We Had A Melt Down!!!!

what's going on oh my what happened another nuclear meltdown well that's maybe because we had four pumps plugged into one plug-in people are always in a hurry gotta run every pump at one time you know well that's true upgrading had the def pump plugged in we had two diesel fuel pumps we had the truck diesel fuel pump and we melted it down and what else happened today well for some reason the uh the pump don't want to pump it's running at like a quarter of the speed really soft humming soothing humming sounds high voltage that's what led us yeah that's what led us to see the meltdown yeah look at the melting but this is not the problem i'm afraid our pump is ruined oh amazing how everything coincides with each other but look at how my assembly of miscellaneous parts from my house remodel is going utilize you're going to build that to us oh you can build a farm yeah i suppose i only pay half price for use stuff though this is going to be a while so you can come back in couple hours [Music] okay [Applause] okay should i start working on taking this pump part or what stripper down new pump needed there's nothing else we can do some more testing big hammer and tap tap on something but right now we have no power so we can't do that oh man it's hard to have nice things ain't it okay we are unplugged oh good night stupidest longest clip probably to we're just cutting it everything's corroded okay we're unwired everyone's got to have some old cloth hanging on your fuel pumps right oh yeah looks looks like the hose is shot too all right you get on here turn it loose get everything off of there i'll hold the camera you said it i was coming out here to hold the camera i got set yeah but you're stronger don't compliment me when we already know it's the truth all right this will work i don't think so oh geez don't turn it let's go go down lower get on this nice knuckle here yeah you close this valve right i can either confirm nor deny this ain't working it ain't even close we need a bigger pipe and a bigger human hang on let me get another wrench going we're gonna need a big pipe and a wrench there we go there we go so slippery i still can't do nothing by hand don't pinch me don't pinch me am i doing that or you i'm not doing anything oh okay it's like normal you want to catch this okay this might be heavy okay we need this pipe okay it's off no we're trying not to the environment save the environment get off camera this is how he ends with it just dropping it into the pail oh dad's just shaking his head left is that heavy yeah the new one's a lot lighter good yeah you just set that down we're gonna put that in the vice and because we need that pipe back you want me to let you know something's getting strange ouch the screw come through the wood doggo must have went ape on this when he put this together it didn't leak though did it it looks kind of greasy i don't want to break this valve it is no wonder why you're called the big swede thank you look at the power dugo look at the power unbelievable they're just wondering where doug was at this whole time it's just right around the corner waiting to electrify this project oh yeah that's good what's that it was in the fuel what were you yelling about in such pain well see this screw i was holding the tube my water on and i screwed that into my finger oh my that no don't show nobody this here now this is temporary temporary just like this stand was 15 years ago that's also temporary so never never then never ever okay i clean that out how clean your house is my beautiful wife takes care of that i believe it she has to because there's no one else that will all right we're totally redoing this so the pump's shorter so that short children can fill fuel on i don't know why i just don't like it way up in the air for wind and everything i'm sure it was done this way for a reason i'm not sure of does that make sense i'm gonna go ahead and guess that this is the pipes and fittings that they had laying around and since this new pump is a little different we're going to be doing it a different way and also replacing a valve and some stuff that would leak in here don't break any other fittings looser we'll really have a problem [Music] [Music] yep there just like that i think that looks good look at that boom i like the quarter turn rather than the knob style that's gonna be a lot better it's gonna be so much quicker we're improving efficiency in so many ways here so now this new pump is different so it's actually going to thread right in here so the pump will fit right into there we're going to put everything together out here and freeze or what hold on what no no what let's build the filter stuff inside all right i'll grab the goop here and we'll go inside then it's all loose i'm scared i'm gonna drop something yeah be careful with that that's the new nx fill right pump all right we're gonna talk about the new pump that we just got it is a fillerite next tech intelligent pump we've got something crazy here it is actually very so it's much lighter it's like 20 pounds versus 50 which we obviously just seen 25 gallons per minute variable speed motor so it if you aren't using the nozzle at full capacity it'll actually idle itself down automatically and once you stop and it's just on bypass it'll idle down and shut off yeah this is also continuous flow so we don't have one we don't have a fuel trailer but if you were to fill up a fuel trailer of 2 000 gallons those other ones only run for 30 minutes and then you got to shut them off for a while yeah this one continuous duty flow continuously and then once fuel trailer is gone and you forgot that it's running it shuts off with the fill right nozzle shuts the pump off good to go saves the electricity everything and you can get all fill rate products at farmchem.com and even better yet we can save them five percent by using larsen five something else that might have helped with the pump that we're replacing which is shot is this has got tones to tell you for troubleshooting yeah i think there's five or six different troubleshooting things that it'll send out different tones to tell you if it's an issue what with uh low input voltage the temperature is too hot uh there's a whole bunch of stuff look them up also on youtube that about the next pump because i'm sure we missed a ton of information the other thing was all of our other pumps most of the time the switch would go shot this is now a replaceable switch so with the switch go shot you don't need to replace the whole pump because of a i don't know twenty dollar switch you just buy a new switch and away you go again so we're gonna see in 20 years when this thing's still going and we're old and still youtubing i hope it's still be going it'll take how much smarter will sound in 20 years when we know what we're talking about next day shipping with farmchem go check them out they got pumps they got in bed liner if you'd paid a little bit more and got a dodge you'd have been separated from the gold line well if i would have wanted to buy a dodge then i couldn't get a pickup because dodge don't yeah well i don't know i'm not electrician but this is a lot safer and a lot nicer than it was on the other one yeah tomorrow around uh whenever speedy comes we should get the nozzle for it and then we will put the hose and the nozzle on and hopefully have some power have some power and we'll be able to test drive it we'll see you tomorrow um well quick time anyways so we're gonna put stuff away
