[WARFRAME DISCUSSION] No More Mirror Defense Missions? Tyana Pass vs Munio | Whispers In The Wall

[Music] what up dudes it's Gaz and welcome back to the warframe video so more of a chill video today talk about the newest Mir defense node on the sanica munio and how it's actually in my opinion much better than the previous Mir defense node but also worse in some ways we'll be going over why I like this Mission and why you should maybe farm this Mission at some some point or maybe not Farm it uh and also we're just be going over various thoughts I have about Mir defense because Dex said they're not going to make any more Mir defense nodes after this one and I think that's kind of a shame after how I think I just really like this one honestly so let's just get into it but before we do make you sub this Chanel we daily warframe video uploads I'll be live on stream after this video goes up uh probably not far any M defense after I explain what's so good about it uh but we'll do doing a ton of some a farming you know opening relics maybe a bunch of Arcane Farms too it's pretty standard stuff around here yeah come on stop by if you want to all right so let's get into it munio on the sanum atomica so the newest tile set basically the new tile set we got on Doos uh why is this one good well I'm going to give you a couple reasons why one of them is going to be this node right here is the only place in the game that the toome mods drop the grimoire toone mods like the one like you hit enemy with the alt fire it gives you increased duration or whatever those mods drop here on rotation C they were a low drop rate you're don't even expect to get them honestly but the main thing here uh that is you know reliable is this is probably the best Stella Farm in the game and it's not like Stella is very hard to get I've had some people complain about it's hard to get but yeah this resource Stella this is used to fuse archon shards together and the way this mirr defense works unlike the Mir defense on tyana pass which we'll talk about in a little bit later uh this mirr defense if you pick up these glyphs these like Lo surge glyphs or what they're called you get Stella and and unlike the other planet Ty a p on that one you get like Arcane gems whatever they're called so picking up the gems on this one is a lot less incentivized because you're only getting a resource out of it technically yeah you're making the objective more defended once you pick up enough of these gems as well but yeah the main thing here is that you just get extra Stella I you get like five Stella pick up 50 gems not that big of a deal it makes just playing the mission a lot more chill because the problem with Tiana pass and the reason I don't play it even though it is actually quite profitable Platinum wise because those arcanes are pretty good uh is that if to me on Tiana pass I feel like if I'm not playing Titania or we don't have like one to two titanos in our Squad we are wasting our time because that that mission is extremely dependent on picking up those gems to get more for your like more value for your tie you're going to be getting those gems to get more of the Ria Crystal I think they're called that lets you uh you know get secondary encumber let you get Arcane steadfast here there is no Arcane like there is no Arcane tradein system because unlike uh catrine's Last Wish the entire update was not focused on mere defense this time so yeah since this is an afterthought it doesn't have the best loot besides you know it's the only place the to mods come from but the to mods are actually I have I have a method I'd recommend you get the to mods instead now keep in mind people do buy these toone mods for platinum I probably sold I think I sold like a one of the to mods like 50 plat or like 70 plat before but here's the thing guys I would not recommend farming the to mods because they're actually pretty easy to get uh from the market so here we are in game just search to mod there's 140 plat bundle with all these so each of these is a rotation C reward is not a guaranteed drop either so I think one of these so like fos Canticle I got two of these I got one of them from the Mir defense I think another yeah a jahu canacol as well and you know so you can get them to drop from this Mission I got three V invocations and two zata invocation so yeah they do drop here but the thing is you could buy the entire bundle for 140 plat and that's that's going to save you a lot of time I mean so the way that this Mir defense works and I guess Mir defense in general works this way is that you're not it's not like a normal defense where it's like okay just kill the enemies and the next wave will start no unlike those there's just a timer you wait down so it's like I think like 2 minutes per wave so in that way it's very chill and like because you're not have to worry about the gems either unless you need extra Stella that's a good Stella farm for that matter um yeah it's a lot more chill just hang out just wait for the timer to go down the enemies actually here's the one of the reason this is good too the enemies spawn relatively close now when this first came out the spawn spots were like actually glitched and it was only spawning enemies in like four of the spawn spots there's like there's like 12 spawn spots or something like that so yeah on the first couple days this is a very good Farm because the enemies would spawn directly into your AOE now that they fixed that the enemies spawn at least a little bit out of your AOE but yeah now you can just you know wait a couple extra seconds then whip claw them and they're good to go now some other things are annoying if you're playing a frame like Kora for this uh whipclaw does not work on the severed Warden the guys that have like the three floating arms they they just can't be whip clawed I've had some situations where they get whip clawed a little bit like if there's an enemy in the strangle D or whatever but yeah you cannot normally whipclaw them so that's an annoying thing bring a weapon to take care of that I'd recommend like an arip plas more or a hard-hitting Inc carnon gun but yeah guys this is going to be a decent endoarm it's going to be a very good Stella Farm it will be the only to mod Farm it can drop some other stuff too like you can get um you know the rare mod if you're trying to farm energy Nexus there's a lot of enemies that spawn here uh and if as long as you're constantly killing the map like we've done some Farms on this with hydroid Kora and necros and even also sarin you do like Melee influence sarin to be honest uh and just kill everything constantly there's there's a lot of enemies spawning here they're the new murmur enemies so they have dropped new mods and new resources uh but yeah it's just a pretty nice uh tile and I think the reason that it's so good is because it's just you're not you're not forced to pick up the gems the gems are an afterthought here as you can see right there you can still get a 5,000 credit cash I got two relics in three ways and then the fourth way I think got the Mandel part like Mandel Parts can drop here too um yeah so so it's it's a defense mission that does not require you to kill every enemy like hunt on every little enemy I think that's pretty nice maybe they should do that for other defense missions now there's times where you know having a a uh kill based defense wave is nice there's also times where having a uh a like you know duration based wave is nice this is duration base so you can see a little bit of of you know both uh there's plenty of people that think that defense Miss should be switched down to three waves you know standard defense missions and that because that's how it is on Dei and it feels a lot better on De actually I look forward to defense missions on deir in the normal star chart I dread defense missions so that could be something that de could be considering I mean I it would make everything in the game go a lot faster like loot wise but it would just be so much better because defense missions just aren't very good this is a mere defense so it's slightly different uh it has a a couple little unique things I think make it fun uh mainly being like the small tile set room so as you can see I have strangle Doms covering this entire middle area now the enemies do spawn down the hallway but once they run down that hallway they're pretty much in the strangle D already so it's pretty decent for uh getting murmur kills it's pretty decent for getting uh rare mods these enemies drop these rare mods that nobody ever wants to buy because they drop so readily like uh accelerated isotope I used it on my uh latum build yesterday yeah it's a good mod it just you know it it it seemed like it would be rare but it drops like I probably like three or four of them this Mission so yeah now as far as comparing this to tyana pass and uh well de did say de said in a uh I think Rebecca said they're not making any more mere defense missions this is probably the last one so you know enjoy this while you or enjoy this one I guess cuz it's the last you're going to get um but which one is actually better tyana pass or this I think that unfortunately tyana pass might be a little bit better just because at the end of the day tyana pass got an entire update based around it where it's like okay catrine's last wish had Catrine the frame it had this new Mission Ty pass and everything else was just basically around tyana pass so like you know you had your own arcanes you got Arcane steadfast I mentioned it earlier so I think that was there's just no way you can compete with that cuz the entire update was based on it but for this it's like we had had Alchemy mode we had uh a new survival node we had a new exterminate node like all this stuff a new assassination node to and of course the new tile set itself uh this was just one little Mission a lot of people may not realize this is even there but yeah it is on it is on the new St atomica on the uh it's called Mor Moria or something and yeah munio munio and uh I think it's actually pretty good like I said earlier it was better the first couple days um but yeah you just go steel path you get a decent amount of endo decent amount of Stella resources etc etc if you get lucky you'll get a toone mod that people definitely overpay for um and I I have I should probably go sell those extra ones I have huh so if you've been wondering where the toe mods come from they come from munio uh on the S if you've been wondering how to farm some Stella this is a great way to do it you can get like you know multiple hundred Stella in like like four waves and I'd recommend going to like four waves or eight waves on this because rotation C is every four waves and that's where your to mod your Mandel Parts etc etc drop so hope you guys found this video fun it's just a little discussion video about Mir defense and why I like this new Mir defense note a lot more than the old one um I still think that the best better platform is the other one because of those arcanes but hey this is this is respectable as well so I'll see you guys next time um definitely don't go out farming
