have a what I eat in a day on Weight Watchers showing you all the points I get 23 points a day 28 weeklies I normally get a good amount of activity points due to work but I'm only working three days this week so I need to really make sure I'm not going crazy because I'm not going to have as much activity points because girl my body needs to heal from those five days I worked last week that was a lot the last day I think I got 19 000 steps at work so I've been in recovery mode the last couple days but today is a particularly exciting day for me because my husband left to go to on a work trip this morning and my daughter's at school which is why I already have makeup on because I was already like up awkwardly amount of time I've been up for about an hour and a half and all I've had is this thing of water thanks daughter for putting a sticker on my water bottle um so all I've had is water because I started my makeup before I took my daughter to school came home finished the makeup um hair needs love but first coffee okay but first coffee because you're in hair and makeup before coffee like straight to jail straight to jail sorry but no gel for me today I love the color of this like it's like a lip gloss but sticky and transfers it's going to come off before the end of this video for sure all I have in my coffee if you've seen me make coffee you 've seen me make coffee a million times because it's the same way I like using this creamer this creamer is three tablespoons for one point you don't have to use three tablespoons but you can if you want to I have PCOS and Insulin resistant so I use ovacitol in my coffee this just helps with insulin resistance so I drink that twice a day and I like to add collagen into my coffee because it gets me nine grams of protein in my coffee super easy I normally love this brand but this container we can taste it which is weird we normally cannot taste collagen when you put in your coffee I've used this brand countless times I don't know if my taste buds have changed or if this is different than the other ones if they've changed something or if this is just a weird batch but I'm going to try a different brand whenever this is empty because I don't like tasting collagen no no no no I don't foreign I'm awfully chatty but I do I promise you I do I'm gonna go enjoy this and watch some YouTube because my guilty pleasure is watching like Disney World YouTube it's not guilty I I have no shame I love Disney World because my husband's not here yeah my daughter's not here for us today today is going to be like uh we're cleaning out the fridge and pantry I do need to go to the grocery store later today and so like all the random bits you know that have like been shoved in your freezer and in your bottom drawer of your refrigerator like that spinach that you know it's probably gone but you're gonna go buy more spinach yeah we need to clean up that kind of stuff and hopefully by cleaning it up I mean putting in my belly because I don't like wasting food but I have no idea what I'm eating today it's all going to be random crap that I already have uh like this random half pound of turkey that I am going to thaw here so I can have it for lunch later just a little stuff like that because that stuff doesn't last forever I know it's a freezer but it's not a magic box there's not you know it's not good for the end of time you know like I don't want to will this to my daughter and my will it needs it needs to be gone so that's what we're doing today uh and hopefully we can come up with some random tasty meals I'm gonna it's like an episode of chopped Weight Watchers Edition heck yeah we got this um but yeah I do need the coffee because I think what's happening is delirium take a breath I'll see you back and hopefully hopefully I won't talk as much you know sometimes there's just nothing you can do sometimes you're just chatty you get to enjoy that experience with me today so you're welcome I'm back because it's time to make breakfast I think I've settled down so hope this goes well I have the Sara Lee delightful 45 Calorie bread these are one point per piece I'm saving the two last good pieces for tomorrow's breakfast when I go to work so I have the little sad butts because I'm gonna make French toast so like who cares if there's a little extra crust at least not want not people so that's two points I'm going to make it into like a little sandwich and then into a french toast we'll see I'm gonna use the strawberry jam this is a good good brand this is one tablespoon for zero points they have lots of flavors someone asked where I got it I got it at HEB I also uh bought another one at Brookshire's is if you live in Texas East Texas you might know Brookshire's I'm sure Walmart other places have it it is a common one I just got the straw or I have the strawberry jam I just bought a fig Jam because I have a recipe with pork that I want to do with this so I'm excited to try that but there's lots of flavors um then I'm just gonna use an egg and a little bit of almond milk this is going to be zero points as well because I'm not going to use a cup I'm gonna use like a fourth of a cup so that's what we're working with for breakfast first I'm going to stuff my French toast because once I get egg on my hand I just want to be able to like keep going you know so do everything else first and I am going to actually measure it it's very easy to go over on this would a knife work better yes would that mean dirtying another dish yes so we're gonna do that all right boom I'm going to add an egg and do a splash of milk splash of vanilla good amount of cinnamon and a little pinch of salt I went ahead and threw my like little baby cast iron onto the stove so it's warming up while I'm doing this you really don't need measurements French toast is one of those things I always eyeball I'm just going to saturate my bread you know we're gonna have extra of this we're gonna go ahead and make two I'm gonna put one in the fridge and then tomorrow I can just throw it in the air fryer or something or the microwave or whatever I can have french toast tomorrow too I like that idea all right let's go to the stove I'm a little baby cast iron had I known I was gonna make two I would have gone for the bigger cast iron but here we are left that coat for just a couple minutes and I'll flip it I forgot to get the money shot where I flipped it my bad it took like five minutes and when we have breakfast for today and for tomorrow so pretty exciting I'm going to top it with some sugar-free Maple this is 0.4 a couple tablespoons I'm gonna use just a little bit gonna add a little more cinnamon because I really like cinnamon and then I have these pumpkin seeds uh it's same for one tablespoon it's zero points so I don't know that's what I said in the app and uh we can always use some healthy fats and a little bit of crunch toast these bad boys up with uh like some monk fruit and some cinnamon I bet that'd be delicious to add on top so we have two points for our French toast that's awesome I'm also gonna add some cinnamon sugar-free applesauce because I'm out of all my fruit like I said I need the grocery store so I like to have some kind of zero point food or fruit with breakfast so this is what we got on hand cut or open you see how jammy yum not bad for two points guys she looks pretty but does she taste good because that's why it really matters my lighting is terrible uh my tripod with the ring light on it broke slash sabotage from children good Jammy piece of stuffed French toast mm-hmm that is really good I do not always like the texture of French toast because it's just very soggy which is why I like to top it with some kind of nut because it gives it that Crunch and it just helps me mentally so if you have a texture issue with French toast maybe top it with a nut and see if it helps you and especially if you can have a whole tablespoon of pumpkin seeds for zero points seems like a win for sure so I'm gonna go eat this so I'm at three points when you add my coffee I've only had one cup of coffee I'm not gonna have any more for now I mean no guarantees later um so three points so far and it's already 9 15. so we're doing good I'm going to refill this and I'll be on my second bottle of water and uh let's see if we want a snack if not if I'm not hungry between now and lunch then I'll just wait for lunch I really let my Hunger cues kind of guide me of when I eat I am out I've been running errands I've already gotten my groceries and it is almost 12 and I am hungry too hungry to like wait until this last stop and go home and make something so this is why I normally throw some kind of protein bar in my purse this is the quest oatmeal chocolate chip and this is three points for 20 grams of protein I like the flavor I go back and forth between built bar and Quest Bar but the last two boxes of built bars I bought have like the chocolate's been messed up just from shipping because it's so hot so I think I'm going to stick to Quest Bars until the fall when my chocolate comes not messed up because the chocolate's so hard to eat but like if it melts onto the package and then you open that package and it like crumbles all over you and then you have like chocolate smears all over you not cool when you're at work so Quest Bar it is and I just finished at HEB but now I'm over at Kroger because the last time I did a video I showed those oh snap pickle like to go pickle bags because it came in my hellofresh meal and they were so delicious and HEB doesn't carry them but the Kroger app says it does so I looked um on the Kroger app before coming over here it's right across the street from HEB so I'm gonna eat this in my car and there happens to be a Starbucks in the Kroger so I'm gonna get me a skinny iced latte and it's two points for that so Quest Bar plus some more latte will be five points for this little appetizer before my lunch you know what I mean so just in case you've never actually had a Quest Bar they have gotten better I used to eat them over a decade ago when they they weren't awesome uh but now I really like them see how soft it is it used to be so chewy if you like cinnamon in your oatmeal you'll probably like this one so there are lots of flavors so give them a try it's great to keep in your snack and these you don't have to worry about the temperature which is really really nice so apparently they stopped making the cinnamon dolce like around covid times so I had to get the skinny I guess I was just able to get it at some places because they had like an excess and uh so we hit the jackpot guys I got like seven bags I got two spicy ones for my husband and the rest for me and my daughter if you like pickles and you need to go to work and have something super easy to like throw in for a snack these are freaking delicious so zero points I can't say enough about them like I said I just bought like ten dollars worth of pickles and I have no shame in it so I'm gonna drink my drink on the way home and maybe I'll show you a haul why the why the heck not let's do it no one ever said that I was really good at sticking to a budget when I came to my groceries uh I I struggle we'll start on this end so these are really for my daughter's lunches but I do like having chips already in the bag because then I can't overeat them well you can if you go back get more bags but it's harder you know if you just want a little bit most of these are five points per bag and then here's the Oreos I found I just had to get them because I love Halloween and I thought they were so cute and they'd really go really well in her lunches and there's 30 of them so these are eight points because they come with two cookies so if you had extra points some people get 40 points whatever a day I only get 23 so I can't fit that in all the time but if it's the weekend and I realize my my weeklies are gonna start over on on a Monday and I have extra points uh me having a pack that only has two in it is gonna be a lot easier than me opening Oreos and only picking out two I have my bread I just normally get whatever the 45 Calorie bread is they seem to be out of stock a lot so I just pick whatever one is in stock so this is one point per slice eggs are zero points I used to eat this a lot when I first did Weight Watchers like I don't know a decade ago and I forgot about them so I saw again this has just two points for the oatmeal so this is gonna be great for the days like when I when I don't go until eight in the morning that'll be great I love pop corners I like all the flavors and these are again pre-packaged so these are great for me to take to work I really like taking a sea salt and the white cheddar with me to work and then the kettle corn is sweet and I like it as an evening snack the sea salt is two points and then the kettle corn and white cheddar these are both three points so it's a really great low calorie chip option if you're looking for one and again individual bags means they don't go stale and it's easier to not overeat these are both for my daughter and husband because they both like them but sometimes I eat one of these they are gosh I think they're like they're seven or eight points for these which is really really high but again if it's the weekend and I realize I have so many like activities and weeklies over I will do it because I do love the way they taste and then the oatmeal cream cookie I think that's six points for a bar I don't ever eat those because six points for a tiny tiny bar these crescent rolls are really good if you haven't tried them they are three point three points per crescent roll and my daughter loves them so it's just something this little section is just kind of stuff I wanted to throw in my pantry because I wanted more I like to keep these on hand for random dinners I like to keep biscuits in there just for whenever me and my husband have a morning off this is normally like I'll make him brunch because I'm not I'm not gonna make breakfast you already know that if you know me and this is eight points per biscuit sometimes I have a biscuit sometimes I just do like potatoes instead of a biscuit but him and my daughter both love them so I get them needed more Dijon mustard peanut butter and then cheese ravioli for my daughter I always keep one of these in my pantry because again sometimes it's you don't know it's one of those days until it's one of those days and you need chicken nuggets from the freezer and some instant potatoes and you got dinner in like 10 minutes and then you can go to sleep because you're exhausted so always keep one in my pantry same with vanilla I used almost the last of it this morning so I knew I needed some more I love having this on hand for biscuits but also um like if I want to make like dinner bowls which has potatoes and eggs and stuff like that and it I just like having it on hand and then I like having a brown gravy on hand as well just to re restock my pantry my daughter loves the already made mac and cheese that you can just pop in the microwave but I also got these this is eight points for a cup which it's a good sized cup so if you are doing like zero point chicken and you want a quick side to go with it again like one of those days you have the black and chicken you want one of these you got like a really fast dinner that you didn't have to do much for throw some broccoli uh steam it in the microwave and you're good to go I've been wanting to try this this is the Olive Garden Italian light this is two tablespoons for one point so I feel like it'd be a really great marinade for chicken but also a dressing and then because that's only one point then I get to use one point worth of croutons and I still have a two-point salad and that makes me very happy so it's one point for about five croutons I use vinegar to clean my produce you know mouthwash dog stuff I needed balsamic vinegar for a recipe chicken I already have some chicken so I just need a little bit more I know one of the days I'm going to do a crock pot chicken because I work till 4 30 and on that day I'm not sure if I'm going to use the garlic parmesan or the barbecue sauce because I'm just gonna throw it in the crock pot and before I go to work so when I get home it's done and we're gonna have this over the mashed potatoes this is one point per tablespoon and this is I think it's like zero points for two tablespoons but I don't know how it goes up incrementally so keep you posted someone I follow on Instagram uses this all the time for her chicken she also gets egg beaters which I actually have to go back to the store of course I got home and then they texted me that my glasses were ready so I have to go back out anyway so I'm gonna get some egg beaters to go with this uh and try it because I really like her Instagram Channel I'll leave it here on the screen if you are looking for someone to follow so we're gonna give that a try I might even try it tonight we'll see I like to make mug cake so this is your sugar these healthy oatmeal bites they are one point per cookie so this is a great on the go breakfast option or dessert option so whatever suture fancy I got hummus this is two points for two tablespoons I do not know about this brand I mean I know about who Boar's Head is I've just never tried this brand but they were out of my store brand so we're gonna give this one a try I like to eat it with carrot sticks or I'll get a low carb tortilla again low carb tortillas I kind of just grab whatever is in stock because they seem to be on constant rotation on my store so I have this one this time put some hummus on the tortilla and then some zero point turkey roll it up you got a turkey wrap and it's really good and easy and fast I like to keep the unsweetened applesauce in my fridge for lunches and snacks for work I do like the one with cinnamon I don't like the regular unsweetened it's a little bit too tart but the one with cinnamon is great for me I get both of these for my daughter's school and then we have to go cups look I just found these today so they're like a good size to go cup 12 ounces so this is going to be perfect for like watermelon cantaloupe that kind of stuff which I'm pretty excited about because yeah my little mason jars are only one cup and then I have my little to go cups for dressings and all that kind of stuff and I didn't have a lot of produce because I'm looking for a good watermelon a watermelon obviously they're giant so I don't eat a ton of fruit but I'm gonna go look at the store for watermelon when I get the egg beaters because the ones at HEB were not looking good and I did not see any big ones at Kroger that were seedless they all had seeds in them so we're gonna do some baked potatoes at some point these strawberries smell so good I needed a lemon and a shallot for and rosemary all for the same I think it's for the same recipe it's like a balsamic big chicken you'll see it come in a coming up video grapes I get regular cheese and count it for reduced fat because I do feel like Weight Watchers can be a little low on the calorie size uh on the calorie side and with PCOS having the fat in my Dairy helps with my insulin response so I count this for reduced fat and then I count the two percent cottage cheese as a zero point cottage cheese so that's what I choose to do you do you do you you do whatever the heck you want to do some coffee uh lactose free milk I drink the almond milk because it's one point but that's for my family my husband and I love these ratio yogurts I have regular yogurt in the fridge already my daughter loves these strawberry banana yogurts some onions of course and then my Army of pickles oh snap so there we go way too much money on groceries so yeah of course I need to go back to a store and get more things that makes sense back to the what I eat in a day so I had this penne pasta in my pantry that had already been opened there was only five and a half ounces left in it so I'm going to make two serving sizes so I can have this for lunch tomorrow at work so we have our salt water boiling over here and I have my pasta ready to go in so I'm gonna cook this and then we have some marinara left over we made some pizza quesadillas like a week ago and so this is just left over so I'm going to use 2 3 cup of this because it's for two servings and then I have like a random amount of cottage cheese that I'm gonna blend with this and then mix together I've seen that on Instagram a lot so I want to try it and then I'm about to Brown up some of my like 98 fat-free ground turkey as well add veggies all the things if you want I'm gonna rummage through my my fridge now that I've gotten everything out um to see if there's any like random veggies I can add to it and if not it'll be veggie free so we'll just see well let's see how this goes the pasta cooks for nine minutes which will hopefully give us time to get all the meat done going to use a spray a non-stick pan or be way better for this but mine's dirty and this was just previously frozen turkey I'm gonna season my meat really really well some salt pepper a good amount of Italian seasoning onion powder and garlic powder yeah another thing we emptied this is going very well and now we wait and we're gonna Brown our meat I found frozen broccoli so I'm going to throw this in the microwave and steam it according to the directions hey dream my possible I'm going to remove about I don't know half a cup a little over half a cup of the pasta water to help loosen up our sauce I put my turkey in the bigger pot since I am going to toss stuff together I like broccoli covered in marinara I used to actually eat that like are they pasta substitute before there was a thing of zucchini noodles so I'm just gonna toss these together feel free to add yours on the side if you're following along and I have my burner off I don't know if I said that I'm going to add my pasta I'm gonna give a pinch of salt because that broccoli was not seasoned at all and now I'm going to add my sauce so this I ended up going more on the marinara since I added the broccoli so this is a cup of marinara that's been blended with half a cup of cottage cheese you want the burner off or else that cottage cheese could curdle add a splash of that reserved pasta water I can add more if I need to so it's Five Points worth of the pasta since I'm having two and a quarter ounces uh two points worth of my marinara you could always make that zero point marinara I'm just using stuff to get rid of it and then everything else is zero points so I don't think I need to add any more wood all right let's taste it I'm actually going to add a little bit of as I had red pepper flakes on my pasta I can't really tell I'm gonna burn myself by the amount of steam that is coming off of that my second has taught me I'm gathering my thoughts it needs something but I'm not sure so I'm gonna try the pasta by itself to see if it's the sauce or the broccoli that's good it's the broccoli I'm going to add a little bit more salt and I'm gonna see if I have any parmesan that might help I added salts Italian seasoning um more red pepper flakes and then I portioned it out you can see how huge the serving is that's what you get whenever you add vegetables to things it really bulks up the amount you can eat I'm definitely going to be full after eating all this especially because this is like the whole wheat pasta so there's more fiber in it and then I added three grams of the Parmesan for zero points so use your food scale and go to grams whenever possible because you're going to get more bang for your buck so it's just enough cheese to feel fancy and give it a little something without adding any extra points whatsoever just dropped a piece of brown my dog and now he has cheese all over his back with cottage cheese in the marinara I do like the broccoli on the side better so if you're doing it keep the broccoli on the side I don't know how bad you know what Maker's choice you do what you want on the extra marinara I had just a little bit of this left but it's been open for about a week so I want to make sure that either used it up or freeze it so there's not a ton left so I went ahead and put it in these little ice cube trays the silicone so it pops out really really easily each one of these is about a tablespoon and a half so I know moving forward so this is great for if we want to make the quesadillas again you only need a small amount of marinara so I can just freeze it in this whenever they're Frozen pop them over to a Ziploc and then let me make sure I write on there I'm going to write the brands how much you can have like Point wise and how much each one of these is so for future Amber she'll thank me also with my leftovers this is the one I'm having for tomorrow for lunch at work I have that extra Reserve pasta water add just a splash on top of your extra pasta because when I microwave this it could dry out when you add that extra pasta water I don't find that it dries out when I have had that problem in the past I've been drying out if I didn't add pasta water so that's the extra pasta water does and now I have lunch for work tomorrow and stuff out of my fridge so man today's a good day I'm gonna go sit and eat this and then finish putting my groceries away because I only put away the cold stuff so so and then do dishes man I thought this was my day off dang well that was a lot of food so I have some left over so I'm going to lower my points that I used because I'm not gonna force myself to eat this for no reason at all but this will just go in the fridge and so if I don't finish all of mine tomorrow at lunch then I have a whole extra portion so it'll basically be like I made three meals instead of two meals so in the fridge this goes and I'm gonna go take a nap with my dog because I can do what I want I'm here by myself and I'm just going to completely ignore all that until later it's not going anywhere it's fine it is time for dinner and like I said my husband's not coming home so we're doing fast simple easy actually he'd probably like this meal anyway I'm using chicken in that shake and bake I got these chicken and Herb rice cups like a month ago and never used them so today is the day they are six points for a cup but because the only other points I have are the shake and bake we can make it work and then I have asparagus this is one of the things I make at work where I actually wash it chop it add this veggie seasoning I wanted to try with the veggie seasoning taste I'd like so I bought one ta-da my handiwork I'm going to throw the asparagus in the air fryer spray it with some avocado oil and then use that little seasoning pack it has salt pepper onion garlic a little bit of parsley but normally I just use salt and pepper and it tastes great whenever I air fry asparagus so I do 380 for eight minutes this one needed a little bit longer there was more asparagus I should have done it for a little bit longer because it some of the bites were crunchy but normally 380 for eight minutes is great I'm gonna take my chicken I'm only going to use one piece since it's just me and my daughter I'm going to smush it down keep my hands super flat and I'm going to cut it in half to make thinner fillets it Cooks quicker and evenly now it's time to add that delicious breading so I have one egg that I added a splash of water and beat it because I did not go get egg beaters I I did not leave the house again that nap was Hardcore and I couldn't be bothered to leave now I'm going to reverse weigh my bread crumbs here are the shake and bake so now I have this scale on zero with it full so I know whatever I pick up on this chicken will show negatively on this scale and then that's how I can track it in my Weight Watchers app so I give it a quick dip on each side with the egg wash get the breading on I like to shake it whenever the bottom has spots like that I only put half a packet in here because I know I wasn't gonna use the whole thing and I don't like to waste you already know this and I'm not going for completely coated because I don't want to spend like four points on shake and bake and this is a big piece of chicken so that pick it up you can see 17 grams on that one and I'm gonna zero it back out do it all over again I'll show you how you can do this in your app here in just a sec again give it a little shaky shake I didn't even season these with salt and pepper or anything I literally just let the shake and bake season it and I'm a fan Ashley knows what she's talking about from the Ashley Counts points Instagram that I shared with you earlier and this piece was a tiny bit smaller so you can see there and I used 16 grams on that one by the time this was done my asparagus was done so I pulled asparagus out onto a plate to do its thing and then put my chicken in there and I'm gonna cook this on 380 for about 10 minutes I do have a thermometer that I will probe it got a little bit of avocado oil on there and it goes here's the way my asparagus turned out it was good not gonna lie but salt and pepper also works now let me show you in this app how to do this we're going to go to dinner and I'm going to scan the packet of the shake and bake and then I'm gonna go to grams instead of packet and then I know I use 16 grams on the piece that I'm going to eat that is two points for that amount of seasoning this would also be great on a bun for like a chicken sandwich too now I normally don't count my zero point Foods whenever I'm not filming a video because I know there's zero points and that's something I like about Weight Watchers is that I don't have to track every single thing I eat but for the video's sake I like to track all this stuff so that you can see I'm not lying when I say something zero points or one point or how it whatever you know you can see exactly what I put in there and see what the points come to so you can see here eight points for my dinner while that's cooking I'm cleaning my grapes and strawberries and I'm getting my marinara that I froze earlier that I was telling you about into its little baggie and then again I have this for later and then next time I need pizza quesadillas I don't have to go buy a whole jar of marinara just don't forget to write your stuff on your back because you will not remember what brand and all that it is you know what I mean and oh okay well I guess my daughter recorded a little bit of herself we're we're not gonna listen to what she's saying because it's probably nonsense this meal took 20 minutes total and like I said some of this was hands off so I had time to wash my fruit while I was doing this we have asparagus chicken and rice all for eight points give a little taste test I've had shake and bake I've never had this extra crunchy I did it on 380 for like 11 minutes ish um that is delicious my chicken was big which is why I ended up doing two points worth of chicken bake if you had a small piece of chicken you could get it down to one point and then here is that chicken and Herb rice I mean this has been a winning day and I already know I like asparagus so six points for the rice two points for the chicken breading zero punch for the asparagus this is an eight point dinner and that's a big plate it's a lot of food I'm excited about it I did uh get my grapes and strawberries washed while I was cooking dinner and I got her grapes putting these little containers I was showing you isn't that awesome that's great for school that's so cute nice little healthy snack I'll do my strawberry she doesn't like strawberries so those are my mason jars because I'm an adult and I can be trusted with glass children not so much so she gets she gets the plaster for children just this do you like the asparagus yeah she actually likes asparagus y'all well we're winning we are winning and she's eating grapes it's a glorious day after I've had a cake and we'll take our wins where we can get them you know pick your battles dishwasher is on so let's just ignore that I'm gonna have a dessert I'm not really that hungry honestly that dinner was really really filling but I've been wanting to try this dessert for a very very long time but it took me literally like over a year to find the sugar-free cheesecake Jello mix could find it in other flavors just could never find The Cheesecake finally found it so I really want to give this a go I've seen people put this in their Greek yogurt so let's get a try and see if we like it okay so I got my scale back out I just got this on Amazon for pretty cheap and this is about a half a cup of this plain non-fat Greek yogurt actually it's two percent I'm counting it as plain uh for reasons I already talked about in this video so I have this Jello mixture four grams of this is supposed to be zero working now maybe I just really didn't add enough I don't know okay that's nine grams and then just a splash of whatever you use just to wet it supposed to help make that ah putting a mixture mix in easier if this helps me like regular non-fat Greek yogurt I'm here for it I haven't scanned it yet but according to Ashley this is zero points so and then I might have a couple strawberries on the side like I said I'm not actually that hungry my yogurts I added a few strawberries I mean strawberry cheesecake can't be bad so let's try the yogurt by itself first I'm literally just been eating watching me eat all all video I'm so sorry sorry not sorry wow this whole time all I needed to like playing Greek yogurt once I'm freaking sugar-free jello I have the white chocolate I'll try that next I also have chocolate all of them sugar-free so I'm interested to try different flavors in the Greek yogurt but this is delicious especially with that cheesecake you know cheesecake already has that kind of tanginess that is in yogurt so I think it lends itself to pair really well I like it a lot let me try it with some strawberry because again strawberry cheesecake sounds like a win it's so freaking good y'all guess I'll be a good girl and have actual plain Greek yogurt and semi ratio yogurts if it's that easy and that tasty yeah I'm here for that so I'm gonna eat all of this and then take a shower because I got work tomorrow so I am going to be under my three points for my daily so that means I've only used 20 points today this happens some days on my days off particularly if we're not going out to eat on a day off we normally go out about once a week so on that day I'll obviously eat more but I eat more on the days I work because I'm active and I'm hungry so on those days I eat more on some of these water even days it's less so these three points they don't go to waste they just get rolled over into my weeklies and then I have them to use tomorrow or Friday Friday we're gonna go have some barbecue so I know how we'll want those three points on Friday so they're not gonna be wasted and they will be eaten I assure you so I'm gonna go finish this and enjoy the
