what would you do if you could become CEO of yes theory and control everything we do for 48 hours you'll be able to do whatever you want with our time money and social media accounts well we're about to choose a stranger and give them exactly that power but first let me explain in May of 2018 we launched our clothing companies seek discomfort and since then we've had six drops with six totally different ways of releasing them every time from ridiculous skits where I lose my mind that's the best bottom line ever designed and your finger to a sunrise dance party on top of a mountain with 300 of our subscribers to a full-blown commercial now for this job we wanted a totally fresh idea and for that we thought what would happen if we let one of our subscribers not only choose how this drop would be released into the world but actually become our boss and control the entire yes theory operation for 48 hours that person would have access to our community our entire team and our credit cards let's see how trusting a total stranger with that kind of responsibility turn out we are going to plow one subscriber to come and run yes theory for 48 hours this is gonna be you are you gonna fire let me explain I need to do that so if you think you're up for the task send a one-minute video that you've made the email right here and explain why you would be perfect for this task come up make an impact and share the yes theory message with these three ideas create an art gallery for secrets comfort random things for seat discomfort it would be super rad to do some sort of temporary street art installation involving your followers the community and what it means to seat discomfort we could capture a bunch of super dope content and use it to launch the new seat discomfort line I think that's the guy the idea of doing something with street art I think it'd be integrity so much experience he's older which is great because we need an older figure in the house the video is live okay literally when I started watching your videos I was like I'm gonna work with these guys but I did not know that would be in her capacity is like you're gonna be the CEO for 48 hours so well the crazy world a little bit more you just benefit happens there's an often being built there's a seat discomfort drop being launched laying the pressure off come on fix it I'll fix it oh my gosh yeah coming in we have no idea what he's got those got plan well welcome to our new headquarters it's not furnished nobody's seen him before but we found this place a few weeks ago signed the papers and step for something beware you get a little gear up with the news on now he's fast cool actually first actually if you guys to just give me a rundown and want something coming for yesterday what you guys gonna play just want to know what's going on of course one of the main things that's happening this weekend is our seat discomfort drop and as per usual we have not even thought what is the marketing campaign that goes around that because we're all great would it make sense for us to be comfortable with a plan before the drop or do we live up to the brand ideals for the exact idea I just never understood why we ever knew the plan to see this come it is it is Steve discomfort discomfort has to be the secret cover drop I do a lot of street art so I think I'd be super dope to incorporate some sort of like interactive street art maybe we put like giant BJ's we like that phrase or like a quote like seek discomfort in different locations around the LA area and we can do a call out to your followers and be like these are the locations go there meet up at each other take photos share them all over the Internet do you have designs in mind it's up to you guys whatever you think would it like you're getting this whole experience wrong you all right here's the plan all right day one we're going to create designs for the street art installations we're gonna scout locations on where to put them up we're gonna pick up materials we're gonna oversee editing when is this episode going up dad this Sunday all right well you gotta hustle and put it up podcast ideas Thomas you got anything working on it kind of all right day two we got a sunrise photo shoot for seek discover we're gonna put up the art installations we're gonna do a call-out on Instagram to let everyone know where these art installations are we're gonna select and surprise a subscriber wait what was that oh that's uh that's nothing yes sir no that's that's it says research what CEO stands for it is a you [Music] all right I think the design it's done if you guys want to come check it out two sections the first panel says this is what scares me your followers will go up and write what scares them and the panel next to it says this is what I'm going to do about it and then there's a seat discomfort gradient wall that they'll go and take a photo of in front of that they get posts all over Instagram i socials do stuff like that sweet that's cool yeah this sounds awesome it does both goals of like wanting to one have something people you interact with while they're there and then something they can post on Instagram and tag us in alright we're gonna start with a first location scout here in Venice Beach the key with this is like we're obviously not trying to add anything on a wall that's permanent so we're aiming for construction walls you got wall number one this is big enough right okay person like this is a very unique way of putting seek discomfort out down excited what made you think that this would be a good idea for the drops it's a cool way for like all the s3 followers to meet each other and get to know each other get up here and by the end of this we'll be selecting somebody and surprise them with five skydives tomorrow's gonna go with them and they get a thousand dollars of seat discomfort gift cards so a lot of things going down we're here at getting some large oversized prints done just here printing very illegal activities ladies and gentlemen nobody's nobody's committing crimes or anything we're literally seeing what its gonna look like the first time right now this thing is tomorrow all right well now we just get a print frickin like 80 of these well I gotta head out and you see oh hey I worked the latest men it's all good nice but I'm just a last look at this juicy over here did you last night slept in the office work these late hours it's all about the hustle you slip right you things you start this day super early 6:00 a.m. [Music] so Alan know it's called no it's early but you got to take those frowns and turn in the upside down because these three boys got to eat stop standing here and let's take some fun use an intensity oh man [Music] [Music] all your hard work oh you're okay it's noon we're starting to paste the four murals starting with the one in Venice and then we're gonna hit the other locations how illegal is this very very legal I'm gonna be staying on the other side of the street watching you know when I get deported and I have no idea how many people are gonna show up in these four different locations but hopefully they'll all of you the bus packed by tomorrow I'll have you distracting the restaurant gonna get some problem I'm comfortable in this situation it's all good right number two we're personally gonna have to pull back a little bit towards the car miss prancing a lot of anxiety right now what's that oh no I'm not experienced with cop interactions so let's just hope that we can do challenge will be if you're able to get to the closest wall near you and actually participate by filling in the prompts then you will be entering a chance to win something pretty epic that we will the best feeling in the world when we see people just coming together like this we're gonna do it so we just put it into fruition we read it right there we can give them both like the to sky lives and then they'll have the option to bring one of the people that either that they just met or yeah said I think we both just fainted well they don't know they're gonna skydive and they don't know they're getting friggin guests on there but guess yeah happy happy see this come for launch everyone it's like ever like I just told the girls to stay where they are and now we need to pick a guy so we figured out who the guy is who left markers at all the locations for other people to come and be able to write on the wall he actually went to the different locations and he left markers I think he a lot of strangers on the street we didn't know about it actually participate which is really cool where you at Dawg I actually wrote where you at the girl's house and have our real real life Oprah moment you guys have something out there in the world which is starting a podcast and you guys said that you want to do it this weekend yeah so I can be your guest no see you guys will get a $500 gift it alone you got to have an amazing team and you guys have a bunch of amazing people here working hard together that are all you know are the same vision and all that same mindset of wanting to make this thing work and you guys really care about your community of subscribers and that's so like important to me just to be able to experience that so yes there is actually I want to give two more $500
