[Music] [Music] friends we are gathered together in the presence of God to join this man and this woman in holy matrimony marriage was instituted by God at the time of creation and Adam and Eve when God came to earth in the person of Jesus Christ he honored marriage by his presence at the wedding in Cana of Galilee the Apostle Paul set forth the nature of marriage when he likened it to all the relationship that Christ has with his believers around the world therefore it is fitting that matthew and daya are here today in this local church to begin their new life together may God's blessing rest on them today and always [Music] daya Christine Pierrot who would have known that this day would come it was all dreams and wishes and now it's reality sitting here thinking where it all began brings me to tears to think that I was a silly little 17 year old boy with not a clue what he wants in life what we swept off his feet by the most beautiful girl that has ever stepped foot on this earth day I can't wait to stand at an altar in front of God our family and friends and tell you I love you and make you my wife yeah I promise to always be loyal and not take your love for granted I promise to treat you with respect throughout all the tough times I promise to always stay by your side and stay true to myself and true to our marriage dad Christine Pierrot you're gonna make the most princess daya a nickname you've had from a time you were very little girl as we all know she changes her mind a lot but the man she's chosen to be your husband best friend and partner for life she never wavered on watching your baby get married and begin her life as a married woman is not an easy thing to do cannot tell you the amount of joy you have brought to us in this family as mom would say we love you to the moon and back Matt you've been part of this family for a long time you've been like a son to us and a brother to all the other kids your hard work and determination would serve you and daya well and we love you very much remember to keep God in the center and always communicate and always forgive let's raise our glasses to toast for health happiness and a lifetime of love as day Ahmet begin their life together as husband and wife I'm so blessed to have met you liked you and fallen in love with you Matt you truly are my best friend the person who I can laugh with cry with and pray with you've literally become my other half when I first met you my 15 year old self would have never thought this was the kind of relationship in future God had in store for us but gosh am I glad he did no one understands or gets me like you do you see me for my true heart what it really is and never judge a single flock you love every part of me even the ugly and it makes me know and understand why I own them so much love with you I love every ounce of you and when on days I don't even feel deserving of your love you still pour it on me to make sure I feel it again I couldn't be more thankful today is a turning point in our lives to which will never be the same I can't wait to walk down the aisle and see your handsome soul standing at the end of it this is really day one of the rest of our lives and I feel joy from here's to forever Wow Thank You Love [Music] and more got-we so thank you for the time that they built into this relationship but more importantly Lord the time that they've given to you because they know you they have a relationship that's me and they have a relationship with your son Jesus Christ so Lord we so thank you that as they draw together in this place to proclaim that relationship and to become one in your sight to know that they understand their need for you they understand their their love for you that it that it comes directly from you and love pours out there and that they're gonna build their relationship on your son so when we would pray that as they begin this new life together that that's the foundation that they stand on that their their love is not just about them it's about their love that's built on you so thank you so much and Marie we thank you for this group that has gathered that it's not just a spectator sport that this year that we're here to gather around them to lift them up and hold them accountable before you a holy God [Music] [Music] Matan daya I'm so happy for you two finding true love at a young age is something that's very rare it's been a true blessing to watch you both grow not only as individuals but as a couple so genuinely in love over the last seven years your love for each other is incredibly special and something you should never take for granted as a symbol of this love Brittney and I have had a star named after you it's birra mortis it's Latin for true love may your love continue to shine bright and guide you both into a happy and loving marriage for many years to come there ever since you started dating that I've always felt like you were a sister to me and part of the Mozart family you are a terrific woman that is compassionate honest trustful kind warm-hearted and intelligent you truly are both beauty and brains we are truly lucky to have you more importantly Matt is lucky to have you to both of you I want to pass on three key pieces of advice be quick to say I love you early and often be quick to say I'm sorry and give each other room to change and grow I've also had the privilege of watching Matt grow up as he became part of our family when he was only 16 years old in my opinion he drove my baby sister around in his car just a little too fast and were these obnoxious earrings in both years [Music] but he treated Dale like a princess and that was all that mattered Matt you bring out the best in daya and you bend over backwards not just for her but for the entire family you two are amazing for each other and I love you both so much may God bless your marriage in your future together so everyone raise your glasses and join me in honoring the
