President Biden has given Ukraine permission to carry out limited strikes inside Russian territory using us weapons. Two us officials say the use of the American munitions has been restricted to targets just over the border. The loosening of the restrictions marks a break from long standing policy but the Biden administration is still not allowing Ukraine to use long range strikes inside Russia.
