the size that I originally were they sent me a 29 I need like a 32 I had to cut around the waist just so I can pull it up over my butt and I was like oh my God please FP please FP because I really like how these feel they're super soft and also I want to look into the Rag and Bone sweatpant jeans and these are the Fenty and the Puma collab I love this colorway she said she wanted it to be very minimalistic so you'll be able to travel and pair them with so many outfits which I love I got the neutral color and I think there's like a a dark taupey color that I seen she was wearing um the day so we want to go see the challengers movie the new d movie and it's been so long since I've been to the movies and normally I've been he's always wants to spend quality time with me because we spend ordered me castor oil a long time ago but I just never used it but y'all to help with inflammation so I put it on my belly I'm putting it on my stomach and right now um I'm putting it on my chin so I'm just doing my um fero bear device and then also gacha and this is the 100% pure certified organic castor oil so I'm keeping this in my bathroom we're not on because I just want to apply castor oil on my body at night and it has so many benefits I was like you know what I can use castor oil while I gacha and face contour so I'm just taking it and it's gliding on perfect and also this helps with acne hyperpigmentation a whole bunch of stuff girl so I just take my wash Y and I'm going to do this for like 5 minutes and I just really want a chiseled jawline especially with the summer time coming up and I feel like at night is the perfect time to apply this as well just so my body can work while I sleep and yall know I do LED light therapy and all that so I'm just really trying to incorporate this stuff all in my daily routines I know I Gad before and like obviously I have all the face contour devices but I'm just never consistent and obviously consistency is key so I really want to be consistent and also I want to make sure I get my neckline as well so my lymphatic drainage can be activated and I believe the castor oil activates the lymphatic system if I'm not mistaken I just really want like that chiseled structure to my face you know and I really want and I'm going to start W therapy on my stomach soon as well too I got all the tools my mom ordered me that stuff a long time ago but I'm going to probably start that M so I'm going to start that too but I want to get good at it first before I take y'all along with me on the journey but I guess we can start early let me it's giving scalp on my eyebrows I don't know it's weird so I got um eyebrow tinting and I was allergic to the tint but I knew I was allergic um but I'm not allergic to lamination just the tint because I can't use pbd products on like hair dyes and stuff but anyways so she end up doing that and it end up damaging my eyebrows but it's nobody's fault like she's L my eyebrows she's so good I can't wait to go back and I was like girl I need a pug free dye and she was like oh my God I'm on it so yeah my eyebrows definitely need that for sure and then my lashes are growing so well but yeah many restaurants and so many things that I've never tried or anything like that so it's just nice to explore and get you know refresh with a new area so like I said my man is like I want to take you on a date tonight so we're doing that tonight but before I do that I've been really craving something sweet and if y'all been following me y'all know I've been staying away from sugar y'all I don't even remember the last time I had a cookie or a piece of cake and I really want to go to uh crumel cookie and get the thread ledes cuz they have the family size right now for a second my a week but I'm not so anyways so I'm about to make these high protein muffins and I'm about to put y on cuz they're so good and I'm going to have them for the rest of the week so I'm kind of like going to meal prep them anyway so let me put y on I got all the ingredients out and the main ingredient in here is cotage cheese that's what Mak some high protein and then all the ingredients will be listed down below yesterday we had this Mongolian beef y'all it was so good like me and Bae just been finding these high protein meals to make so we've been making them and they taste so good and delicious and I this one this is Nature's Way liquid coconut oil or you can just use regular coconut oil and just melt it last time I made these I was at my main house and he doesn't have measuring cups so I had to just eyeball everything and they came out pretty good and he really enjoyed them so I'm going to make them again so 1 14 cup of coconut oil or you can use butter whatever you prefer um and I use coconut sugar and this is the brand that I use this this is not refined sugar it's just a better like a alternative version to sugar and don't mind my hair y y I'm overdue for an appointment but I'm just trying to stick it [Music] out one teaspoon of vanilla extract and I use the walkin pure vanilla extract this brand one cup of plain cottage cheese and I like to use organic valley or good to butter um them up with like some melted butter oh my God it's so good and then these are just bananas and on the instructions you have to um flower up the blueberries but I try to do that with these strawberries and I should never did that this is my first time making it with strawberry but as y can see you can kind of see the flow still but that's okay but they still look really good so let's do a tastes ba ba how much is money nothing all right so I'm about to butter the muffin up with this MOS um unsalted plant milk butter this is the butter that I use every time I use this it smells like popcorn cuz I melt butter on the stove top to make my toast but anyways that's beside the point so let I have the blueberry chocolate chip she looks so delicious and I just go ahead put
