Our vehicle, which is equipped with VW Golf7 Higline 1.4 TSI Highline, also has sensors on the front bumper, so we need to drill holes in the new bumper at the same locations as the original. a precision operation is very difficult to compensate if a hole is not drilled in the right position the first time... the slightest mistake is unacceptable to us. Holes are drilled after good calculations are made. First, we start with caliper painting and hood cleaning. Meanwhile, the original grille, front and rear bumpers are also removed for bodykit replacement. Pre-painting preparation, lining and iron powder residues are completely purified. The grille and interior trims of the R front bumper are collected. At this stage, headlight washing and parking sensors are also installed. Headlights and lenses cleaned. Xenon bulbs were replaced with Photon brand for better performance. R bumper lower moldings come in chrome. As you know, chrome is not for us, we immediately paint it in glossy black. Paint process of calipers is complete. Again, we do not use silicone in the assembly of the side skirts. They were mounted to their original places with Torx screws. Next up is the rear R bumper. We had the idea to cover the front and back logos, but when the background is black, it stays in the background. We decided to cover the floors in white. Golf 7 Gti Spoiler Again, we assemble it without using silicone. Ducktail Spoiler Te37SL wouldn't be possible if we didn't try these rims on this vehicle :) Let's come to the most enjoyable part... We will assemble the Forge brand Dump valve. First, we carefully remove the original parts. It is important that these parts do not take air from the outside, and that they do not leak air as they are a pressurized pipe... First, we assemble the sensors. It 's time to test... You see how the hose is inflated with pressure. If it is connected incorrectly, if the pipe comes out, the pressure will escape and the turbo will become dysfunctional. An open air filter is a must... Due to the structure of the engine, the location of the filter coincides with the engine. In a very hot area, the open filter to be installed here may reduce the performance of the vehicle. For this reason, we install a filter that can draw cold air directly together with the heat shield. Let's test it again... These parts of the bumper are very nice, but not very obvious. We decided to cover it in Black. Now it's time for detailed cleaning... Clay is now being applied to our vehicle, which was first cleaned with iron powder. The stops are very scratched... The paint of the vehicle is also very scratched...
