hey friends welcome back to my channel this video is all about fixing the issue with Valor and where your Valor and point store is not loading or it keeps on stucking at the loading screen so let's go ahead and proceed with the resolution first of all head over to a settings menu click on Windows update and if any update is pending make sure to choose the option download and install to make your operating system up to date secondly hit on this system icon and click on the option display here under the display resolution whichever is recommended or your current resolution I suggest you to try lowering the current resolution for example currently if you have a 1920 into one zero eight zero go ahead and choose one two eight zero into 720 sometimes just lowering the display resolution will fix out the issue of valerian store not loading if this failed let's proceed with the next step right click on your valorent and choose option properties click on the compatibility Tab and here make sure to check mark this particular option which is run this program as an administrator and second check you need to do is to check mark the option run this program in the compatibility mode however if this particular option is already check mark go ahead and uncheck it once this is done hit apply OK button launch your value rent and try to open your store again now if this also failed I completely suggest you to disable any third party antivirus that you have installed in your system specially AVG or Avast because both these antiviruses are conflicting with Road client and in turns gives you a black screen or a loading screen whenever you hit the valorent point store if this also failed and whenever you hit the store option what you need to do is to Simply hover your icon to this particular back option after that simply move the mouse of it sometimes doing this simple tip by hovering the mouse to back button and then off it will load your valorence store or else you can simply click on this gear icon and then cross over here will help you loading valorent store for you foreign however if all this method fails the last stop you have is to completely uninstall the valorent and then reinstall it to uninstall head over to your browser and you need to download a program with the name Revo uninstaller freeware completely free of course download this portable version by clicking over here save it into a desktop once it is saved unzip the folder open the folder and run Revo U port here you need to uninstall both Droid client as well as relevant one by one here is Rohit Vanguard selected and click on the option uninstall click on the continue option now once installation is complete from here click on the option scan to find the remaining Registries present in your system these are the list of Registries that are leftovers so click on the option select all and then click on option delete and hit the yes button once it is done do the same process with value and also once you have uninstalled value rent as well as root client go ahead and reinstall it from the official website to fix out the issue of relevant Point store not loading so this is all about it friends if this video works out for you I request you to please click on the Subscribe button and turn on the Bell notification icon to continue receiving updates from my channel thank you so much friends thank you for watching
