[Music] and that's all i can play but you get the joke you know i don't think it takes a genius to recognize what kind of person warframe was designed to attract i'm talking the edgiest of edgelords like the ones that grow up on 2008 naruto amvs or undertale au's it's a game about cybernetic space ninjas with mommy issues and this guy so if you think for even a second you can look into my lifeless hopeless eyes and tell me trip i'm not even slightly edgy well then you're sus your sus and your sussy is on display for all to see like at this point i think it's illegal to play ash without some variant of black and red last time i tried not doing so i woke up to this as a sleep paralysis demon the point i'm trying to make here is warframe is already a pretty edgy game and then someone looked at it and said hey what he's a phantom cue severkoth look at the names of his powers yeah anyway i'm gonna be rocking the edgelord special for the rest of this video so i sure do hope you don't mind latex this spooky booky aesthetic frame comes with a pretty interesting gimmick zatto can i mean sevigoth can shift control between his human form and a shadow form both with their own set of abilities and while a few of you might be like bro keep in mind that first off this isn't a transformation it's a separate entity and second his shadow form is also separately moddable and comes with its own arcane slots in essence you're playing two different frames with separate modding potential this all factors into him having a total of three different modes of states stevengoth himself sivagoth shadow and the shadow's claws so i hope you like forma this gimmick of having two separately controlled moddable entities opens up a number of interesting things that he can do that other frames can't for example stefan goth is able to abuse how certain arcanes work such as energize by being able to proc it first on himself to get a boost of energy then the procking it on his shadow form and using the radial buff to apply it back to sevicon granting him two bursts of energize but uh it doesn't end there like if you wanted to you could run power donation on the shadow and whenever it's out your entire team gets a 30 power strength bonus without handicapping your civic off as the negative will only apply to the shadow form not cevicoth himself so if you like the idea of having the ability to swap between a regular form and a yowie hands form having a number of abusable tactics that come with those forms and do not mind the resource costs to get him to his max potential ceviche just might tickle your [ __ ] gameplay-wise he's a jack-of-all-trades frame because we certainly don't have enough of those but with a distinct difference unlike with many other joked frames who could run a universal everything build with sevigoth you do have to put in some thought in how you want to build him if you want to use him for a certain playstyle for example he has really good trash nuke potential with aoe damage that he can put out in his normal form but he has to specifically build for range and strength to achieve this and if you skip on it even a tiny bit it no longer becomes viable if you want to build him for a cc build you really need to specifically focus on that so yeah we're out here with alternative play styles for once besides that he also has extremely high but linear damage in shadow form a self and team heal that doubles as a crowd control and heavy survivability on top of all that but thanks to being able to just jump ship to a completely separate health and shield pool cevicoth is really [ __ ] good and benefiting his ghostly nature here is a bit of a fun fact all of his powers even the ones in his shadow form have no line of sight requirements yeah in 2021 an era in which de decided that the only more oppressive thing to warframes besides sentience are walls and interesting quirk that surely won't come back to lead to some absurd broken playstyles i'm lying to your face [ __ ] isn't bound now before we even get into the powers themselves we need to talk about a particularly hilarious power creep that has been introduced to us by the canadians specifically i'm talking about his passive quote on death become savage shadow and fight to resurrect him by collecting the souls needed to rebuild his tombstone now for the sake of reducing confusion i'm going to be referring to steviegoth's shadow specifically when he's in his down state as i don't know fuckboy i guess anyway this passive is the tits it's shocking how good this thing is and you know there are a few other frames that can also ignore death as well nidus can revive at the expense of some of his stacks wukong can as well but only three times per mission now what is sevigot's resource to revive well unless you count the enemies that fuckboy subtracts from the screen on his way back to the land of the living then absolutely [ __ ] and all hell there doesn't even seem to be a limit on how many times he can do this now let me clarify i think that the passive is really good but it's not broken good mainly because nidus and wukong don't need to interact with or rely on enemies that are on the field to revive themselves as long as they got their resource they just kinda auto control z their death whereas sevegoth has to put in manual work every time he wants to revive okay so if it's not broken then what's the [ __ ] power creep i'm talking about well uh there's one frame that i left out of the revival trio who should be here can you guess who it is anaris passive is meme levels of garbage functionality wise it's very very similar to cevicos both of these frames revive themselves by dealing damage and killing enemies in a dead state but there's two significant differences one the [ __ ] boy can actually move and locate enemies during his time as corpse unlike inaros and two one of these frames gets benefit from mods while the other gets jack diddly can you guess which one's which now let's talk scaling okay so get this not only does fuckboy still retain all of your mods in this state but this attack he's using uses zero energy and it inflicts damage that bypasses both armor resistances and shields and deals damage equal to one hundred percent of the targets max hp now i'm no mathematity but i think that translates to oh they [ __ ] did alright so what does the naros get does suck it is literally impossible to revive with the narrows once enemy levels go beyond a certain threshold why because while a narcissus suck also deals damage that ignores armor it doesn't scale off of anything you see these 75s that i'm doing yeah good luck doing more than this [ __ ] because unless you're running provoked you will not be boosting this number anyway i could go on about hounaris feels like he was designed by asian egyptians at this point but this is a 7 [ __ ] video it's not about this spinny spinny beta [ __ ] so onto his first power it seems like dee and i have different ideas on how to describe his first power reap its description reads synagogue's shadow flies outward ravaging enemies in his path but my description is hey check out how hard i can piss rape does quite a bit for sevigon the shadow spawns on top of him when he presses the button and the shadow has an 8 meter radial bubble around it anything that comes into contact with the spectre takes damage in the form of ghost cancer it also fills up the death well meter for his 4 gives enemies a damage vulnerability debuff aptly named death's harvest because of course it [ __ ] is and acts as a sort of one-two punch power with the other half of that formula coming from his second power you can also move the ghost around manually or it will try its best to pathfind around small obstacles and to give de credit it doesn't do a terrible job at it i mean at least it tries but again i don't really interact with the whole controllable ghost aspect of this power because it's so much more effective to just well okay so i should stop beating around the bush in my opinion the best way to use this power is to just violently match the one button like i matched your mom specifically when you build him for it and in conjunction with this too because of its effect rape has a very very low recovery allowing for a hefty amount of casting this all forms together into one of sevigoth's few substantial weaknesses the man's eats through energy like a singular pizza roll now i don't know how to transition to the next power so so symagoth puts his seed in nearby enemies they're phrasing not mine that deals true damage over time as well as contributing to the death well meter the fact that it deals true damage is excellent but the damage ticks do seem to have fall off so if enemies are closer to you on cast they take more tick damage than those that are farther away also i like to consider myself somewhat of a scientist so i'd like to share with you a small fact about this the falloff does the scale in relation to your range so if for some reason you decide to run a really really small dick civic off do expect even this to have fall off and not that it matters that much might you because most of so's damage comes when you build it alongside of his one if you cast rape on an enemy affected by so because theming that rape causes that enemy to explode dealing 25 percent of its current hp to nearby enemies but now i need to clear up some confusion here because de did a really [ __ ] job explaining how this works and even forgot to mention something pretty important the explosion you know the 25 hp one yeah let's play a game which one of these numbers is the explosion i'll give you some time to think all right time's up if you answered either of these then you're wrong the hp scaling explosion doesn't actually affect the enemy that causes it this second number you're seeing here is an unlisted effect as far as i can tell hell not even the wiki mentions it what it is is a double reap damage tick and this second tick only occurs when so is active on the target so you see how these numbers are the same right yeah if one of them were the hp scaling explosion one of these numbers should be different now here you could see a third number and this is the explosion damage both of these enemies are exploding and giving it to each other you see but again this explosion doesn't hurt the target that it triggers on so got all that to recap rape only does one tick normally but does an undocumented second tick if so is on an enemy the target also explodes but that explosion isn't this extra number set explosion doesn't hurt the target itself only other targets nearby okay okay canadians so all together you have reaps initial damage reaps double proc from so sows ticks reaps a deep off increasing the next reap and sews ticks and the radial explosions are just the sprinkles on this tasty [ __ ] cake this all leads to a very very powerful nuke potential and remember someone got's abilities have no line of sight requirements because he's a phantom but like i said before it's a pretty energy-hungry build but regardless this is how i personally play him now moving on to gloom gloom is a toggleable player-centered aoe that gradually expands out over time slowing enemies and grinding sevengoth lifesteal when damaging them and this applies to both weapons and abilities by the by and if i haven't made this clear already no line of sight checks here if they're in the radius they take gloom's effects gloom acts as sevigal's soul cc option in his normal form as well as a self-sustained tool energy drain is determined by how many enemies are in the field ranging from hey that's nice too and interestingly enough enemies don't have to be in the field in order for civic off to get life back so if you happen to be one of those degenerates that run him with negative range then well there you go free heals with low energy costs unfortunately dee were a bunch of cowards but a cap on how much enemies could be slowed when using bloom no doubt because they want to encourage us to stack ice with it but come on dee you crust the old [ __ ] boomer we all run heat and viral these days not hard water also you passively build death well while enemies are in the field but realistically this isn't a good way to build it even with 20 enemies in the field it's still a slog to fill this damn thing so just stick to you know now while sevigoth can life steal at any time allies have to be within the field's radius and foot fact you can heal in your shadow form using gloom because gloom stays active even when you transfer out of sevigov then you can just sit in the radius and damage enemies to heal and your empty synagogue shell gets to act as a small cc field as well it's a neat little dynamic grinding purpose to both sivigoth and his shadow at the same time and i don't know for sure but i believe this also applies to any other powers that are channels including helmuth powers so do with that what you will speaking of which it's a time we talked about this giant floating naruto running idiot his last ability is his shadow form tapping 4 will put you into it as long as you have at least 75 percent of the death gauge filled this puts sevigoth into an immobile invincible state and allows him to retain whatever powers he had acted previously as we mentioned before the well will then drain one percent per second to maintain this big floating overcoat also a few things to note firstly the well will not be refilled whilst you're controlling the shadow even if something like gloom for example is active on the field second and way more importantly if you return to sevigoff at any point the shadow does not get to keep its energy pool for some [ __ ] reason it completely resets down to the default upon your next transfer into the shadow now sounds suckface right like oh [ __ ] that's annoying can't really hot swap between the two forums and know what was me right here yeah no put preparation on yeah remember this meme of a mod turns out anytime you transfer into shadow form it counts as a fresh spawn for the shadow every time so if you max this mod out you get a full energy tank for shadow form every time you enter it so equip preparation until both d's balance intense and that energy bar to go [ __ ] themselves anyway in this form you're restricted to just a melee weapon but not to worry because this isn't like the trash that is valkyr see valkyr has claws this guy got claws and also he comes with powers that really help him in this melee only state unlike the cats who in order to do anything with hers has to glue herself to enemies by glomping them this form has a separate modding pool as well as separate arcades from sevigoth himself so you can heavily specialize your yahweh now for the sake of the video length i'm going to be rapid firing through these abilities because they're not as complex as 7goths its first power is called embrace you know that thing that we all forgot existed ever since the c-word hit so the best way i could describe this power is imagine a pocket larva it's just as good as you think it's stupid cheap has a really large base range and remember zephikov thinks that walls are just a suggestion it's also great in that it seems to spawn an invisible collider at the cast point and this prevents enemies from flying past you it gathers them really [ __ ] well then you can decide what you want to do with this giant ball of meat consume is also a cheap power and in my opinion is just a worse revenant reef at least when sevigoth isn't dead anyways they serve similar purposes mobility and lifesteal and there's really not a whole lot more to it other than the fact that it becomes a [ __ ] insta-kill power when you're down but honestly that's about it death's harvest is essentially the shadow's version of reap but without the damage tick that reap offers and before you get any funny ideas no i checked it doesn't stack its debuff with reap they seem to both be classified as the same debuff but there is still potential for shenanigans here such as running a pure straight ghost popping death's harvest and then going back into several god to take advantage of the massive debuff other than that though it's just not as good as reap in my opinion and lastly reunite is extremely simple it teleports sevegal to the shadow and returns control to the former sevigov also gets a heal that increases depending on how much deathwell gauge was drained prior to the reunite and that's about it not much else to it as i said there's a variety of ways to build casper here and this jellyfish looking out stand he's got you could play him like me focusing on his normal form and doing a strength range build for reap and so or you could run him as a support for his shadow form the creativity only expands with helmuth you can run in power on sev before casting the shadow and this will buff the shadow's claws the same applies to energy conversion so theoretically you could build yourself a goth like this if you really wanted the shadow to just completely overkill everything or you could do something like elemental ward with its augments then transfer over to the shadow and reap the benefits and when she comes out i'm curious if you can put yardley's aqua blades on sevicoth and just shadowpole enemies into it many a possibility here so in closing summer goth is a pretty damn big breath of fresh air like i said many frames tend to just follow a pretty linear build style and what gimmick builds you can do tend to not hold a candle to what is considered the go-to but sevagoth isn't like that sure this is stupid stupid powerful but so is this so whether you focus more on sevika the shadow or both and how you abuse system mechanics like helmuth and arcanes is up to you this freedom of effective build expression is often lacking and i'm happy to see sevegoth breaking the mold on that front and i'm not sure how to end this so i'm gonna go play guilty or strive
