Wearing Outfits From The Instagram “Shop” Feature For A Week !! *out of my comfort zone*

everyone so today we are doing a very exciting video I feel like I say this all the time titles are very difficult to make up like titles for videos like if you're looking at the title right now just know that I pondered that for a long time because these ideas pop in my brain middle of night middle of day and it feels like a great idea but I never know how to like take this idea that I feel like is so big and push it into a little title that is like something you would want to see so if you clicked thank you for clicking first of all I hope it lives up to your expectations but okay I don't know if this been done before it's probably been done before in like a some type of way but I've never seen it done before so I'm excited to do it so basically Instagram has a shopping feature and I frequent the shopping feature for outfit ideas now I've never actually put an outfit together based on the ideas I see because they are far too complex for me but I have been envious of the people wearing the cute outfits so I thought it would be a very fun idea to go onto the shop page and just buy like four five however at many outfits we like and then I will wear those outfits huge concept so I thought that would be a lot of fun in the new year I did want to dress nicer oh I do get stuck in a little bit of a rut I'm just wanting to be comfortable I try and find comfortable clothes that are also cute but sometimes it just ends up me looking like a slob so whoops think that this will be a good way to force myself to dress in nice clothes because I will be basically wearing the full outfits that have been designed on Instagram that always look so good so I think without further ado we are going to get onto Instagram we're going to find a few outfit pieces that are also shoppable we're going to buy all the products and then we are going to obviously wait for them to deliver and then I'm gonna go about my week wearing them and we will see if they look as good in person as they do on Instagram and if it's actually like a convenient way to shop without further ado I must go grab my wallet and we can get started hopefully my credit card info doesn't get stolen from these websites on Instagram we'll see as you guys can see by my pop saket Scooby is back better than ever first I'm going to go to the popular page ooh what what is this oh okay a frog being sculpted anyways okay so I'm gonna go up to the shop icon and then there are immediately slapped in the face with so many cue outfits like this is always so overwhelming for me okay my eyes are always having to be like honestly my eyes are watering cuz I'm starting to get like overwhelmed because there's so many cute items so alright it's like the middle of January right now when I'm filming this there are so many adorable if it's like look at this so cute and then you can click and it'll show where everything is from so my ish more is if pieces are from different brands like I want to make sure I can get one outfit from like one brand I don't know if that will be doable but oh my goodness look at this this is so cute there's the boots the main like statement piece which I feel like is the like little squirt checkered squirt isn't available so I want to try and find outfits where like the main core pieces top bottom shoes are available so let's keep looking I remember I favorited a few just when I was planning on doing this video I looked through for awhile and found a few cute ones okay so this I thought was a very cute outfit so it's got the necklace sweater jacket pants and also boots so that's like a perfect situation in my opinion so here are the products you know how do I like go about buying these things that stupid question like I honestly don't know how I guess I just have to like you on website and this is from breath of youth which I've never heard of if any of these brands entice you in anyways let me know of these pants are sold out yeah let me see if this sweater sold out this sweater is available maybe I could just wear this with normal and let me make sure everything else is available sold out okay two of the main pieces are sold out next okay this is a page from Lulu's we've got all the info now before I get excited I'm going to make sure everything is available this looks available okay so we've got this white knit sweater on is this supposed to be baggy let me look looks like it's gonna supposed to be kind of tight so small add to bag and then wide skirt this is nice because it's all from Lulu's which is also a brand that I have never shopped at before so kind of excited about it to be honest this is a cute outfit like this is nothing like what I would usually wear if I can take it honest but it's very cute like it will definitely take me up a notch this is unavailable okay the brown one is unavailable but there's the like off-white and the black which do we think we could make work I'm gonna do the off-white bag just because I feel like it's important to have the accessory but the brown one is on waitlist or should I do the black one I don't know which one would look better with the outfit I wish you guys could like chime in right now because like I need your help maybe black this has been an outfit that was 100% styled by Instagram shop page let's check out all right I'm just paying I'm just putting in my credit card info right now like seriously if it's that easy we might have a issue on her hand because yeah thank you for your order great oh my gosh that was so easy like why am i so surprised sadly I couldn't get the exact same purse but the sweater the shoes the skirt and also the bag just a different color that's pretty decent I feel like first one done ooh that is so cute there are so many different brands on Instagram like it's actually insane how many there are now I've learned before I get excited about something I should check and make sure everything is available just because I don't want to get too excited and then you know have it not be available this girl looks cute but it's just her dress Oh see like I like when they sit out like this but I also kind of like when someone's actually wearing it like this it's really cute to be able to actually see it on I also have to make sure that everything can ship to Canada okay the pants are only a large so I can't do that one whoo this looks this is super cute this is from the same boutique let's see if they have it okay medium I could make that work the shoes those are cute okay I could I could fit a seven I could do it I usually like a six and a half but I could make it work is there available Wow like either they just have very low stock or this is really working for these brands because like so many things are sold out so far it's crazy there's like a lot of the same brands here oh here's Lulu again I swear if I find more Lulu stuff and I already paid $18 shipping on the last one I'm a freaked out I did not think that this was gonna be an issue of like having trouble finding things being in stock oh yeah I'll just I'll just do this I'll just grab a grab a Gucci belt and be on my way glasses are available that is not shoes are come on Khan turtleneck I need you here it's available okay should we like work with this all righty I hate to do this but I do feel like I can't wear shorts like I'm literally looking outside and there's like 30 centimeters of snow so that won't work and the hats not available so I'll get the glasses the striped top and the suede boots I don't know don't know how it works these three things boots turtleneck glasses I think that will get kind of the same idea that they were going for so I'm gonna go ahead and purchase this alright so that is outfit number two okay back to looking for your something that I'm figuring out most websites like don't have everything available but Lulu's is really pulling of using this Instagram shop feature for all it's worth because I'm on their page right now and like they have like everything listed everything it just makes it seem like this will be like the easiest way to do it which I kind of hate that I like good for Lulu's but bad for me cuz I already paid shipping once so I already know I'm going to be doing it again because I'm starting to lose a little bit of faith in the shop feature just because it's not really giving me what I want for this video it's more giving like one-piece outfits okay wait a second this is now some new installment here we go yeah I just feel like right now Lulu's has the best choices for like outfits being put together so I'm going to get a few more from Lulu's like look at this this is adorable so cute I want it see this is really feel like this is so similar to the sweater I just bought from Lulu's but okay I think that this should be another outfit it's pretty cute when you see if I can buy shipping again I'm gonna do small and that one just because I feel like once my sweaters tucked in might be kind of big Wow everything was available okay so I'm definitely gonna do that outfit but I'm not checking out yet because I'm gonna get a few other outfits from Lulu's because they just have so many choices like look at this look at this moment everything is paired with a white sweater though like don't they understand that I'm prone to spilling hmm okay okay I was so sold on this one but the big piece which is like the dress isn't tagged which is strange because it is from Lulu's it's got the Lulu's tag and everything what was that wait 3/3 giving out groupings that I saw are you kidding me there's a shop feature on their page why haven't I been doing that oh wait they don't put it all together it doesn't help I don't think I can find this sweater let me just give it my my once over okay like maybe there's like a amount that they can tag so they didn't choose to take that because it does look like something that Lulu's would sell so makes me think that it's in here top comment please be in stock will get that so they didn't take it so I had to do a little bit of work on my lonesome but that's fine very interested in these jeans because they're only available in a 26 oh there's only two left only two left of the shoes - oh my gosh I'm like seriously fighting with people right now to get these feeling way more confident now that I was able to get this outfit so that's cute you guys can see it on the screen that's a nice one this is honestly like the epitome of what I do all the time like there's a coupon code oh it's not valid for my country okay I'm just gonna put in all my info again wish I would have done this off the bat I totally just I took it $18 and I just threw it out the window like picture me throwing $18 of the window cuz that's what I did we it says that one item can't be shipped to Canada oh it's just the jeans okay that sucks but I just will go without they can't be shipped to Canada for some reason which is weird I'm kind of used to weird things happening so it's fine so that was a fair stack of Moo well three outfits from Lulu's now which I was not expecting at all just ends up that they're up on the Instagram shopping game so my card got to class what's happening like mommy I think they got weirded out because I did two orders which totally makes sense it's not really what most people do yeah okay they took my other credit card all right so the last thing that I'm going to do is I'm just going to try one more okay so I'm just going to go and try and find like a really popular outfit page and I'm gonna try and go from there okay you know what my last idea was not a thing oh okay okay I don't know what I'm doing I mean these are really cute outfits like all of them but they're not tagged so I don't know where they're from and this isn't a clothing brand I don't think okay well last bit just ignore it so we've got four outfits to choose from I'm excited because like all the outfits that I ended up getting are not ones I would normally wear or would normally put together so it's going to challenge me a little bit so I will touch back with some shipping info and also when we receive everything and we're going to wear it and see how it treats us see how the brands are three from Lulu's which I've definitely heard of so I think it will deliver in all that the other brand not as sure of not as aware of it so be interesting to see so yeah without further ado let's flip to a little bit of something else all right all right guys so the last time you saw me I was ordering all the outfits now I didn't really have a time to update you guys but I actually ended up buying two more outfits so I was scrolling around on Instagram and I kind of was thinking that I didn't get enough outfits I had only bought the four so I thought I should get two more so I found this brand called Lula luxe I don't know it was just like on Instagram and I found two more outfits this one with like big puffy sleeves and then this one with a gray sweater and like really cute boots I'm pretty sure those are the two that I didn't say that I was getting that I got later but either way so that's six outfits now six outfits I don't know and all of them have officially delivered I have huge boxes next to be like this is a lot of clothes I didn't even really think about how much clothes but there's about three boxes of this size and then this little bag right here so quite a few things to get into I'm so excited like I've felt in an outfit slum lately I've been wearing so much of the same thing I got into it already with you guys so I'm really looking forward to this I just want to show you guys the pieces and then we'll get into actually wearing them so without further ado okay so the first outfit was outfit that was like a turtleneck and it was from Bella XO boutique none of these have been sponsored it's just the random ones that Instagram suggests now this outfit was supposed to be a short so I decided I was just going to wear jeans cuz you know it's snowing outside but we've got the black booties these are really cute I really like these there's not a ton of grip so I might slip and slide but that's okay and then the turtleneck and wrapped up inside of it are the glasses so I'm gonna be wearing fake glasses if you guys didn't know about me I actually do have glasses like I need glasses but I don't really wear them I tend to get headaches when I do wear them so I think the prescription is just too strong so I'll be wearing fake glasses when I wear this outfit and then also there is the turtleneck I'm not gonna talk too much about the quality or what I think of the outfits just yet I will do that when I wear them on the day that I choose to wear them but that is the first outfit it's shipped it wasn't a scam awesome alright now into the big box which brand is good this is ooh la luxe so this is the order that I made off camera oh my goodness which outfit had a big hat in here so this outfit I totally forgot but in the corner there's like this big hat now I'm not gonna put it on yet because I want to be surprised when I put on the whole outfit but that is pretty funny that I'm gonna have to wear that big hat every boy I just don't wear hats with that hat there's this gray chunky it's so pretty so soft grey sweater I'm very excited to have that oh my gosh it feels so nice now this is the part that will be very interesting because I did order jeans so there are these jeans for this outfit jeans are very iffy you guys probably know for your own experiences but it's like sometimes jeans are very hit and miss so this one might have to have a belt with it but we'll see also with this with little bracelets and the last thing for this outfit were these shoes that are so freakin cute honestly like they're these little white booties I'm so excited to wear these again these don't look like they have amazing grip so I'm gonna be flying all over the place it's okay and then the other outfit from this brand is actually super similar like look at the jeans side-by-side they look almost the exact same but these ones are a little bit lighter wash and a little bit more like boyfriend fit and this really nice huge wide sleeve shirt I'm so excited about this wearing sleeves is super problematic especially if you're eating dip of any sort because the sleeve just slides through it but I will try to stay away from dip and then also this necklace this outfit didn't have shoes in it so I will just pick whatever shoes I see fit I guess and then there are the three outfits from Lulu's so this really pretty like patch uh patchwork is that what this is crisscross checkered print skirts and this white sweater to be tucked in in this purse that's actually supposed to be brown but it's black because the other one was sold out then another pair of booties oh my goodness never did I think I would have this many pairs of booties at once here's another one at least none of them have been repeats we've got a black pair of white pair and now this brown pair this one personally I feel like is my favorite outfit not because it's like my style but I just think it's like the cutest to look at so hopefully hopefully it goes well the last two outfits we've got some pretty exciting stuff I'll start with the shoes another pair of booties these ones are higher no snow we'll get in those send this adorable light blue like eyelash sweater I'm super excited about it and then this jacket and you guys remember I had to hunt for this jacket it looks so soft I've yet to touch it I think this will be a really cute outfit and then it was paired with like I think Levi's jeans so I'm just gonna wear some like high-rise thick denim jeans with this one the last outfit also from Lulu's is this white sweater with the jean skirt and then the exciting twist are these long boots oh my gosh so long literally knee-high boots I'm so excited about these some of the outfits with skirts I might have to put tights on with them if it's really cold but I'm gonna try to just stick to the outfits but yeah now that you guys have seen everything now that everything has arrived we're gonna go on six days of wearing these outfits that Instagram styled for me and we will see if maybe I'll get some compliments on my outfits maybe I'll feel more confident I don't know what will happen but we're gonna see so let's do that alright you guys so today is day one of six of wearing these outfits that I got off the Instagram shop Explorer page I should probably learn what that actually is basically I'm trying to decide what to wear because I'm going to get a fill my nails really I feel like they're gotten so bad I want to get light blue so I'm honestly leaning towards this just because it's I feel like the most casual I definitely don't feel like wearing like a skirt today I was contemplating the turtleneck I don't know it's hard to decide I kind of feel like this will be good this flowy white top with these kind of like boyfriend jeans and this nice gold necklace I think I will throw that on because right now I'm wearing sweatpants of course so give me a sec oh my goodness okay this is already like a thousand times cuter than anything I've worn in like I don't know the last decade honestly seriously like this is so cute and honestly I would have never thought to even buy these and like these jeans fit like a glove like I can't believe this I honestly thought that I might have to substitute these jeans with jeans that I already own because I thought like it's gonna be kind of hard to fit the sizing was pretty general but I got lucky they fit great they've got these nice big cuts got a necklace I had never wear really any excess of any sort so this is nice I've seen a lot of people wear this like layered gold chain and now I'm wearing it I don't know where to look at myself hello yeah I love these big puffy sleeves I'm excited they'll probably get in the way and pick up all the dust at the nail salon but I'm not too worried I'll be on my way it is kind of cold so I'm gonna put a jacket over this which kind of sucks but hopefully it'll warm up pretty quick here so that the rest of the outfits don't need a jacket over it but yeah here's what it looks like and you try and fill my mom's reaction to my outfit cuz she's used to my super cute Thanks I didn't put it together ah I shudder to think what my sleeves would look like if I had this they'd be like covered in all kinds of you think ours are committed so your nails were getting photons miners really bad I had to have them by the way first thing that happened when I sat down was she complimented say it look pretty today oh yeah doesn't happen every single day so here our nails I got light blue I got watermelon you should have got a little watermelon right back in my hope it's good it's really cute in scrubs doing good so far I do always feel overdressed and like I feel like I've sat like a president that I only wear like sweatpants and stuff cause everyone's always like surprising she looks presentable alright guys so today is the second day that I'm going to be wearing the second outfit that Instagram put together today I'm actually going to a place so I thought today was a good day to look good and to left to my own devices I'm wearing sweat pants so I thought let's call up the Instagram outfits um a piece of me really wants to wear this one that's hanging the jean skirt but it's so cold out like there's still snow so I don't really think it's skirt weather yet so I'm going to be putting on this with the well you know the style you guys have been seeing it with this and those boots over in the those ones the like lighter ones that's what I'm planning on wearing today this one actually didn't sell a pair of jeans they had it paired with the pair of jeans that I think was kind of like a medium wash so I have a pair medium wash jeans but I'm almost leaning towards wearing black jeans just cuz I like the fit of the black jeans better so I'm gonna put it on and we will see if the black ones like ruin the outfit I don't think they will and I think the whole like just about fit will still come across so we'll see please excuse the mess that is on the floor wait where is the mess is there even one I mean a little one right there I was just filming but here is this okay I love these tops and this is gonna be perfect because it's about like minus seven degrees out so it's not super cold but it's definitely like not one layer weather so I think this is gonna be like perfect I'm so excited it's probably gonna get a little cold after the play when I'm walking a parking but it's okay so here is the whole outfit so these are the boots now normally I would honestly just wear like a winter boot but I am going to be wearing these they have almost no grip on them so I might slip and fall and hurt myself but that's okay cuz at least I look good doing it I like them I'm usually not a huge fan of pointed boots but I think these ones are nice I like how high up they go and I actually personally think that dark like black jeans looks pretty good with this because I think if I was wearing blue jeans then it would be like a lot of blue so I think I'm gonna stick with the black jeans even though the Instagram ads said to do blue jeans but it didn't give me an option to buy them so left my own resources I'm going to do black I don't know if you guys can tell but it's kind of like this little eyelash fabric is that what it's called eyelash fabric or am I just creepy for saying that and then of course we have the boots I just showed it all full-body but here a little bit of closer up shots I don't know I'm definitely like way more dressy than what I usually am so we will see how this goes I'll do a little bit of vlogging I obviously can't vlog the play but let's go okay you guys I'm just driving first of all it's hard to drive in heels but it just started snowing so much I'll show you guys look at these snowflakes they're so big there's such big snowflakes so hopefully my jacket is warm enough for this the biggest issues is just windy you know so it's okay though [Music] alright guys so I know you have only seen me wear two of the six outfits and it's gonna be a little bit different from here forward I know I said I was going to wear each of the Instagram outfits out and about in my day and everything but since recent events that you guys all will be very aware of with the social distancing and the house lockdown in just the encouragement for us to stay home I have been staying home and this video kind of got put on the back burner because I haven't been doing it much in a day like I've just been staying in editing videos maybe doing a little bit of arts and crafts so I didn't think that would work very well with trying on the outfits but now since there's been like a lot of extensions in the time that we're supposed to stay home I just don't know when I'm gonna be able to finish the video so I thought I'd better just change it up a little bit so I think I'm gonna take this time to just switch to my big camera so yeah basically I'm gonna use this time to try on all the Instagram outfits show you guys them so it's gonna be a little bit different I'm not gonna be wearing them throughout my day because I would just be wearing them inside while editing videos which I don't think is a lot of fun to watch so I thought it would be more fun for me to try them on and show you guys what they look like on and what I think of them so yeah it wasn't exactly what I had anticipated for trying on these outfits but it's no big deal we can adapt and honestly I feel so unbelievably blessed to be able to stay home while I work and I hope a lot of you guys are able to do that too if not all of you I really hope you guys are staying home and staying safe so hopefully what this will take you guys mind off of all the craziness that's going on right now so let's see what the rest of these Instagram outfits look like on alright guys so here is outfit number three oh my gosh this was one that I was so scared and excited to wear outside because of this hat I've seen people wear these hats before are you supposed to wear it like this or are you supposed to wear it back like this I feel like it's gotta be back like this but I for a fact I've seen this before but I feel like that looks way too intense on me I look like I'm going on like an expedition of some sort and I'm gonna find nothing everything fits amazing I love this slouchy sweater I decided to roll up the sleeves a little bit and it's just so so soft and so comfortable I love the bracelets usually I'm not a bracelet where it just feels like there's too much going on on my wrist but these are like nice they're nice and light there are a lot of them though the jeans fit amazing these jeans are from the same rad as the first pair of jeans were and both of them have fit like a glove seriously so amazing they're so so comfortable to like they have a fair bit of stretch very very cropped as you can see and we've got these stylish white pointed boots and usually I'm not a huge fan of pointed shoes but I feel like this has been paired together so well this does not look like anything I would wear though like if you saw me out wearing this I feel like people wouldn't think it was me but yeah if we wear in social distancing right now my plan for this outfit was I was going to go to a little garden and walk around and I feel like this outfit would look so cute there I also think these are Instagram outfits that would make for perfect Instagram pictures like seriously this could elevate my Instagram game cuz right now I'm at zero I think the brand did great putting this together and for someone like me who doesn't really always know what to put together I think that this is really cute okay for outfit number four I have to like block my glasses because these are not prescription glasses obviously they're not anti glare so you can see every single light in the lenses of these glasses so sorry if that's frustrating but I just decided to wear these jeans from the last outfit so just pretend the jeans aren't even here right now my legs I just go from waist to feet that's how my body works today these outfits are really making me think that like booties are super super in style right now because every single outfit has a different pair of booties this sweater is so nice it's definitely not like a chunky nan it's more like thinner I love the color I think the glasses are a lot of fun they're just like this like tortoiseshell I was gonna just like do some book reading in this one so I guess I could have done that from home but I was gonna go to a library cuz this feels like a library outfit but we're just gonna be standing here in our house being safe because it's important yeah here's outfit number four I definitely think it's more elevated than what I usually would wear I think it is also fairly casual so I do like this one a lot and I could see myself wearing this one for sure okay guys outfit number five this one's probably the most out of my comfort zone and I don't know why because it's honestly very very comfortable but I feel like it looks the most extra I don't know if it's the fact that I'm wearing like thigh-high black boots they're so so comfortable and like the heel is very very manageable and I feel like they're such a nice statement piece and then on top we have like this chunky sweater that actually looks like it's like inside-out but it's not inside-out that's what the hip people are doing nowadays wearing inside-out sweaters that are actually right-side out it's hard to keep up and then just tucking this big chunky sweater into this jean skirt which ended up being perfect because this was a little bit too big but once I jammed this whole sweater into it it fits perfectly and it's not too snug or anything like I have a lot of room to breathe so this outfit fits amazing I feel like it looks really cute again with these buns you guys if you're bored at home right now try on some buns because they can change your look up and it feels like you're having a lot more fun than you are because of it try it out my plan for this outfit was I was gonna go out for dinner maybe get some pizza and I feel like I would have felt very out of my comfort zone but I feel like when you feel out of your comfort zone but you also feel like you look good I think that that's how you can break down walls and I think this outfit could have done that for me so I really like this one too news flash I'm probably gonna like all of them okay you guys last but certainly not least we have this one now I was very excited about this skirt it's so so soft and it's something that I wouldn't normally pick out for myself also in the picture it does have a brown bag but if you guys watch this whole video you saw that the only one that available was the black bag and I think it looks cute with this outfit this is probably the only outfit that I've had sizing issues with the skirts a little tight and the shoes are a little big but that being said I would just put on some fluffy socks and fill these out and you know what I would just suck it up wouldn't be the first time I wore a skirt that's a little bit too tight around the waist you know staying in I've been eating a fair bit so but yeah I feel like this is a really cute outfit I like how it's more conservative and like covered up on the top but then we have like this really cute skirt that I would consider to be pretty short it doesn't go to my fingertips and then we've got these little booties I probably would have wear tights with these if I went out because I was gonna just wear this out to like get some ramen so I probably wouldn't needed something otherwise I would have froze but inside I can wear it how it was actually intended with no leggings at all yeah let's go into the final thoughts of what I thought of all these outfits all right you guys my buns be looking like I just put on four outfits over top of them so please ignore them just pretend like I'm doing this the whole time but I'm not gonna alright you guys so this has been a very long process video I'm so so happy to have it finally going up I'm a little bit bummed with how we had to just try everything on but you know what it's not that big of a deal I just hope you guys still thought it was fun to see the outfits I know I didn't get the opportunity to like wear them out of a bow and see how I feel wearing them out in public but I think what's trying them on I have a pretty good understanding of how I would feel wearing them how I think that they're definitely elevated style wise and that I feel like they looked pretty good so I think it turned out pretty good not exactly what I was hoping for but it's still good right now I went into this video wanting to see if Instagram outfits looked as good in person as they do online and I think what I figured out from it is they do I think that clothing brand pages and outfit pages do a very good job at putting outfits together and I know a lot of people struggle with making out it's up in their mind so I think if you guys are ever curious about it or ever bored and want to put some outfits together I definitely don't think you have to purchase everything off of the Instagram picture I think if anything you should look and be like oh it's a black turtleneck go into your closet try and find a black top that looks similar oh it's a jean skirt go into your closet try and find a jean skirt you definitely don't have to purchase everything I just did that because I thought it would be fun for the video and I wanted to see like the exact pieces styled anyways I hope you guys enjoyed this video make sure to stay
