These will definitely help me grow my nails! Auch! Achoo! So you want to have nice nails? Show me what we're working with... Eww, are you biting your nails? M-m... Well do you want to have long beautiful nails like people on TV? Yes! Perfect they are just about 200 dollars at
the nail salon Oh... Or, I can show you how to grow your nails
fast at home! Really? For only a 100 dollars. Oh! Just kidding, it's free. Yes! Hey guys! I'm Sara and I get quite a lot of compliments
about my nails. From friends and family, you guys here and
even random strangers so... Thank you! But fun fact - I am extremely low maintenance
with my nails. I feel like I try to put effort in all the
other things like my skin and she's like... You wish! I try to work out to get a nice body. Hahaha, nice try. Make crazy hair mask for voluminous hair. But
my hair is still just like MEH. And during all this struggle, my nails are
just out here abandoned and thriving. Anyways, I am confused! I've never gotten my nails professionally
done in my life! I know, this girl has never been to the nail
salon! I literally spend 15 minutes every 2 weeks
on these bad boys and somehow they love it! OK that's enough! But why is that? Well I have a few hacks and tricks that I
use regularly and I'm pretty sure these are the reasons behind my happy nails so come
along as I share them with you! Let's go! Rule number 1. Stop biting your nails! If you want them to grow you just have to
stop it. Shocking I know. How you are going to do it is your decision. One option is to have them constantly painted. When you spent time painting your nails you will
want to keep them this way plus the polish doesn't taste good. Seriously don't try it! It's horrible ew! But I can't stop biting my nails! Of course you can. try to meditate. Or wear gloves all the time. Don't do it, m-m. No! Ugh... Then tie your hands, you're so difficult! Oh come on just give me one bite! Your hacks are stupid they don't work. Ok if nothing works, then do this. See this is poop... Try biting them now! Was that too much? Oops! Rule number 2. Forget about press on nails! I mean first they are very impractical. And
they are also dangerous! I only applied stick on nails once. It was a few months ago. What you think these look strange? I mean the end result was this. You don't wear nails like this? Weird! Anyway after wearing these nails for literally
a few hours it was such a pain to remove them and the whole top layer of my nails started
peeling of. It was not fun, just don't do it. So throw that thing away. Stick on nails are only useful to mix them
in slime nothing else. What? Rule number 3. If your nails are breaking and splitting then
the best thing is to paint them regularly. When my nails are painted they never break. But if I leave them natural they start breaking
and splitting! You want war you got it! No more breaking for you! You can even apply top coat which will create
a very thick protective layer. So nail polish is your best friend! Rule number 4. Do not use your nails as tools! Ouch! Aah... Oh no I said don't do it! You have to be a bit careful with your nails! You can have super healthy and strong nails
but if you are constantly using them as tools - they will break! And if they are constantly breaking – they
can't grow! Hey I got a scratch card! can you do it cause
you have nails? Nope! That's the spirit! Rule number 5. Use gloves! When doing dishes, cleaning, washing the car,
all that! Yes I know it's not always possible and I
don't do it all the time, but I try and 80% of the time I will put those gloves on! It's easy, it's cheap so no excuses! Rule number 6. Moisturize! Especially in the winter when skin is dry
you got to moisturize! Apply generous amounts of hand cream or nail
oils throughout the day. OK, that's enough. Thanks! And what I like to do sometimes is I take
some vaseline and apply a thick layer on and around my nails and go to sleep like that. In the morning you will wake up with the most
gorgeous nails. You need to try it out. I am so tired. Oh hello beautiful. I'm ready for the day! Rule number 7. If you're doing all of that and your nails
are still breaking, splitting, and they just won't grow. Then maybe the problem is inside you. Mhm. Are you eating healthy? Do you drink enough water? This all has a big impact! I've been making a yummy collagen smoothie
every day recently and my hair and nails are loving it! Put in a blender a bit of blueberries, soaked
chia seeds, collagen and coconut milk. Blend it and cheers! It tastes so good and it's also good for you! Cheers! See it's easy to be healthy! No it's not. This was so good and healthy for me! Who brought these here?! I'm not going to eat you. You have absolutely no power over me. You smell so good. Just one. I hate myself. So for pretty nails eat healthy! Yes, eat healthy! OK, leave me alone! So what is my nail care routine? I don't have any strict rules. When my nails are too long for my liking,
I take the clipper and I clip them. At this point they will be looking angular
and funny. So take a nail file. I am not particular with nail files, I just
use the one I have on hand. I file them in an oval shape because who has
time for anything else. It takes me just about 2 minutes. Not always but if I have time I will now apply
something moisturizing on my nails. But a lot of times I skip the step to be honest. Then take a cuticle stick and push the cuticle
down. I never cut it or trim it, I just push it
down gently. Time to paint the nails but before that we
have to apply a base coat. I do it every time because it helps with staining
and it's just another layer of protection. Lastly we have to chose a nail polish. Okay now how to apply a nail polish like a
professional nail artist I've no idea, but here's how I do it. Make sure to have not too much polish on the
brush otherwise this may happen. Not cute. I like to wipe the side I won't be using and
then the wipe the side I will be using and wile the polish is dripping dip the tip in
that product. Apply a thin layer of nail polish making 3
strokes. And if the color is not opaque enough go in
with another thin coat. Remember 2 or three thin layers are better
than one thick, messy layer. And that's it! That's my 15 minutes nail care routine that
I do about every 2 weeks. It's quick, simple and it just works! I love it because it takes me way less time
than going to the nail salon. Plus it saves you that hard earned money! And don't forget about the 7 rules to grow
your nails fast. What? You already forgot? OK, a quick recap. Stop biting your nails. Forget about press on nails. Paint your nails regularly. Don't use nails as tools. Use gloves. Moisturize frequently. Eat healthy. So hopefully this was helpful and a bit entertaining
as well! What videos should I film next? Leave comments below and I'll see you soon! Mwah, bye! These were such good ideas! Definitely trying tomorrow! Beautiful nails like... These are the reason behind my...
