hey friends and welcome back to my channel this video is all about fixing the issue with Valor and you are getting the error there was an error connecting to platform with error code 59. so without wasting time let's go ahead and directly proceed with a resolution first of all in the basic step I completely suggest you to do a hard reset of your router in order to do a hard reset turn off your router unplug all the power supplies attached to your router and then wait for at least 40 to 50 seconds you can even wait for one minute after that replug all the power supplies turn on the router connect your laptop with your Wi-Fi and once connected click on the start menu and type CMD run CMD as an administrator type here recommend ipconfig space slash renew and then hit the enter key once it is done go ahead and launch The Valor end from your Void client and this will hopefully fix out the issue of Valor and there was an error connecting to platform error code 59. now if this will do work out let's proceed to the next step foreign type here ncpa.cpl and then hit the enter key here whatever your Wi-Fi connection is right click on it and choose option properties first of all uncheck the option Internet Protocol version 6. now click on Internet Protocol version 4 and choose the option properties over here now here we are going to use the Google DNS so choose the second option and type in 8.8.8.8 and in alternate DNS type 8.8.4.4 now hit the OK button now close it now again click on start menu and type CMD run CMD as an administrator type here recommend ipconfigs play Slash DNS and then hit the enter key once it is done close it now go ahead restart your PC to fix out the value and error code 59 there was an error connecting to platform if this also failed first of all right click on start menu and choose option task manager in task manager under the processes tab you need to close all the value and processes running right over here for example noid client is running right over here right click and choose option and task one is remaining right click and enter you need to make sure over here there is not any valuent Services running right in the task manager in the system tray also click on this up Arrow key and make sure Droid client or below and related services are not available go ahead and sign in over here once you signed in it may ask you to update the game click on the option update once updated hit the play option to fix out the issue of error code 59 while launching The Valor end now if this method also fails I have a simple tip for you right in this screen whenever you get the error there was an error connecting to platform go ahead and press the alt plus F4 key to close the value red after that open the right client if it is asking you to sign in again sign in once signed in again hit update or play option to fix out the issue of Valor and there was an error connecting to platform error code 59 now if this also failed head over to C drive here find Road games folder whatever files and folders present right over here you need to select all of them right click and choose the option delete this will completely delete the valorent related services and game solar system once deleted open the official website and hit the option play free sign in into your account again after signing in again click on play free and hit the download option save it into desktop once the file is saved run it install the game into a system just follow the on-screen instructions and this will install the white client to you and in turn completely fix out the issue of valorent there was an error connecting to platform with error code 59 so as of now this is all about it friends if this video works out for you I request you to please click on the Subscribe button and turn on the Bell notification icon to continue receiving updates from my channel thank you so much friends thank you for watching
