[Music] [Music] [Music] good morning friends and welcome back to another vlog it is monday morning and i started my monday morning in the way that i normally spend my mornings i worked out at 6am on a zoom call oh i didn't finish my workout it was really hard i really really struggled and i don't really know why but anyway smashed through it and then i went on a quick little morning walk i really enjoy snapchatting a lot of my friends while i'm on my walk so i have long distance friends who lives in melbourne and i snapchat her all the time literally daily she also has a youtube channel so if you're in melbourne stuck in isolation and sick of watching vlogs of people doing things that you can't do because you're in lockdown i'll have her channel linked down below i love her so much and i miss her so much and it sucks so much it is going to be a very long time until i get to give her a cuddle but i also have a few friends in my life that i don't get to see very often just because we're both very busy so we normally just snap each other a couple of times a week just updating each other and what's going on so i really like to do that on my walk because it just distracts me because i get very bored so i did that this morning i've just come home i'd scoff down a little bit of food and now i'm gonna drive to my brother's mechanic and just pick him up and drop him home because he's putting his car in to get a service i think we might get a coffee on our way while we're out and then i'm gonna come home probably shower because i'm very sweaty um and then i just have a lot of computer work to do today but for now i'm definitely late to pick my brother up so i need to put on a playlist i don't know what to put on whoa i'm gonna put on my july to november playlist from last year another magical friday [Music] [Music] we came to bunnings to buy a plant because the plant that was on my bedside table was cocked it and there's none that i like and i'm a little bit upset about it but i'm being the responsible plant mom that i am and not buying one until i love it also this is a new jumbo size tom zappos would recommend comes with a triple shot it's been a while since i've updated you last it is currently 1 p.m i picked up my brother and dropped him home we went and got a coffee we went to bunnings i didn't get anything but bunny strip is always a good trip and then i went and hung out at my parents house for a little bit came home and i just got stuck into my massive to-do list for today i just have a lot of random things to do i had so many emails to do but my laptop died so while i put that on charge i just jumped in the shower freshened up i brought some washing in and i've just put some rice on so i can have my lunch soon but while it's cooking i'm going to smash out a couple more emails and then i'm actually going and getting some eyelash extensions which i'm so excited about i used to get eyelash extensions fairly often but my work rosters started coming out later and later so now i get them pretty much on sundays at midday which doesn't really give me a lot of time to plan out my week and by the time i message my eyelash lady seeing how many appointments she has free this week none of our times ever match up so i ended up just letting them grow out and just go and bear for a little while which i don't think there's anything wrong with i don't think i need eyelash extensions to be beautiful but they just make my life so much easier it makes doing my makeup so much quicker it makes taking my makeup off so much quicker it makes just getting ready in general much quicker and also makes me feel a lot better when i'm like working out or doing something where i don't really want to wear makeup i kind of already look like i am wearing makeup i just find them really really convenient honestly i just get a classic set so they look fairly natural as natural as eyelash extensions can get but my roster came out this week and i'm only working two days so my eyelash lady and i found a time that suits us both and i'm so excited a little bit stressed to be lying down for a little while and not doing anything when i have so much to do but i'm just gonna try and rest while i'm lying on my bed getting my eyelashes done as much as i can so that when i come home i can continue smashing out a bunch of things probably gonna have another coffee at like two just so i can get through my massive list of things to do today i'm jumping on a group coaching call tonight with my pt and a few of these other clients we do these every four night i think i'm just chatting about different topics each week which is just really interesting to learn new things all about the health and fitness world and stuff but that is pretty much all of my plans for today really chill nice day so i'm gonna do a couple emails eat lunch and then go get my lashes done that's the plan [Music] i just wanted to quickly interrupt this vlog and thank vlog [Music] [Music] that was so bad do it again that was a great i just finished up at my pt session had a really good session sometimes i feel like i just suck at everything and then other times i feel like i do quite a good job obviously every session is gonna be a little bit different but i feel like her smash day session we hit a new squat pb which is just great just a really really good feeling feels good to get stronger i squirt 115 kilos twice we did it twice because the first time i was like really wobbly and i just had no balance and i was like no we can do it again so we tried again and then i didn't like get very deep on the second one and i never really get deep with my squats like i'm really working on it but i think my knees and my hips kind of just get in the way and don't really let me squat deeper but nonetheless i feel like they're a pretty good squat considering i was under 115 kilos i'm gonna drive home have some breakfast i've already had a coffee and pre-workout this morning so i probably shouldn't have another one but i might i don't think i've updated you guys in quite a while i definitely still look the same but i've just kind of been going all day which has been really nice just like super chill stuff as you saw i worked out this morning i came home and i facetimed my friend amy for a very long time i went on a big long walk and then i brought my car over to my parents house my little brother cleaned it for me because he's an absolute legend and i just brought my laptop with me and just sat here and did a bunch of youtube work i did so many emails and i have some of the most exciting collaborations i've ever done in my life coming up and i like wanted to cry i'm so excited and it just like reminded me how blessed i am to consider this a job and it's i don't know it's just becoming like so much of a job and it's just so exciting and the fact that i can make money off making videos online is just so crazy to me i don't know i'm just so blessed and so blessed that these amazing brands want to work with me like i just don't understand and i never will i also organized a bunch of tax stuff which is super fun but it is just past four now and i'm gonna head over to my older brother's house i'm just jumping from family to house to family house but i'm gonna go pat his dog for a little while and then i'm going to a boxing class tonight and i'm pumped anyway that's my plan on my way home from the boxing session oh my gosh it is past 8 p.m are you kidding me i'm gonna be like asleep in an hour i have so much to do on my way home from my boxing session which by the way was so good like oh i love boxing i suck at it but i love it i went grocery shopping onto my home because i needed to pick up a couple of things the more i'm trying to focus on fueling my body with the right food the more i realized i definitely need to be grocery shopping more than once a week which was a very hard realization for me to make because i hate grocery shopping but in the long run it is kind of the easiest way to make sure that you're not skipping out on yourself when you're not just buying takeout because you have nothing in the fridge and saying that i went grocery shopping and i thought i'd quickly show you what i picked up first of all i got a big chicken i got some bread i got some lettuce and i got some bananas as well this morning for breakfast i use the naked harvest vanilla pancake batter protein powder which tastes so good and i had it with some strawberries and maple syrup on top and it was so amazing but i thought it'd be really nice to have bananas on top as well so picked up some of them i got some spud light i just got a tiny packet because i kind of just forget to use them i kind of just forget about food that's in my pantry if i'm honest and i do want to get a big pack and waste them but these are super good if you're wanting potatoes with a little bit less carbs this is probably going to sound super random but i got some frozen cauliflower because one of my friends connor i'll have her channel link down below if you haven't heard of her before her weekly vlogs are dead set my favorite thing i look forward to them every monday at 5 00 pm i'm obsessed with her but she puts frozen cauliflower in her smoothies and she says you can't taste it and it just kind of thickens it up and makes it a really nice consistency and it's an easy way to get in some more veg into your diet so i'm gonna try this out see how we go it doesn't really have anything in it 1.6 grams of protein 1 gram of fat and 1.5 grams of carbs like pretty ideal so i'll let you know how that goes i also got some fork just to kind of test out i don't really eat much other meat than chicken was that a proper sentence but i kind of just wanted to switch it up i don't want to get bored of my chicken but i still want to make sure that i'm eating enough protein so i got some pork mince and i'll probably just make up a big like taco mix thing i'm going to freeze this though because i want to make chicken this week i got the tiniest little bottle of milk because i've been having my long blacks recently and i've tried oat milk i've tried almond milk and i'm not about it i'm just having a dash of no full cream milk in my long wax and i'm okay with it and then i also just got a bottle of coconut sugar just to get me through eating my chicken and rice for dinner but that is everything that i picked up speaking of chicken and rice i'm gonna i really don't wanna but i'm going to i'm gonna dice up my chicken i'm gonna cook a serving for tonight and for tomorrow lunch gonna put on some rice and just make like a chicken rice veggie bowl with some like mayo and soy sauce and stuff it's actually really really good it sounds like healthy and boring but it's really yum um and then i'll just prep some food for tomorrow because i'm working 10 hours we love to see it [Music] good morning friends and happy thursday i genuinely don't remember the last time i picked up my camera i think it was the night after boxing so tuesday night which is so bad of me honestly i just had a really big work day yesterday so that is why i did not pick my camera up one bit i was meant to work 7 30 till 5 30 and i had to stay back for a whole hour which sucked so i had an 11 hour work day and then i just hung out with some of my work friends in the car park until 11 pm 11 p.m i'm normally in bed by nine i don't know what i don't because i was out so late and i came home so late and by the time i got to sleep there was no way i was waking up early doing a workout i did have a workout scheduled for today but i've just moved it to the weekend because just not feeling it today i'm feeling quite sore quite tired so i just woke up and i jumped straight in the shower just to make myself feel a little bit better and then i've just been doing a lot of planning on my phone i had some instagram stuff to post some emails to reply to i have quite a busy weekend so i was kind of just like planning that out a little bit but i've just had breakfast and i'm currently just meal prepping all of my food for the rest of the day i have really realized lately how true the saying is failing to plan is planning to fail is that the same you know what i mean it really takes so much time and it's such a mental battle for me to like sit down plan out my food for the day and find out the easiest way for me to stick to it i don't know if that makes sense but like i have a certain amount of macros that i need to hit every day don't need to i should hit it's good for me to hit and if i just eat whatever i want track it and don't hit my goals for the day that's not really quite doing it but if i sit down and start the day i think about everything that i have going on that day i think when i'm gonna be eating what i can eat if i'm on the go i said dad i plan out my food and then i make it all quickly in the morning i find it much much easier to stick to my numbers that way in saying that in the morning it is such a mental battle to like sit down and like plan out my food and then make it all where normally i would just be like oh what do i feel like coming for lunch today oh i'll just have this and then it won't hit my numbers you know what i mean i need to stir my rice but yeah that's where i've been absolutely i've had breakfast i'm just cooking up my like second breakfast of the day and i'm gonna make my lunch and dinner as well because i have a busy like afternoon slash night i'm working 12 30 till 5 30 and then i'm going straight to a boxing class at six so i'm planning my lunch to eat right before i go to work and then prepare my dinner that i can just eat when i get home because i know i'm gonna be so tired i'm gonna eat and then i'm just gonna do a bunch of emails computer work i have so much computer work to do [Music] [Music] [Music] good morning friends and happy saturday i had such a late night last night that i decided to sleep in this morning and i always feel really really weird when i sleep in i think i'm just like not used to it my body just doesn't like deal with it well so normally i feel better when i wake up early but either way i slept in this morning until about 8 30 and then i just chilled in my room until right now which is 11 which is ridiculous but i'm about to fill out my water bottle and then i'm going to go get a coffee and then i'm heading to my soccer game at 12 30. it's actually my last game of the season today which is kind of like bittersweet this season was a half season because of covid so it just has ended very quickly very sad but i believe a little six of site comp is starting really soon which is very fun i always love sticks aside yeah i'm gonna go play soccer smash it out that's the plan for now well [Music] oh [Music] halftime report [Music] [Music] [Music] we it is now sunday night and i didn't figure out my camera at all yesterday or for the rest of saturday but i've just had a really really busy weekend and i've just been busy living my life and i haven't even thought to pick up my camera but i thought
