hello fam this is just h j and I'm back with an unstuffing of my 50 envelope Challenge and also my 100 envelope challenge um so we'll be working to pull the money from here and then we'll start in the 50 envelope challenge so let's get started we'll do them one at a time let's remove the envelopes and I'll just place the envelopes back here I have extra like $7 from what is that Susan the Anthony coins from the train station so it's only $7 worth and I'm just going to keep them but just so you see them one 2 three 4 five six okay so we got $1 $2 three it's four five six [Applause] so guys sometimes when I couldn't find change I would go through my one my single um and I would just make change for my singles and then after a while I had such a hard time um getting to the bank and so I just started eventually I started rounding up so when I did um my both of these challenges what I used to do was just the high low method so say if I was doing $50 so if I was filling the 50 envelope then I would just put a 50 in um when I got to 40 I would do 40 in one and then 10 in the other to make 50 and I did that same thing for my 100 envelope challenge so I kind of um set everything up kind of the same way so I used to always save every time I got paid um $150 went into um this 50 envelope Challenge and the 100 envelope challenge that was automatic um it did take me longer than um it should have because um when I kind of fell off on my Hiatus um fell off during that time in September um I actually at that time started um that's when I started experiencing like a lot of difficulty um it it just wasn't even about um uploading my videos I was just having a hard time with uploading either it not being a good time the house is too noisy too many people in the house overcrowded um no space to really record to make the video and then also um just the noise level right even today um I have this face free so I said let me you know let me jump in my niece is upstairs in the room my brother's not here my cousin's in her room so I was like you know what let me jump in let me do this and I'm trying to get it done as quickly as possible because I know I know for a fact my brother's going to be here soon so I'm going to stop talking so I can fast forward through some of these parts [Applause] TR un hi in here [Music] so that is it for my 50 envelope challenge um over here wait how did I mix that up I'm so bad y'all see that I don't have an elastic band so I'm going to take my tie my hair tie I'm not going to use that for now until I pull one out so this is my 50 envelope challenge guys you're not going to believe this so I sto to um make something to eat for my niece and I thought I hit record and it wasn't recording I kind of already unstuffed um this is from my 100 envelope challenge um I I just can't put it all back in this book so I'm just going to leave it be I put some of this back in um the book I did put some back in just for the sake of stuffing but I just can't this is still my 50 envelope challenge so I don't want anyone think I'm trying to do anything shyy or funny this is the money from that and then I'm unstuffing also my 100 envelope challenge so guys I left some in here I restuffed them back just so I can have some pull out some somebody need to pull out and I have it all in all in the tray already with no footage so sorry guys you didn't see me pull all of this money out um unfortunately I thought I was recording but I wasn't so yeah I'm recording again so I apologize for that and I'm just going to take this money out oh come on and we will un stuff I was going to restu this whole booklet but I was like M like it took me a while to unstuff it to put denominations back in here and I'm not even sure how they they were in here so I just put some back in just so I can pull let me just close this for now and let's just divy out what I do have this is on the low side I can't believe I did that but guys I'm so excited that um this savings challenge is over um it did take me a little over a year um and that is partly because um I actually stopped um so I think maybe like September and October I didn't really put any money October or November I don't think I really put any money in so when I started back like December adding money I think I only did one one um pay uh paycheck that I applied money and then um after that I didn't so then January came and then I completed um I started putting money in on each paycheck and for the most part actually I shouldn't even say I put in my pay check um when my cousin would pay me I would use some of her money if not all of it in most cases to fill up the 100 envelope and the one and the 50 envelope challenge so my cousin lives with me and she's actually going to be moving out soon which is a a good thing for her she's ready to go and she gives me money and most times I just keep it as clay money for myself or just extra money um or I'll put it towards my en my cash envelopes um back back when but things have gotten extremely extremely extremely tight for me like this last um I say 12 15 months it has really gotten bad like I never seen like things like my insurance has gone up tremendously like all of it like household I mean homeowners insurance um autom mobile insurance it's just like um common charges we we were we were dealt with a lot of things and I had to um come up with $3,400 for um an assessment charge here um which took place in the beginning of the year so I didn't have all the money save for that so I did have to um take the money from my savings account and so took money from my savings account to meet up with the rest um to meet that bill and it's just been one thing or the other and then it came that the work didn't even begin because guess what my um rest of my neighbors didn't pay their portion so the um contractor was like mm you don't have my money I can't start the job and he would not start unless he was going to have his full payment so something that they said was going to take 3 weeks is now taking um it's been about a month and a half already a month and a half I should say and I'll probably insert some pictures in um I'm waiting for all of that to get fixed and I'm probably more than most likely putting my unit on the market but I was just trying to wait for my cousin to move out so it's not like I have to get an extra space and then down size and nobody wants to move twice right so um I'm just trying to figure out what's the best way to handle my situation then not only that to um my job I will be at the end of the year probably sooner I won't have a job my job is transferring my uh position to um New Mexico I me to New Mexico to Mexico excuse me and so they brought in a staff from Mexico um someone said oh they didn't ask you if you want to go live in Mexico and I was like why would they ask me to go live in Mexico when they can hire people from Mexico that would work a lot less for a lot less so um yeah they they weren't offering it they didn't offer it they just offered us um they did offer us a package and um that's pretty much that um at the end of the year I am trying to figure out you know what's the be the best next best thing for me in this transitional um time um you know I I can say um truly um they're doing okay by us um but you know they're not going to give us like a lot you know an extension on medical or none of that that that like probably and year if we don't have all our stuff done so I'm trying to make sure I get all of my appointments done now before the end of the year so that um you know I'll be pretty much okay come when it all hits the fan so we'll see what happens um I'm not sure which truly which direction I want to go in yet so that's why I was like let me save this money let me get all this stuff done I just recently did my income tax check so um all those things just going to my savings so I'm just setting myself up so that I will have okay so guys the booklet is empty now um again I had lost the footage I didn't press uh record so I just put somebody back in there in those sleeves and it was just too much to restu so forgive me guys um but I just couldn't even I couldn't even tolerate trying to uh restu the entire 100 envelope so I I just took the shortcut and I hope you guys forgive me on it so we got 20 20 my niece always says Auntie why you got to make everything a song I don't know why I do that but yeah I I like to make things into a song not that I can sing or anything but you know I don't know I just do that sometimes I know I stuck that 10 in the wrong place man my head is hurting guys I was sick for a couple of days I don't know what that was that got a hold of me but I'm telling you it had took me down I'm still not 100% so I think I may um stay home but when I tell you m it was not it was not good let me make sure this is real cuz my we ordered some um prop money for my niece so she could learn how to count money and when I tell you in um her stepmom had used it um she was teaching this um class to like um these kids through her her her job some sort she and she and I let her use the prop money but sometimes like my my nieces have it led around people like oh you call this money laying around I said this is not real money that is um that is prop money but it looks so real so sometimes you got to look at looking at the money because I was like I don't want nobody jacking me and I did have um a little situation but that had really disgusted me back in the um right before Christmas time I well right at the day after Christmas when I was um putting stuff away and trying to figure stuff out is when I I I realized that my envelopes some of my envelopes were empty um so I had like my envel were um I had my singles so as I would cash in my singles I would put like the 50 or the 20 or whatever into that space and so in my envelope I only had1 $190 or so right 190 but in the other envelope which wasn't my envelope it was it was um my niece's envelope it had about $55 in it and when I went in both of the enes only had about $27 in it [Applause] and yeah so that was a problem for me that was a big [Music] problem a big problem and then um there was a discussion the money was put back eventually but you know you don't you don't do that like you should never touch anything that's not yours and um it's just a valuable lesson but you know you feel like it's your space your house you should be able to leave anything you know like my mom used to always say this my house if I leave something it better be where it's supposed to be when I look for it I don't care if I leave it in the kitchen floor in the middle of the floor like you better walk over it don't pick pick it up just leave it there but you know my mom she would never leave nothing in the middle of the kitchen floor but that was just her saying like I don't care where I leave it like you just don't touch it and that was her saying so guys all right all right all right all right so I will be counting this up just give me one moment okay so I went out over last week and I took $70 out so I want to put it back in yeah I was stealing from myself but it's okay for me to steal from me I just don't like it when other people steal from me so one five 10 20 50 and 100 so I only 1,000 so I got 1750 one yep okay so for my 100 envelope challenge guys let's see we're going to start from the top here so it's 75 + 280 + 890 plus 2020 plus 1750 plus 100 I don't know why I thought I was going to have more than that but my total that I have saved is $ 5,115 plus my 12 88 is 64,000 oh yeah that's a good number $ 6,43 $6 6,43 between both of my savings challenges here so I'm going to take this I'm going to stack it up 100 and let's kind of discuss what we're going to what I'm going to do with this money okay so this is the 1,000 envelope challenge and this is the 50 envelope Challenge and then I also have the $7 Susan B Anthony's I guess I need to go make my way to the bank to give that money back okay guys so all together between these two I have managed to save $6 6,43 okay it took me a long time I don't think I ever want to do another 100 envelope challenge although I did buy all of my besties a 100 envelope Challenge and we said we're going to save that so when we turn our next milstone we're going to probably take a trip to Europe so so we'll probably have to save that twice twice over so that's it for me today guys uh thanks for watching
