WATERFRONT LUXURY Beyond Imagination in Southern Florida (ULTRA-SMART HOME!!!)

[Music] [Music] what's up everybody around the world and our new friends watching on Amazon here we are in Pokhara tone Florida just a quick flight from California and we are at a listing that is going to blow your mind not only is it on the waterfront but it has everything that you need inside from the indoor/outdoor flow to a movie theater and wait until you see the backyard and all of the activities that paint a scene for you every single morning and every single night now as you guys know in just a bit we're gonna jump into the show helicopter and take an amazing flight around Florida but first let's go take a look inside how's it going of course this is Mary whittler from the Mary whittler luxury collection first we have olive here from the olive Belcher team we'll meet another part of the team in the show helicopter but first talk a little bit about this amazing property it is over 10,000 square feet under air it's over 200 feet of waterfront it's brand-new construction and Mary is the designer and the developer one of the things I love is the fact that first of all you've got perfect weather here all the time you couldn't ask for a more perfect day we've got beaches we've got surfing we've got you know all the water sports it's a lifestyle and I want to say welcome to South Florida what separates this with some of the other properties that you've done well this home is a luxury waterfront property which is the only thing that I do you not only get direct intercostal waterway but you also get a canal at the side where you can keep your large yacht and you can wake up in the morning and see the sunrise and then watch the people paddleboard by even with their little dog and lifejacket on a paddleboard it's just awesome so I'm excited to get inside and take a tour of the property Mary are you ready sure all right you don't really even need pictures in the home when you have something like that framing the lifestyle of Florida it's a go about this space and everything that's really going on in here well this space is what I call the grand salon and one of the reasons I call it that it's because if you sit down and you look outside the infinity-edge pool blends right into the intercostal waterway even if you leave doors open as you see them and put down the screen you can keep this whole entertainment area open you can turn on the fireplace and have a little bit of ambience that way this home is a smart home it also has a Lutron system you can actually change all of the lights to dictate whatever you want for your mood you can control that you can see spas the pool and it's really nice to be able to have that much control ahead of time in Boca Raton club rooms are a very popular place we've got two built-ins with 275 inch TVs the serpentine sofa gives you that kind of a wave feel yes all of those things play together and maybe you don't see it but somewhere in the back of your mind it registers but the interesting thing is is you can sit down and you can swivel around and you can look at the intercoastal or into the pool or Jacuzzi or you can swivel around and converse with the people there on the sofa I always try to give my homeowner a lovely kitchen we have two refrigerators a beautiful thermador range and another oven and warming drawers if you're entertaining you're not just going to be in your kitchen but you've got this Butler pantry area that opens into the wine area [Music] this countertop is called waterfall edge and then you've got your breakfast room where you can see at least six and then the two-story dining room which is probably one of my most favorite rooms because I do like to entertain I have a large family and friends and I like to have a beautiful space where they can come and sit down and feel like they're having something really special this house happens to have a main floor master bedroom and in the house of this size that's wonderful when you wake up and you push those shades they open and you see the sunrise you're gonna wake up every morning and you're not going to know if you've actually woken up when you have a view like this your neighbor has a hundred plus foot yacht just to your left there and of course you have multiple ways to exit the master retreat and sneak out to the spa at night or sit under the stove and along with an amazing master retreat comes an amazing spa-like bathroom we have a two vanities we have a beautiful soaking tub a shower that can accommodate two people all covered in marble and you still can get the view from your shower of course we did polished nickel with svorski crystal hardware we have two stool rooms of course you open up hers and she has a wallet that greets you behind the vanity we have a mirror like they do in boutique hotels where you can actually see a TV through the mirror as you're lounging in your tub and this particular closet has a lot of hanging space and folding space with this marble covered island this is the elevator and inside we have a mirror so you won't get claustrophobic you can walk in and you can see the intercostal waterway from the Ella [Music] Wow and this is a large space how many cars can you fit in here you are capable of adding two more car lifts where you could bring in seven specialty cars and have a seven car garage this garage also has a 24 by 48 inch high tensile strength porcelain tile it has the red Ferrari colored cabinetry with a built-in TV a two-ton mini split air conditioner which makes it very comfortable in here we also have hurricane impact rated garage doors well thank you for this amazing tour there is still more home to see so I'll catch up with you out by the infinity pool but for now I'll go meet all of upstairs hello hey let's see you again what do we have up here first of all we've got five bedrooms up here all ensuite with their own bathrooms and then we've got the state of the art media room that is fantastic and then also one of the things I want to point out as you go through walk through the hallways is you've got the Platinum 24 by 24 inch marble that was continued up here from downstairs all the bedrooms are like masters they also all have balconies and custom bathrooms with all custom cabinets the way this house was designed with the 200 feet of waterfront almost every room here has panoramic water views so it's very tranquil and very relaxing this is gorgeous out here you've got 76 feet of side dockage that you could put a boat here and then you've got 126 the front this happens to be one of the VIP suites and it's incredibly large of course it also has king-size bed it also has a balcony and panoramic views from here and also want to point out they're all black out shades in every bedroom and because this house is coming so completely furnished you don't have to do anything except turn the key and move in it's great let's walk out to the balcony and I'll show you out here come out maybe have your a drink in the evening they have some wine and just kind of relax before you go to bed doesn't get any better than this I've been here over 45 years and I've never live anywhere else oh I think I'm moving here sorry California we still have more home to see are you ready to head back inside yes I'm ready to head back inside when this media room was built they didn't forget anything you've got five leather remote control lighted seating and then also you've got a sectional sofa you've got a 82 inch TVs I'm gonna let you take it away this looks so comfortable oh my god of the screen but then they also included a hundred and ten inch drop-down screen if somebody really prefers a larger screen and then outside here we've got at a great bar that services this media room and also services the bedrooms and as we have this way another VIP suite yes and this one is bedroom number six wow that's pretty awesome I'm sure this is a master retreat no but it it's like another master too I mean each room is like a master and this one happens to have 182 degree views because of the way it's designed similar to the other VIP I keep looking over at the bed and I just imagine waking up here and looking down the waterway there you think you've seen it all we have still more to come I'm gonna go meet up with Mary out on the water I'll let you go grab Brittany your partner in real estate and then we'll all come back together in the backyard sounds great looking for this is our outdoor living space you've got a wonderful barbecue area summer kitchen and you have a nice little island where you can sit and have a drink and watch the intercostal waterway we have a remote control screen encloses this entire patio and you can still have the view through the screen and as we walk this way and experience some of this area here dive into a little bit of the water frontage that you have here in the potential for the different yachts you can park here well we've got a hundred 26 feet of water frontage right here and we have 76 feet on the side canal and so you can fit a very large yacht on the side of the house up to 75 feet probably or you can put some dolphin pilings out here and put 100 foot plus yacht back here behind this house from the kitchen to the master retreat and spa-like bath to the theater room to the office and really everything this home has it all now I say we go meet up with Brittany and olive we toast to what you've done here and then the helicopters coming in a bit and thank you ty for all your hard work absolutely show is obsessive let's get it so let's get it sold and off to
