specific products as well as the makeup that i use to make my skin look glowy so have fun shopping these are an absolute lifesaver for any renters or anyone who's working with cement walls that you're not supposed to drill into these are velcro strips that have an extra sticky back to them so you can put the sticky side on both sides of the frame and just stick that baby to the wall how many you use on a frame really depends on how heavy it is but for the lighter ones i usually just use one and i put it on the top and bottom that way you don't see it from the side as you walk by sometimes i even cut it in half vertically just to save i love these because they don't damage the wall i even use them on wallpapered walls but if you're working with the very thin style of wallpaper you should be careful whenever you're removing them but i also love them because you don't have to worry about getting them perfectly level the first time it's so easy to just tear the velcro off leaving one strip on the wall and the other on the back of your picture or whatever you're trying to put on the wall peel off and it's so easy to reposition them and put it back on the wall i really can't recommend these enough and they're so cheap i also love adding layered lighting especially to small spaces so that you can shift the mood throughout the day it creates such a cozy fill in your space in the early morning or late evening and these led lights are a great way to layer your lighting and it's a bonus because they transition well throughout each home you can just move with them these guy to go in your purse they have so many different fragrances they have a lot of inspired by fragrances as well one of the reasons i love the most is because it's actually affordable to try multiple different fragrances because maybe you're in a different mood on monday than you are on friday and you want to smell a little different dossier makes it affordable for you to try new perfumes their bottles are so chic they're going to look so good on your countertops and that's really all that matters any scent is 29 and some designer scents are 50 and if you buy three you can actually save more makeover and i'm pretty sure that it's just one seller out of china who's repackaging them for coupon and for amazon i think they're all the same i love the lazy susan for skin care if you have the extra space for or for oils or spices in your cabinet the riser is perfect for spices and skin care though i wouldn't recommend putting those two together and then there are just so many that you can easily adapt to any space i'll leave all of my favorites and my go-to's in my amazon store and if you're in korea i'll leave you some coupon links as well if you're searching for other retailers just search acrylic organizers and find the size that fits your space best this is the same duvet that i've used in so many of our makeovers for adrian for tony for our previous soul studio apartment for my studio apartment asian bedding tends to be quite different from western style bedding i use ikea as my go-to because it's the best option i've been able to find at an affordable price range that also comes in the larger western king size though i do really recommend the muji downfield duvet it's extra fluffy it looks like a cloud but this is the exact ikea duvet i use in either the warm or light warm depending on the season it's at a really great price point you can throw it in the wash follow the directions on the tag of course and though it might smell a little funky after it comes out of the wash just wait till it fully air dries and the smell goes away the only downside is that ikea sizes tend to be that special size and it can be a little more challenging to find proper fitting duvet covers but it's really the best option i found so i constantly repurchase it for clients i am looking for recommendations for any of you guys for my us or european audience be sure to leave me some links below if you have some other recommendations for dubai covers anyone who's living in a small space and you're in need of more storage and you're not taking advantage of the storage underneath your bed you need to and these are going to help you do that i have a few favorites depending on the style of bed but my favorites are these waterproof bags because it makes moving so easy and i'll also add the vacuum seal bags to the amazon store as well adding items you don't need at the moment like off season bedding or clothing shoes and all that stuff this is a great way to store that so you can free up more space on your shelves alternative sources of lighting can really help transition your space throughout the day create different moods and make you not feel like you're living in the same box all day long my korean apartment has really flimsy ceilings so i buy the lightest pendant light i can find and hang it from the ceiling i feel like as a renter i can always safely get away with putting a tiny hole in the ceiling because when you're moving out no one thinks to look up at the ceilings when you're moving out and it's really easy to patch over with super glue i personally just use these u-hooks and you might need to pre-drill a very small hole or sometimes i just screw them in by hand if you have strong ceilings and you can work with heavier lights go for it there are so many good ones to choose from and you can really make a bold statement in your space without taking up that precious floor space but if you're working with lighter ceilings like i am you still have a lot of good options and the ones i've showed you are my favorites this is another one i'm gonna need to crowd source and that's white towels preferably organic in korea it's very hard to find white towels so i wanted to go ahead and leave my korean source for those of you living here these towels are recommended to me by a friend and i love them and a bonus because they're very affordable though they still are on the smaller side for any long bodies but i like them better than the h m home ones because they hold up better in the wash if you have any recommendations for american or european brands be sure to leave them for me down below so i can test them out i don't know why i was so cheap and waited so long to buy this because this label maker is the and it is truly life-changing don't be cheap like me and actually it's not even that expensive get this for your space and i promise you won't regret it this baby comes with me to every single makeover i don't recommend buying the brand name labels though i think they're just too expensive instead i recommend buying the off-brand version of the tape it works the exact same it's much cheaper and it comes in a better variety of colors but i tend to stick with the black on white or the black on clear you could buy a really fancy label maker with all the bells and whistles but i just don't think it's really necessary this label maker is for everyone back to bedding for just a minute i really like having fluffy bed pillows and the ikea down filled pillows are my go-to they're affordable and they hold up so well but i do recommend buying the waterproof pillow protectors to keep them lasting longer i love adding these to any small space because i think it just creates such a cozy and inviting bed but really that's not limited to small spaces we all want our beds to be cozy you guys know i love a good teacup moment it's not necessarily home decor but it really should be because when you're having coffee in the morning it really makes you feel so fancy when you're drinking out of a white teacup unless it reminds you of your job or something then in that case obviously don't do it i love these iko white tea cups because they're so affordable i always add these to my makeovers because because at tsd we're all about setting that mood wherever you live i've talked about this one before too and that's whenever you can swap out any ugly bottles maybe your dish soap shampoo hand soaps to something cuter and more reusable it really makes your brain feel so much calmer when you walk into your shower and you don't have six crazy bottle labels staring at you here in korea the dish soap is usually like neon green and it really annoys me whenever i see it sitting on the kitchen counter swap it for some reusable bottles and you will thank me later as for the rest of bedding like flat sheets fitted sheets duvets it's really a challenge to find anything like that in korea especially flat sheets or i should say good quality and that's just because korean bedding is very different and that's okay if i'm buying them for a client in korea we stick to duvet covers at h m home though they're very low thread count i find them quite cozy especially the organic cotton variety they hold up extremely well in the wash and in the end of season sales you can usually get them for ten dollars and this is just the best option i found for living here but if we have time and my clients are willing to pay a little bit extra i prefer to send bedding from america to korea and i usually just go through box organ to do that i do love the sheets from pottery barn as well you can even pay a little extra to have them monogrammed like tony did i've been out of america for a while now so
