We Found The MOST AFFORDABLE Homes in Celina Texas! PROSPER ISD

[Music] so you really want to move to North Dallas and you want your kids to go to prosper ISD but your budget doesn't quite fit well today I'm going to show you two incredible houses in an amazing Builder that is actually building in affordable pricing for massive homes we've got homes that are almost 4,000 square ft and much lower budget than you're going to see in neighboring neighborhoods it's a little bit further out but still Prosper iy with so much to offer and I think you're going to enjoy these semi-custom homes and see all that you can do for them so if you've got big families or maybe not maybe you want a one story at a much lower price and you don't have a bunch of kids right now but you've got that option for you as well so the first home we're going to be checking out is this one right behind us it's got five bedrooms it's got game rooms it's got everything you could possibly imagine and wait till you hear the price it is going to blow you away so let's go ahead and get started [Music] all right we're getting today's tour started in a beautiful First Texas home this particular floor plan is called the Princeton 3500 ft 5 bed 3 and 1 half bath with so much more to offer this is one of the more popular floor plans we're right here at the front of the house you're can have beautiful 8ot Modern Glass Door bringing in tons of natural light but you're actually going to have a dining room space a formal dining that's kind of a dying brid bre nowadays but if you didn't want a formal dining space there's other places to eat and you could make this into another bedroom office cuz these are semi Custom Homes so you can move things around and do a little more detail work than you could in many other builders but we've got two really good uh nice siiz Windows here uh placed for a huge table a big Gathering which I know a lot of you are going to like so you're going to have your garage space right over here and real quick I'm going to show you you've got a little mud bench this will be where your doorway is and then your laundry space with additional Cabinetry up top which is really nice nobody can have too much storage out here in Texas but one of the things I really like about this particular house is as soon as you walk in you're going to have the really tall elevated ceilings and then right down this hallway is going to be a an office space so you've got a half bath let's point that out real quick little half bath right there for your guest but the office space is down this long hallway so if you're somebody who like who's like me uh you do a lot of work from home always on the phone and you have a bunch of kids well if you're in a house that's five bedrooms you probably have kids making a lot of noise well it's going to be nice and quiet down this hallway so you get a nice size closet and or closet nice size office space far enough away from all the noise and craziness so we're going to continue through the entryway and that's where you're going to see this beautiful winding staircase at First Texas homes is known for it's going to be a statement piece it really stands out and make this makes this home really really pop so as you continue you're going to notice you've got 20ft ceilings in here it's nice and wide open we've got glass all the way throughout the back of the house and you've got your nice little window in the kitchen which you don't see very often but first Texas homes puts windows in their kitchens quite a bit you'll see them down low or just like this so you got your sink space got your natural light coming in but this is a nice laid out kitchen we've got the Cabinetry up to the ceiling which is a huge plus you don't have to worry about dusting off your cabinets but I want to show you we were just in the dining room space so you've got this nice little walkthrough area your double oven right here a coffee bar that's kind of tucked away with additional Cabinetry all the way to the top which I really like and then your oversiz pantry right here so I love this little section it's kind of tucked away and then what's also different is that they have the burner over to the side in this floor plan five burner gas stove with a really really nice Venna Hood that is powerful so if you are somebody who cooks this is a great spot for you so oversized sink Big Island right here for entertaining you're going to be able to see out into your living room space loving the sliders and all the windows throughout here now this is a tiny table but it's okay because I know if you're in this house you're going to have probably lots of people living here and you can put a square table and fit8 to 10 people here no problem whatsoever but it probably looks a little bit smaller on video so now we're going to be entering into the main living space of course the sliders will be extra but it is a must have if you're building from the ground up and you've got a little extra budget for it that is a must have you're going to bring in so much more matal light it's going to look really really highend and then one more look at this awesome staircase right here you can see all the way throughout the house which I really really like and then this really modern fireplace this TV right here I don't know it's probably 85 in just kind of give you an idea of how big this is and they've carried the tile all the way to the top of the ceiling which is a huge plus now tucked over into the corner of the house is going to be your master Retreat right here so we've got a nice size bedroom elevated ceilings and then these nice size windows right here bringing in tons of natural light is that beautiful 70° day down here in Texas but great bedroom uh they've done you know the accent walls and everything like that is something something that we can connect you with somebody later on to do that and of course cool light here but you know if you're in Texas you're going to want to put fans in all the bedrooms just just letting you know but you've got this nice uh large bathroom space which I really like it's more modern contemporary than you've seen in First Texas homes in the past if you've looked in the past uh they were nothing like this but they've changed them up and they've really come a long way I really like the oversized tile down here the separated vanities of course there's a larger one over there uh Standalone free tub which is really nice and then the frameless glass shower with tile all the way to the top that really sets it off and then of course your uh oversized master closet which is really nice you got a place for your shoes right here and you can customize everything in here if you'd like to at a later date all right now we're coming to your backyard patio space I want to show you these really cool sliders that go all the way over but you're going to have a nice covered patio right here and all these Lots out here are going to be around the 50 wide lot so you're going to have these nice privacy fences that you can see right here and it's not going to be that long you're you got one house in between us it's the other model but it's going to be a nice size lot nothing huge but definitely bigger than a lot of what you're going to see out here in this price point and we're going to get to that here a little bit later but these are amazing prices for the size of the house you get but a nice entertainment space plenty of space for a pool or a playground or whatever you need and a really cool setup with the floor they've done here as well all right now I'm coming up the beautiful winding stairs that are going to be a showstopper when people come over to visit uh there definitely a huge selling point in these first Texas homes but the upstairs space has a ton to offer now when we're going to first enter this space right here this is going to be your flex room so you could definitely put a pull table all your kids stuff TV whatever you want to do right here no problem there's plenty of room for it and then of course you've got your media room with which here in Texas if you're not from Texas a lot of people ask us what's with the media rooms well people just like them they love to watch the games watch movies they can close the doors kind of have their little Oasis right here got love the dark paint if they don't have it dark painted it just makes makes a huge difference kind of feels like your own it is your home own home theater but cool little setup right here and then we've also got three bedrooms and two more bathrooms up here so we're going to enter the first bedroom right here which they've turned into I don't really know what uh little sitting Reading area slash I'm going to do my treadmill uh whenever I can area so this is definitely a bedroom uh plenty of space for a nice size bed or anything you got these nice Windows overlooking the pond back there and the fields which won't be fields for much longer there lots of building going on and I know I said only three bedrooms but there's actually four bedrooms two bathrooms the flex space and the media room so we're going to go into the next bedroom right here which is a really cool setup theyve actually put a desk right here and then a fold out bed you got double doors closet and one of the cool features of this house which if you got really small ones maybe not be the best feature but you're going to have access to a balcony space you're going to be able to sit out on the balcony hang out and it's just a really cool thing you don't see very often in homes up here so and then these two bathrooms or two bedrooms are going to share uh this bathroom space right here which is actually a really nice size you got the tub shower combo which you're going to be able to change out if you want it to build from the ground up and just make it a shower you can do that as well now over to the other side of house before we get there I got to show you this little spot I don't know what this is for but um if your kid wanted to do choir practice or play an instrument they can do that for the whole household right here so uh really cool spot there and then you're going to have this little Bridge looking over into the front front and the back of the house with lots of natural light coming in and then a large uh bedroom right here where they've turned into a nursery space and you have one more look at this okay they locked it uh that's probably a smart move uh to not have everybody go out there but you're going to have access into the balcony space right here as well but as you saw right there if you don't want your kids out there you just get a little key and you lock it and you're good to go and this is going to have a nice little walk-in closet as well so all good size bedrooms looks like 9t ceilings uh in this on in the second floor bedrooms which is nice because a lot of the homes are going to only have eight and this is going to be the next bathroom space right here so a nice wide bathroom with plenty of space really love the tile setup they have in here quartz countertops it looks like for the bathroom countertops and then the looks like the biggest bedroom is going to be right here this is uh you know could be a primary bedroom so uh a really cool setup right here much longer bedrooms than the other ones you saw only one window though but a really cool setup and then you've got your walk-in closet as well so you're probably wondering what's a place like this going to cost me well this particular home right here as of the making this video is going to start around the $645,000 mark so of course that's going to change all the time and then you can add and subtract upgrades and things like that move some stuff around but if you're wanting to get on a lower price point we're going to show you a smaller home here in just a little bit on one story these uh homes are going to start in the 400,000 in Prosper I so incredible value large massive Homes at an affordable price so this location that we're at currently is called Edgewood so this is one of the brand new communities out here in salinaa Texas Prosper ISD so as far as amenities go there's not going to be a ton of amenities we're going to have walking trails hiking trails and that kind of thing but you're not going to have all the crazy stuff like wi song does but your HOA is going to be about 8850 a year with a tax rate around 2 and a half which is about the aage of what you're going to see but the great thing is once again is the price point of this location is better than a lot of those other places that we've shown you here in the past you're going to have so much more for your money you're going to have quick access to downtown Salina as well as everything that prosper and Frisco have to offer you're going to be about 15 minutes from the fields where the PGA headquarters is and all the entertainment districts so let's talk about a location that's got so much to offer now let's go ahead and check out this amazing one story floor plan that I know you're going to love now we're checking out the Inwood floor plan one of my favorite one-story floor PL I want to point out just real quick how long your entryway is into this house you've got nice ton of coverage right here so people are coming over at storming or anything like that you don't have to worry about all that hitting your front patio so really cool setup but I love this house for entertaining you're going to see what I mean here in a sec tons of tall ceilings and you can see throughout nice and wide open very modern feel so in the front of the house this is going to be your first bedroom that they've used into an office so this is a four bed three bath just under 2200 square ft so huge windows with like the bay cut out right there which is really nice elevated kind of like a vault here as far as the ceiling goes but a nice layout and check out this closet space right here so huge echoey closet so you could put you know more racks right here or all your um you know if it was used as a bedroom you put a lot of furniture in there and storage and have no issues whatsoever and then this is going to be your first bathroom so we got a nice bathroom space tough shower combo right here towards the front of the house so basically an on Suite but not quite an on Suite cuz it's you know the guests can use it as well so we're going to walk into the main living space and get back to the other bedrooms here in just a little bit but check out this entertainment space right here so this opens up it looks like you have 12T ceilings in here here so nice and wide open even though it's not a huge house it definitely feels big when you walk in here we've got cabinets all throughout and when I was talking about the windows in the last video First Texas always figures out a way to put some natural light into your kitchen space like you're not going to see that very many places so quartz countertops you got your burner right here if you want to do a five burner do something a little bigger uh bigger ven hood and things like that it's going to be an option for you if you decide to build from the ground up but we've got tons of cabinet space really nice size Island right here we've got room for four to five seats right here as well if you wanted to do a double oven that's going to be no problem also so right here uh in the center is going to be your informal dining space you could easily put a 10 to 12ft table here no problem whatsoever so plenty of room for seating in this 2200t house and this is going to open up into your main living area so your main living area you've got this awesome glass slider right here huge covered patio space but basically just takes up the whole wall as well as the nice little modern windows up there as well bringing in tons of natural light and then you got your nice wide modern fireplace like we saw in the other spot uh just not as tall right here but really cool setup uh entertainers pattered ice right here if you didn't have a huge family or even if you do it's got four bedrooms um it's a really really cool layout I think and with the ele the elevated ceiling just really make it feel nice and wide open way bigger than it actually is so over here is going to be your master bedroom as well as your laundry space you've got your nice laundry set up with cabinets I love how they put cabinets because a lot of places don't put anything they just put you that little you know little hanger rack right there instead of having cabinets and then your master Retreat right here so we've got a king-size bed oversized Furniture Windows all throughout this back wall bringing in tons of natural light once again you got your nice little privacy fence out back looking into your backyard which is really cool and plenty of space for seating as well and then tucked into the corner through these really cool little double doors right here is going to be your bathroom space so your bathroom space you've got uh your Standalone tub like you saw in the other house you've got uh two vanities separated very nicely this is a nice wide uh bathroom and then your frameless glass shower which is always uh a really really nice little touch there and then let's go to your we're trying to trying to hide the camera guy on the screen that's okay if you see Kyle he's a good looking dude uh your toilet right over here and then look at this Closet in this tiny house is I guess 2200t house or under 2200t house huge closet space and they even put the hanging rack up at the Top If you wonder how you use that you got a little little hook thing that you have and put all your coats and jackets cuz you don't need that very often out here in Texas but you will need it so you put it right up there and you don't have to worry about taking up space in this nice size closet so we didn't show you some of the stuff in the front of the house but I wanted you to get to the meat and the potatoes the cool stuff uh and take you through here one more time and get a good look at this entertainment space one more look at this amazing kitchen right here it's huge for this size house you've got cabinets everywhere if you need more oh we forgot about the pantry let's see what the pant oh look at that huge Pantry in here way bigger than your little corner pantry you usually get so that was a surprise right there and then we're back in the front of the house you can kind of get a good look at the huge door that you get with the window up top and a nice little recess ceiling so this is going to be where you're coming in from the garage space you're going to have uh places to store things all over they've even got a little cabinet set up right here I don't know why but it's cool it's got you know a place for hang your keys or put everything you know just hide stuff uh from view now you're going to have two additional bedrooms and a bathroom over here so same bathroom setup that you saw um on the other side of the house but a really nice size setup right here and then two really good size bedrooms these bedrooms are not super wide but they're nice and long they're going to have the double door closets right here it looks like at least 10ft ceilings in here so once again the ceiling height makes a huge difference in a home like this it makes it feel so much bigger and then a very similar setup this one not as long so a little bit smaller of a bedroom but you're not going to have one you've got two closets in this bedroom so let's check this out so we've got one closet over here and then another closet right here so a really cool setup I don't know if I've ever seen two closets in a secondary bedroom but a really cool setup so if you're wondering about price we kind of talked about it in the other one but if you're wanting to build one of these one storage or this one in particular going to be in the 400,000 this one's around 440 so Prosper ISD the best school district and a great and growing area this is salex it's going to be bigger than Frisco so you talk about putting your money in a place that's going to appreciate and value and get you into that next home this just might be it so you got to see two really cool houses by First Texas homes and see a little bit of what they have to offer out here tonight like I said these are semic Custom Homes so if you decide to build from the ground up you're going to be able to do some modific that you couldn't in other places but also realize that if you look at one of their spec homes they have many available right now you're going to be able to get a much better deal on the house and actually negotiate the price and get some extra incentives as well to buy down that interest rate so we are out of here once again in Salina Texas one of the fastest growing areas in all of North Dallas with so much to offer like I said this place is going to be bigger than Frisco so if you come out here right now you're going to have a little bit of a culture stock as far as you can just see ranches everywhere cows and then some really cool neighborhoods but it's not going to be like that for long so I hope you enjoyed today's tour if you're looking at other communities in and
