US Fish and Wildlife says they've been tracking the same order for nearly one year after reports of an attack last Septe. They say the aggressive behavior may be associated with hormonal surges or being fed by humans. Right now they're working to capture the Otter and rehome her because of safety risks. Yeah, see, otters are quite big, quite large. I've I've seen a few of them in California.
