We Need Biotoxin | ARK: Survival Ascended #23

[Music] hey how's it going today is going to be a very busy day we need biotoxin so what I want to do is get some of these shocking Tran darts made up to help out with our taming now we do have the YY taming coming up here soon it's kind of the last thing we need for being able to do the brood mother fight kind of excited to get our first boss fight out of the way man we can kind of progress a little bit more on our building and stuff but it'll help out with the ud Taming of course we need all the help we can get with that we got some thot taming coming up here soon some other bigger creatures so having the shocking Tran darts will make life a ton easier what I plan on doing is we'll go ahead and grab the sickle we're going to go up and stop by the little Otter Cove kind of where we got our OT at get some of the saber-tooth salmon so that way we can have the prime fish meat going to try to go for a berry again today now I did PR Scout one out the problem is one they're always in the swamp and two where I found the 130 at it's there's about five or six of the cap Ros around and some Saros so it's going to be interesting man kind of painful but we'll see how it goes so once we get that done we'll get the berry back here to base long as we actually make it back to base grab our scuba stuff we'll go down and there should be at least one or two jellyfish around here I just want to get some shocking Tran darts and then I can do a lot of the farming of the jellyfish off camera now I was going to just use one of the frogs right T another one of those guys but with the Barry man it's kind of a dual purpose right well one we had issues with the one in the in the start right we kind of lost him I mean literally right over there by base I was so close to base man so I kind of want to get one of those just because of the issues we had last time but when we go to T of Basil that's kind of the main thing we'll use for farming our biotoxin but having that to get rid of all the mantas and stuff oh man game changer dude makes life so much easier so tame in one now will kind of save us from having to tame one later on and then using him down in the water will help out with the sharks too because in the uh in the water out there man so many sharks dude not sure why there's so many on the map now but at least it can stun them and we can kind of kill them easier and you can shoot off of it so makes life a little bit easier so right up here is Otter Cove and I absolutely positively did not turn around and go back to base to grab our crossbow that I forgot with some arrows and our scuba stuff I didn't go back man I totally remembered it the first time I almost forgot it again man look dude look I am not used to hunting stuff up here but if you didn't see the last video where we tamed the otter and stuff at I'll show you where we're at on the map fantastic location we're right here roughly at 548 273 north side of the Redwoods in between the volcano and the Redwoods little Cove right here man just look for the little island in the uh in the river nice place to come do got to watch out for all of the piranhas and stuff but there's usually quite a few beavers or not beavers but um otters around I don't see any now actually I need to check the area for raptors real quick before we leave the pterodon they're rights we're not ter Birds okay that's a you problem not a me problem not sure why they are on this side they're usually on that side over there by the Redwoods let's kill this guy off I don't want problems with our pterodon while we're in the water hello can we actually hit the creature please you saw nothing just saying if you want to stay alive you saw nothing so let's see if there's any more of the saber 2 salmon left actually let's do this I think all the ones on this side we kind of killed off let's land this guy over here it'll be safer anyways right nice little area right here good place for a little uh little cabin man come here do some fishing and stuff so let's get our gear on a m to see need to repair our armor too before we go out for the berry should have had these fins and stuff when we were doing The Taming for the otter would have made life so much easier but I'm hoping we get quite a few from each one of the fish I'm not sure I haven't done Prime fish meat harvesting in a very long time what I'm seeing is normal fish where is the Sabertooth at there's another otter watch that be the 130 that we found last time and didn't get tamed up nope level 90 still higher level man not too bad is there any fish left we did Kill quite a few of them oh there's one do got to watch our air and stuff I forgot a hey not that missed uh I forgot a soup we could go first person I just don't like the uh the mask view are they bugs still yeah I see that's still a problem there okay well that's why we don't have any fish around here we got to kill them all off cuz they keep getting glitched into the Rocks got to watch out for spinos in the water too anybody he came all the way up here there's not going to be a fish at all that we need bunch of regular ones oh there's one there Junior can I borrow your fish Meats we get three from each one ah dude it's going to be a ton of those guys to kill off for I was want to take 100 in with us if we could I'll kill as many as we can get as much meat as we can we got I think maybe 10 or so back at base that's cooked and we'll try to get one of these berries tamed up that's going to be one that we can't yep we can one out of those why do we not get that much we got more from the shark right using the pick we'll try one or two more and see I might just go down with a pick to the uh yep Bron us down to the ocean on the cats and harvest them that way we got three we're at a stamina guys look I was not prepared for this today he yep yep coron us push me back to land push me back to land it's going to be a bad day teaming for the Barry I can see it now we're breaking stuff it's another otter fantastic I did not know that they were over on this side level are you level 30 okay well is what it is I think I'm going to go back to the ocean and oh there's a beaver dam I didn't know there was beavers over here interesting need some cement paste but I might just go out to the ocean kill off some of the sharks and use a pck I think we got quite a few more maybe around 10 pieces that way last time have to see all right man so here's where we're at in life I ended up staying over here is that more piranhas ended up staying over here to grab some more of the saber 2 salmon down there it gets kind of shallow and there's a ton of them dude holy crap man got quite a few we should have enough of the raw Prime to do our taming for today so we've got 45 pieces I think we need around 20 or so it does stack with our ini I edits I lost our goggles and our fins man the piranas are no joke dude but let's go ahead and hurry back to base repair our stuff grab our teaming gear and then head out and I think we're going to do it off of the Sabertooth now a lot of people left comments asking why didn't use the argentavis to pick the berry up and put them into a trap you you can't man you cannot pick up a berry with an argentavis and we don't have one of the attack helicopters so that or a cetel I mean a Kel would work but going to kind of skip all that do it the oldfashioned way of running around on the cat and hoping that we don't die in the process it's going to be with all the cap Ros around man it is a very high probability we might set up a sleeping bag if I can remember over there just to make life a little bit easier but we'll see man we'll see and then all we have to do is run them back to base so hopefully long as we get over there before all the meat spoils actually you know what it'll last longer in there if we cook it we need double the amount so I'd like to not cook it if possible we are going to take our cooked with us though just as a backup and we are at stamina in the Redwoods please no Raptors that's all I'm saying there's some over there and no thus please no flying thus so luckily we got all the darts and everything already made up all I have to do is grab our long neck repair the armor and then jump on the cat now I'm not too sure what the best way of getting over there is probably going to run down the beach here and kind of cut up that way towards the green Obelisk let's put you put you where you go keep it safe I do got the plant uh species still off here let's grab this and that jump down here kind of weird not having my doors I'm still uh still getting used to that anyways let's leave you you and you let's go ahead and repair the rest of this as well what are we missing hide not a problem oh yeah I did Rob that Beaver Dam so we got 121 on the paast not too too bad man that kind of works out only one was there guarding it probably another reason why I lost some of my armor and stuff or my my fins all right so that's all repairing here is this we don't need that for the moment we are coming back here before we go into the water forgot about that blueprint being there too so that's kind of set there this this that that let's repair the pants please kind of a key component here all right we need darts we've got all the meats let's grab our cooked as well we got 12 okay that's not too bad we are definitely taking the medical Brew let's let's take quite a bit let's take all of it look man it is the uh it is the swamp the edge of the swamp I mean close enough so we're not going to need these let's get rid of those for the moment put you there that's there are we set are we good we need a saddle I think I grinded the saddle let's double check I did it's made in our inventory where is I didn't unlock it oh that's right we never got one made before because we never brought them back here that's what it is I didn't make the S out cuz we were kind of I think we were shy on resources then that's all right we'll take one with us now and then the cat should be good to go buddy ready for an adventure hopefully nobody dies along the way eat the fish meat plenty of that there for you not a big deal put that in there for safekeeping and that as well do not eat the prime fish meat okay all right tell you what I got some regular meat for you give me all this you can have that we paint the saddle after we come back if there is a berry attached that is and that was the berry saddle right it is all right man I think we're kind of sets it's going to be a little bit of a run forgot what the cat is started put him up in here man it's been raining a lot want his fur to get all wet but anyways I'll get up there show you where we're at on the map and then we'll uh try to get this guy tamed up man ah dude I really hope it goes better than the last time we need narcotics it's fine I'll pick berries if anything he well man there's a ton of spinos and carnos up here I could have just come up the river that was by our base it kind of leads into right here totally forgot what area we were at I'm not sure if we're doing anything with spinos in this series level five super low level haven't found any high level ones anyways to tame up but there's a ton of them over here dude there's another one up here too now there is also a titanum sword that spawned in wouldn't mind getting one of those I mean not right now we are very far away from being able to do that again it was it was super painful the one that I did tame took me like an hour and a half almost 2 hours of flying around on a kettel shooting it solo not sure if I'll ever do it again I wouldn't mind it because we never got a chance to build on it I kind of want to build a huge mobile platform and then got some news that the guy that makes the dino storage mod isn't going to be doing that any time soon so won't have the ability to put those guys into a soul trap to take them to other Maps so wherever we tame them that is going to be his home permanently unfortunately there's a guy right there not too bad colors on it kind of cool they are massive whenever you put them up against a Bronto and stuff you know go to the other side of the river need to be over here anyways our destination is right up here let's go ahead and get some stamina while there's no Raptors just on the other side of that parasaur is was the uh the swamp and the barrier was kind of heading Inland so little bit worried about that or not Inland but in towards the swamp more all right so up here is where all the cap Ros are and we need to start kind of cleaning those guys out there's one in the water over there I totally forgot a sleeping bag I knew it was going to happen man yep yep yep what you deserve let's go ahead and call them over Dow okay scared me I need to I need to put you on passive or uh neutral protect me at all cost buddy please where's all the capros there was a ton there's one right please and thank you shouldn't be too many darts that's another reason why I want the shocky ones man things like this will make it go a lot easier I don't know we took quite a few darts last time wasn't it I'm getting my dinos mixed up we have all primitive too have not got a better long neck anywhere I've done a lot of drop runs too holy crap can I shoot you up close there we go it's kind of buggy with Asa it's like your weapon goes through the creatures a lot easier so makes it harder to actually hit them and stuff while we're here there's some plant species right behind us I kind of need to grab some once this guy drops this guy is super fast I'm not sure why he's running already I haven't got that many TRS into him it's super weird with that creature uh path finding me it's like if they do damage to you they don't kill you after so long they kind of run away sometimes too please please please please not into the swamp up here up here man up on the land dude they're so easy to lose there he is it's like he bites and runs scaredy cat I don't know I kind of uh he's out already that is nuts dude I thought it was going to take a lots we good are there piranhas around me all these the rights I don't want to jump off and get hit by a CA R I'm just saying dude and you need to be on passive now don't hit the berry please don't hit the berry so it shouldn't take them too long so that's what about 4% roughly 3.5% for each piece of raw Prime thought I heard something let's go ahead and take the rest of this grab some fish meat as well and put it into here just as back up that should be fine that should be more than we need for taming them super fast though I like them man I like it 98% it's probably going to be down what around maybe 90 by the time he's done should be around 20 pieces or so to tame him makes me nervous man makes me super nervous one being in the swamp two being in the water in the swamp surpris we haven't got any leeches yet give it time though give it time all right so he's not doing too bad we're at 89% and 91 on the effectiveness so yeah it'll be just under 90 when we're done with this so kibble is definitely the way to go if you have it we just haven't got to that point in the game yet so we need to check a setting whenever he wakes up some people up in comments and said that the auto Fish Feeding for him whenever his food's low is like turned on automatically this time so I need to check and see about that that might have been what happened to the other one right where he was kind of just running off and doing his own thing let's do that before we do anything it is so it's on all the time now don't seek fish on low health so now he should actually listen whenever I tell him passive and to follow us interesting all right well is what it is learn something new every day so we got quite a bit of the fish meat and stuff left over this guy te out to be level 188 it is a male we got 3600 on the health stamina is 1657 fantastic terrifying holy crap those things are so loud man we've got weight at 572 and 308 on the damage not too bad man don't forget these guys have no oxygen stats so one of the reasons why it makes them good in the water they're just super slow huh buddy it's fine dude it's fine leave all that into you give me back my Cooks what we're going to do is ride back on the berry have the cat follow us and then everybody should be on passive now we we're going to try to avoid the spinals and everything we got to make sure the cat keeps up short stubby legs we're going to do the long Trek around stop by base drop off the cat pick up there's a frog 25 pick up the crossbow repair our fins and stuff like that and then jump into the water and try to grab just a little bit of biotoxin don't have to get much I just want to be able to farm a little bit up in this video and then I do a lot of swimming off camera now I'm kind of curious is right off the coast by base if there's going to be jellyfish down there there used to be tons of them man but it seems like they are very very scattered out in only one in an area now which is kind of weird they used to be in like groups of four usually four right and that's what made them terrifying because if you got hit by one there's all the other ones around that uh attack you as well yep cat with us just want to make sure some Rex up here let's go the long way around this way a Caro 2 I do there's a Rex I do not want to lose the berry man I'd rather lose a cat than the berry I mean the cat's replaceable let's cut across to here yep Raptors ah dude it's always something man but I wasn't too bad of a run back to base had to stop a couple times for the cats got aggroed by a raptor as well but something's wrong with the Barry man his uh his front end alignment's off he's kind of running sideways not too sure what's up with that hey like runs at an angle now not too sure it might be a buged uh bugged Berry kind of happens man it happens so I want to double check too to see if we have any of the blueprints for some Saddles I don't think we do all right buddy let's turn you off did good today buddy did good let's leave you right there you can keep all that now let's turn off following on you none here okay I wasn't sure man wasn't sure let's give me all this back cook this up we'll keep the uh fish meat for the otter and stuff need to check on them they might be fine they should be fine probably not that's why we'll check all right the rest of the fish meat can kind of cook up by itself overweight too man going to need some arrows let's take take a stack of 100 it'll be fine need to repair our gear hopefully we got the stuff to repair it didn't think about that Titan we got some of that not not a problem at all it's all those cave runs dude it is so nice not having the the ladder come down what I thought about doing right here was if we put another ladder there and just roll it up it might look better than just having it open having something there I don't know we'll uh we'll see let's repair this let's make a ladder while that's happening and kind of test it out and see it should be fine I need this and that what else do we need for a ladder little bit of wood one of you please and thank you that could stay in there it'll spoil put you right there and then oh I don't want to climb it think you have to roll it up from up here right I need to make a SCUBA tank as well there we go at least there's something up there and it's not just open I wonder if you can actually fall off with that or if it blocks you oh you can run off H is what it is let's take one tank one tank should be fun we're not going to be down too long like I said now I know there's some over by herbivore Island we saw some over there before so we will go there if anything and then the rain is not going to help out with the visibility in the water kind of sucks but it's fine dude all right Junior let's please not lose you today I'm just saying I still have not cleaned out my Greenhouse either I will eventually eventually once we start needing more of the narcotics and stuff so we got a point let's put that into health try to keep them alive still good on food there still good on food there you guys are doing fine man doing fine I'm going close the door it's raining out all right so first test is to see if there's any kind of right here by base I hope so if so that'll make it a lot easier for grabbing more if not I'll kind of just swim along the coast this way out towards herbivore Island at least we'll be near the Coast if something goes bad get up here before we put on the tank well I mean it's fine let's put it on now it's not too bad to see underwater with it raining sometimes it gets pretty foggy maybe that's just an ASE thing but dude whenever it started raining you could always tell if you're underwater because it's like you just couldn't see anything man yep still pretty clear kind of dark but still pretty clear I don't see the glow from any jellyfish now the thing about the Barry is one of the main reasons I don't use him is he's super slow dude super slow in the water takes his time but he has no oxygen right so kind of makes it nice anybody seen a jellyfish I just need about 10 or 20 kind of curious how much we'll get from it we'll try harvesting the uh the bodies with him see how much he gets he's almost over weights who's heavy you're heavy to put some more in weight on him wait that's me I'm almost overweight it's all the arrows and stuff head down deep here hopefully we don't find any Moses or pleases I mean it'd be kind of nice having those this close to base but also terrifying at the same time and I don't know if jellyfish are going to be deep or shallow they used to be deep for the most part but they used to be the same way with the silica pearls and those are super shallow now so there's a basil haven't seen any jellyfish though level 15 super low level would be easy to tame if we had some meat on us but we don't have any Prime fish meat or anything I don't want to tame one of those yet mainly because I want to wait until we get a permanent base set up that way we're going to have a water pin because again with No Cry pods or Soul traps there's no way to keep them safe right I mean unless you have a cage belt form can't just leave them out in the water man you can have anything from a piranha to Saro any that kind of stuff can't kill them off when you're out doing other things nothing around though man it's like a desert underwater wonder if the jellyfish are going to be kind of a rare commodity now it used to be all over and once you can make the shocking Tran darts it just made life so much more simple so the stun does 86 and our bite does 119 not very much the main thing is the stun is that pearls that's not that's brain coral the main thing is that stun Man game changer whenever you have stuff on you now it doesn't work on eels I don't think never uh never really tried it and because eels are eels you try to just run from them and that's it I don't think it works on the jellyfish either I mean we could test it maybe if we ever saw one we found our first jellyfish I am all the way over on the other side of herbivore Island there's a one single lone jellyfish down here also got some sharks too got to watch out I was running from an alpha shark hopefully none of these are related to that guy but it's definitely a thing man I tried to smack him then saw the glow and was right by Shore so just kind of ran up on the beach but man keep forgetting there's so many of the alphas out here in the water no is that an eel it's a jellyfish okay well this is awkward he came up from the bottom here we go here we go there we go killed him holy crap dude that almost went terrible 36 biotoxin that is not bad I mean it almost went bad I did not expect them to swim that fast man huge ago range on those guys too now interesting so hold on I'll show you on the map where we're at it's literally the only one I found and only one I see around here now so I don't know if the berry stunned it might have yep we need to get a lot more points into damage on this guy he did fantastic though man didn't lose very much health even with just a 25 armor saddle I think there's a period where you can't re stun them right isn't that the way that it goes look dude well there's one shark there's like 50 more kind of like Raptors man Raptors and trons see one trudon they've always got friends yep look I just want you guys gone so I can check for a couple more of the jellyfish all right we good the cool thing is they glow so bright it's super easy to see them that might be something we do at night time is that one up there there oh there's some up Shallow I think unless that's like a Loot drop up there and we're just now seeing it yeah night time might be the time to go out and search for him get rid of this guy I don't want him trailing us there we go man there we go little bit of fish meat for junior anyways and for the Otters another shark holy crap dude the Sharks yep there's a jellyfish up there and one over there so let's kill this other shark off and then we should be able to shoot these guys off of the Barry that was kind of the whole point of getting this guy there's two more don't talk about man where there's one there's a whole family thing about being in the waters everything kind of keeps moving right makes life a little bit more difficult let's do this swim up start hitting this guy 11 12 of hits I need to get some better you get some better uh weapons and stuff crossbow is not the best it's only like a 120 they kind of look cool man a little bit different than they used to be are they just one level now there's a lot of stuff I've noticed they kind of took the levels away from which is a good a good thing right so I'm kind of curious about the Redwoods cave because in that one they had some dragon flies and stuff like that that were like level 300 so if they're the same level it might be easier to do of course that might mean that there's more of them though how much have we got on the biotoxin we got one 10 that'll make up a couple of the darts for sure let's put some into that and damage a little bit of everything I kind of want to have a lot into Health then we can use a stun to get out of situations and that way if we get hit by the eels and stuff it won't be as bad put this back on ah dude well not too bad of a day we got us a berry with a lot easier iier than I thought when I was doing scouting there was a ton of the Capa Ros kind of in that area right we only saw what two or three of them got them teamed out without any problems finally got one back to base got a settle made took them in the water it's kind of hard to find jellyfish now kind of weird man not too sure what's up with that but we'll go ahead and get some more get some shocking Tran darts made and then I'll try to do some scouting to find if they're like in a central location and stuff but next video probably next video we need to head out and try to get us some Beauties I am not looking forward to it man it's going to be it's going to be a pain but but once we get two we never got to tame them again hopefully
