Used 2013 Tiffin Motorhomes Allegro Bus 45LP For Sale in West Chester, near Harrisburg, PA!

hi folks I'm Ken Miller it's tolled Smith's RVs in Westchester Pennsylvania thanks for taking the time today to look at this Tiffin Allegro this is the bus it's a 2013 45 foot absolutely gorgeous bus I hear you won't believe all the equipment this has the beautiful mirrors outside largest mirror heads in the industry chrome hanging on the front so you don't have to look sideways a lot of brains put them on this side one you got to look sideways to see what's coming up next to you which means you take your eye off the road not a good thing so this is not like that see the spotlight on the top nail down where you're going into your site with some light at night the generators here slides out the front it's 10 kW owning Cummins generator it will run everything in the coach you plug your neighbor's coach into this thing it's that strong you have the diamond shield plastic on the front which makes the front protected from rocks and stones chipping the paint off when the rock would hit it or a stone would hit it look at that how big that windshield is the view is it's just amazing view when you're going down the road in this tag axle huge huge engine coach so why don't we spin around this way we've got the beautiful nice high intensity headlights okay this door that's a doggie window or you can see out and see if somebody's parked next to you now you've got the cameras right up in here the side cameras instead of mounted on the side wall like right here which is where most people mount them on the side wall with separate wires coming down and it's usually not painted to match and you can angle it like it's screwed in and if you touch it or angle it it readjust and doesn't look at the side built into the rear view mirror it's nice to have that done because now it's warranted by the mirror it's not separate wires run there's no bumping into it readjusting it it's beautiful to have it up there much better than having it down I have a keyless entry remote for the door and here's a keyless entry here but this door is wide look how wide this door is and how wide the stairs are it's equal to the widest in the industry period folks there's a docking light okay you look at this tire these are the huge tires these are the three 15 largest tires made for a coach over the road that means you have a lot of flexibility see the height here that goes like this when you drive and it makes a nice soft ride this has independent front suspension also which gives you a 60 degree turning radius and it also gives you that bounce independent wheel rather than vibrating with an i-beam by vibrating the other side when this side hits a pothole take a look you've got a beautiful awning that's electric coming out over the door just look at the finish now you see up top there that box that metal box on the top is an awning that goes down the side it comes out from up there in that box you'd say to me where's the awning alright you got a beautiful TV right here okay that's built in nice Panasonic all the equipment is name-brand just a beautiful setup right here you've got a full window awning you look at your MIT windows and their counter sunk in they're heavily tinted they're not called frameless put there I think better than frameless because when you're brushing with a brush washing you'll hit here instead of the edge of the glass and you won't break the glass the frameless windows hang out when you're using a brush to wash you hit the edge of the glass and you can break it all right now compartments we're talking 45 foot so there is a ton of compartment I think I'm just going to start flipping through the compartments by the way see the chrome handle on the compartment door it's a step up now when you look here you've got a fridge freezer that slides out on the tray pull the pins that slides out beautiful extra outside freezer fridge storage the folks this is a full timers coach or what the heck go on the weekend why not you've got a slide-out Joey bed that goes either side there's plastic bins to help with assortment feel this door listen to this door closed the most solid door in the industry Bar None there is nobody that has the door that's more solid than these doors look at the storage in there that's the ladder for the back to extend it this these compartment doors are remote keyless entry also more storage there's your aqua hot that's the 450 D which means it heats the engine also and preheats from the engine it heats the hot water and you take a look toppers over the slides beautiful paint job there's paint on the ends of the slides you see here it wraps around the slide will show you a better side of that when we get toward the back that Bay right there is all your sewer tanks going across there's another docking light this has the tag axle which is beautiful what happens is you can tow anything with this and also when you point the steer wheel on this with one hand it goes where you pointed there is no going back and forth because you have this because you have them too dependent front suspension because you're 45 and it's heavy you point that steering wheel it's going there it's not swaying the tractor trailers go by they sway you don't take a look at this finish here there's your outside vent even painted to match they don't do chrome they paint it to match so it blends in that's for your washer/dryer here's your engine start batteries and this is an electronic compartment so it's not a storage compartment and if you notice everything here is labeled so that you know what they're doing you don't have to be like looking for paperwork and whatnot to know where things are now if you look at other RVs they have one taillight with this the bus we put two separate lights on so everybody knows what you're going to do if you're going to make a right or a left or stop everybody sees that hugely they don't question it they know it now look at the exhaust right here it's up high out the sidewall that way you're not bottoming it out when you go up through a steep incline into a gas station or your driveway it's not hanging down under the bottom like all the other brands this one's protected up through the sidewall you've got a beautiful mud guard on bottom with the chrome with your name on it Allegro you've got your hitch here your 15,000 pound towing hitch and look at this this is a you have a side radiator in here which means when I open this guess what you're gonna see you want to see that big bad boy engine sitting right there look at that this is gorgeous coach folks right here's your fuel filters your air filter your radiator check your oil fill your trans fill your hydraulic power steering fluid it's all right here here's a little light that's on a 10 foot electric cord so that you have a drop light but you know what anything it's so easy right there's your air filter to change your air filter if you had to change the belt on this the drive belt it's right there I can put my hand on it side radiator the nice thing about a side radiator folks is it doesn't take horsepower from the engine a side radiator has its own hydraulic pump turning it instead of a rear radiator has the shaft hooked right into the drive shaft it pulls 20 horsepower off the engine to run that rear radiator and when you're going down the road all the stuff from under the coach as you're going for comes up and out and through the radiator and clogs it so if you're out west while we go around the Sun if you're out west what happens is you start that your engine starts to warm up you pull into a Freightliner dealer and the Freightliner dealer says oh yeah your radiators clogged because all the junk coming down through your coach over the years and going up through the radiator so the first thing they do no matter what is a power washer radiator on to your engine then wash your engine then you start running cool again well this here's the side radiator right here that doesn't get jumped through it because it's on the side so it's nice clean stays clean easy and keeps you nice and cool which keeping the diesel cool is the key the whole game look how gorgeous window warnings on the side here docking lights again now this is great you're gonna love what you see here you've got your power hose reel right here you've got the button right there for it you got your filter for the whole coach pump switch there's your here's your hand soap here's your levels for your tanks now you got a light right here outside shower city water or tank fill cable input or satellite input and the tank flush the sewer tank flush but one of the beautiful things about all this is it's a polyethylene compartment that can be scrubbed clean here's your paper towels and all that so it's a great compartment everything's built in right there here's your electric cord reel what I love about that electric cord reel is as your you put it down on the ground you're going to get sand in it and some dirt on it you know you just pull it out but I like this watch this put it there that's it everybody else you got to feed it down through a hole or you got some cheap foam thing but look at this it's so easy now what do I do I hit a button but if it was dirty I'd hold a rag here and hit the button and a rag would clean the hose or the electric cord off there's your filter for your hydronic system there's a troubleshooting light lit sensor for the aqua hot aqua hots what you have in the Prevost motorhomes by the way we've got storage here stored here let me open this one up for you this is a slide through it goes out the other side or this side there's the two extra chairs for the dinette you hear that close and it's solid listen to that here's your six house batteries okay what you have is six golf cart batteries deep-cycle marine battery listen to these doors close folks more storage more storage and more story right here's your an area for your fuses here's your air hose hookup so if you want to hook an air hose and put air in the tires or watch something spray something off but see the labels here for the fuses that are in here you know it's power control headlamps which Maplin right-hand turn signal you know what everything does you don't have to guess folks for any fuses that are in here there's your full fuel fill it's just beautiful let's go inside it's a lie below I can't talk about out here but we got to get this done as you walk in you're walking in on like chorion okay nice nice area look at this I'll take a second to give you a view Wow impressive but not just impressive-looking its quality it's gonna last for you this is a 2013 come on look up here this is just impeccable I mean on the left side here you have a driver's window folks it's electric opening and closing driver's window and it's so big that I could put my arms and my shoulder out to look back I like to do that once in a while right here you have Auto level you hit a button and it automatically levels the coach you got hydraulic jacks that go down to do that now because this is the big engine what it has is a two-speed Jake brake it's a real Jake brake it holds the valves closed to give compression to slow the engine down okay to speed Jake brake they don't have that in your small 350 s 363 80s engines now right here this is called a smart steering wheel it's got the cruise control all set up on it you've got the windshield wipers and then there's a paddle back here for change in the radio stations and right here there's paddle adjustments so you don't have to reach away look away from the steering column not a good idea the pedals slide in and out on a track okay the beautiful there's your setup right here this is your spotlight turn it on adjust your spotlight Jen start your 12-volt power ports solar shades in the front take a look at this beautiful shades look at that isn't that gorgeous look at that this is beautiful this right here is a what's it called north south east and west and a rear-view camera you've got your beautiful TV set up right here here's storage more storage stores everywhere you look there now here's where your awning electric awning is it's set up it's got the wind sensor on it beautiful set up your 360 view and your HDTV you got the fans on here just to give you that little extra bunk of breeze now I'm gonna swing this around let you see something see this this is not just a normal chair this is an incredibly incredibly comfortable look at the size of this thing I mean this is a real recliner although folks look right there's another recliner so you've got a set of recliners in here this is a true recliner now one of the nice things about this is when this opens up you flip this up and I have a desk now for me here at the recliner you've got the fireplace which is cosmetic or it's a 5000 BTU heater you've got the big-screen TV everything's brand-name Panasonic Panasonic okay if you look at the cabinets here there is no hinges showing these are high high high quality six-way adjustable european-style hinges folks everything in this is the highest of quality this woodwork here is real this isn't a piece of foam it's real wood okay throughout the coach now right behind here that's a table that fits in the Ottoman right here so that fits over here for the couch but you know what how many recliners do you want I've got one there one here this spins around but when I sit here folks I got another one and then this is a hide-a-bed also right here so this is a high to bed you've got recliners two of them here this slides in for when you travel I I just can't go on I just but I have two so look at this tile floor the the work that goes into putting it in is setting it you feel this it's flush this is all computer cut laser cut tile setup here's a nice counter space or get rid of it pull it away if you don't want to use it today slide these huge drawers out now this is all tile real ceramic tile look at this this is just gorgeous now this is one of those see this here take a look there this is a that's one of those beautiful like a barn type farmhouse type sinks you know that is just built right into the counter there's no compromise on this coach folks this is an all electric coach you don't have propane on board the nice thing about that is you can go through the tunnels you don't have to stop for any tunnel right here induction this is induction so you touch it it won't matter it's on you touch it you won't feel it now if you take your wedding ring and you put that against there when it's on the metal will make sense with the magnets in there and you're gonna heat up the wedding ring but look at this convection microwave even though you have a stove dishwasher it's not my hands it's the Machine floors drawers and more drawers everywhere look at this drawer why would look at this oh my gosh look at this is this just like crazy this goes out of the way and you get below it is this unbelievable you showed me another coach in the u.s. that has this kind of storage capacity and it's thought through as well as this look at this drawers I mean this is all real wood there's no laminates in here these aren't press board or anything like that this is the top of the top without going to $2,000,000 right here nice drawers right here's a filing cabinet or with the lips already on there throw your files in there okay you're all set right here the table look how far out it came the buffet I call this a buffet and right here you put your plate there's the two extra chairs remember we saw them in the basement right here you've got your computer desk okay you set your computer on there down here here's your pullout for your printer folks there's no compromising this coach oh here give me one second I want to show you something right here take a look at this this is a portable remote control for putting the shades up and down so you're sitting in the coat couch and the sofa and you you want to take and put down the shade you turn that on you hit rear slide they shade and you put it down it's going down right now I mean golly is that nice or what now this if you want to leave it on the wall instead of have it portable there it fits okay now right here this is a 110 refrigerator with the outside water and ice dispenser humidity controls folks it's a Maytag you know that guy has no work because of the quality of this thing okay I want you to take a look up at the ceiling this is a true tray ceiling the ceiling is higher than this normal ceiling and then they raised it higher and put real wood all around it most brands what they do is they'll screw something on the bottom of this ceiling to make it look pretty up there this is a true raised tray ceiling they threw out the trim ring for the fantastic fan and built a true cherry fantastic fan now on this side of all the coaches ducks with returned sucking air into the three roof air conditioners this side is blowing air down from the three roof air conditioners and you do have your three zones in this coach which will is just incredible you can change if somebody's sleeping out here or sitting out here it can be different than the bedroom temperature all right let's head on in oh what's this oh what's this central vac toe kick you sweep up the nice tile and you let's sweep it right in there don't even have to lean over to turn it on now I want to show you something stay right there don't come in here yet I want to show you this this isn't just another beautiful feature of a high-end Tiffin look at that beautiful door huh come on in folks take a look at this you got a king bed in here alright so you got a king bed with an air mattress that is select sides of how the hard the pressure is you got a fan up here 12 volt fan okay you've got your lights your direct lighting back here that you can point to each person you've got your bulb lights up here windows on both sides of the headboard padded headboard okay your light switches are over there you've got this is a hamper so you can put your dirty clothes in there you've got drawers doors more drawers you've got the Panasonic TV and you've got your Direct TV for satellite here there's two of them so you can watch something different in the front TV than you have in the back TV and then right here is your stereo system DVD system right all heading behind there now to take a swing near right there and we got a half bath take a look at this so this is a bath and a half unit look at the tile work there you've got a porcelain toilet substantial size fantastic fan just look up at the ceiling woodwork with the lights hidden behind the moldings there isn't it just beautiful this is absolutely built like a high-end quality library in the white house I mean that's how this coaches looks feels smells and is built this is another beautiful divider door look at this and I'll tell you it's heavy don't get your finger caught between there it would hurt it's a heavy solid door now you've got your beautiful beautiful back bathroom this you got to stand back a little bit and take a look at this vanity setup look at this vanity folks I mean look at the legs on that the feet on that storage is phenomenal storage is just outrageous three-piece chrome grease ball bearing runners it is just outrageous these sinks are built-in to the counter there's no seam for you to have to get the toothbrush and clean it out real tile backsplash and this thing it's built into the wall this isn't an afterthought and look at the you don't want this to swing around and hit anything so let's put a cable there the detail is just crazy I want to show you watch it close just simple well it is oh my gosh folks this is elegance but quality it's not just looks it's not all show it does go right here's your shower one-piece enclosure fiberglass with a skylight up there I mean have towel bars everywhere towel bars there towel bars here now I've got another room here okay it didn't end right here I've got a window I've got a nice place to fold my clothes from the washer dryer that's right here stacked washer dryer okay so I've got even invented air in here air conditioning I've got the lights in here lots full full with hanging clothes and then three drawers and storage and that nice counter for doing that put hooks on the back of the door here so that you have somewhere to hang the towels or whatever also folks let's head up front I
