oh hello kids excuse me please sorry friends today i don't feel right as i have a severe stomachache i think i'm suffering from diarrhea again just like i experienced years ago when i was baby by nox ow so let me take you back in time and tell you about my battle with this awful disease called diarrhea excuse me and please zoom in it was one of my best friend's birthday party and we were having a blast the environment was energetic and the house was filled with various food items which was sweet salty and spicy i hogged like a white animal and left his home with great memories but shortly after the sweet dream turned into a nightmare as i started to feel the effect as soon as i reached my house and i began to feel nauseous followed by vomiting fever and severe pain in my stomach and the worst part was to run to the bathroom regularly and pass thin and watery poop making me feel weak and dehydrated i called my doctor and after listening to all the symptoms he said it's just a bad case of diarrhea but the question is what is diarrhea and what causes it diarrhea is a condition in which poop is frequently discharged from the bowels in a wet watery sticky form and is commonly known as loose motions it is usually caused by gastrointestinal infections induced by viruses and bacteria which are often picked up from contaminated food and parasites spread in contaminated water sometimes diarrhea can be due to a non-infectious disease as well especially if it lasts several weeks or longer trim your time did you know that people with diarrhea caused by certain infections can lose up to 20 liters of fluids per day so friends now when we know about the causes and effects of this unbearable disease called diarrhea let us now learn the ways to tackle this running battle fortunately daria often goes away on its own so treatment isn't usually needed but over-the-counter medications can offer some relief from symptoms to adults but for children it's often recommended consulting your doctor before taking any medicines consuming yogurt may help people heal from diarrhea faster the live natural friendly bacteria in some yogurt may help boost healthy digestion avoiding fatty foods may also help to reduce the effects of diarrhea as they are hard to digest but as they say prevention is better than cure so washing your hands is still the best way to fight the germs that cause diarrhea as it can cut the transmission of infectious diarrhea by almost 40 percent so use soap and water and scrub as long as it takes you to sing the alphabet song so here we go friends hope we gained adequate knowledge about this troubling disease that stops us from consuming our favorite food and live our life to the fullest but the most important thing i learned from this experience is that laughter is the best medicine unless you have diarrhea ow uh excuse me this is me zooming out hey kids you liked my videos didn't you before you go don't forget to click on the subscribe button and the bell so you won't miss out on my latest videos see you
