year 2020 21 aims at equipping and upskilling the participants on the elements and functionalities of the system to have a common understanding of both new and old data elements definitions and concepts and then this is the best part to ensure accuracy and quality of data reported in the basic education information system and to provide data collection timelines processes and accountability the updates on data collection for school year 2021 2020 2021 is based is anchored on deput order number 27 series of 2019 which was issued 20 of september 2019 and entitled guidelines on the yearly collection of data information requirements and validation processes in the memorandum a paragraph two states may i read all public and private elementary junior and senior high schools state universities and colleges local universities and colleges and higher education institutions offering kindergarten to grade 12 are directed to register and update their learner's profile and quick count enrollment in the learner information system and update the school's profile and other data elements in the basic education information system through the accomplished data gathering forms for the beginning of school year the data collection shall commence this shall start our data collection for enrollment by our quick count enrollment quick count enrollment by grade level and sex shall be collected as a first week of the opening of classes based on actual attendance of learners the quick count enrollment shall be the basis for the post planning activities every fiscal year the next is our official enrollment count the final enrollment count for every school year will be used will be based on actual enrollment as of june 30. for private schools success and lucy's the other schools are out of their schools and confirm trance in if they are transferring in of your schools i'm sure this would reach like about 3 000 something figure of learners so i would like to ask the cooperation of the school heads and the school allies coordinators to please transfer out transfer confirmation requests and then the data corrections this is where your change request will come in then the approval of pending request yes that's what i mentioned earlier we will not approve without the proper sf10 scan copies sf10 on birth certificate of the learner the senior high school system facility facility in the system is still under development because in senior high school that have technical problems but we will resolve that through our request forms just inform the planning you times as needed however only data from the latest uploaded version will be saved in the database next user can change the file name of the template however you like it now sir next one is templates available for downloading will be base the school's cocs the next one you are only required to fill in the white cells sir only the white cells last year maginashay common problems open next is the system will still allow uploading the template with incomplete data any blank data cells with numeric value will be converted to zero in the database next one fill out all the data cells manually so because this data can be accessed can be generated from the lis so in the beis these datas are deleted and then there are also deletion for bis forms that's table 6 7 8 9 10 11 and then there is retained the health and nutrition for school year 2020 2021 that's table 33 and then we have new tables and boxes these are for inclusion in the new form mental health cancer cases adolescent reproductive health or case adapted child protection and then indigenous people's education that is the ipn the common changes for this school year there are removed all data elements that can be generated in the lis yes and then the new cut of date remember school heads we have cut off dates above each table long time ago entered the retro we should look at the dates that are asked the school
