Unreal Engine Marketplace May Sale 2024 | Top 10 Assets & What To Buy | Up To 70% Off

hey guys and welcome back to another Unreal Engine Marketplace video today we are talking about the May sale which means you can save up to 70% off on over 2,000 assets from now up until the 23rd of May which is next Thursday so today I'm going covering the top 10 ones which I found and some great assets for you to look at and there'll also be a link in the description down below so all of the assets I'm talking about today as well as the whole Marketplace page as again we've got access to thousands of different assets in which we have up to 70% off until next Thursday so without further Ado let's just get right into it and we're going to start with the PCG biome River generator interative foliage tree water so this looks absolutely amazing and is a complete solution for procedurally generated water rivers lakes and swamps it fills terrain with water plants and bushes according to desired water level interactive foliage with complex wind and each individual Leaf reacts to wind as well so this features interactive foliage which is photos scan assets and it uses nanite so no lods are included complex hierarchical wind so each Leaf re extra wind and this is compatible with mega scans trees as well PCG blueprint actors so it populates your landscape with water and foliage ambient and interaction sounds and there's also a season feature in this as well now obviously you can tell that this is a beautiful looking scene so they say on here that the current recommended specs are 12 core CPU at 3.4 GHz 64 GB of RAM an Nvidia RTX 380 or 4060 for frame generation support and at least 10 GB of vram but like I say this one looks absolutely fantastic at the moment it's only supported on engine versions 5.3 and it is normally £680 on sale it's currently £74 and next up we've got the mega pack horror animations seven packs so this animation pack is a complete set of animating monsters demons Reapers mutants Undead and other creatures there are seven different packs within this buying this bundle gives you access to seven amazing different animation packs for the horror genre so you've got attacking searching damaging and death so these animations are rigged to the Epic skeleton and they do have ik bonus included as well and there are 183 different animations within this bundle 26 of those are root motion and 157 of those are in place so I think this one looks fantastic again there's not really much to say about this except that you are getting access to seven different packs with a total of 183 different animations in the horror genre normally this is £51 and 51 but on sale this is £45 and 45 so a big saving there now we have Soviet people laborers so this is high quality 3D models of Soviet laborers man and woman so on top of that as well there are also four animations and models of pickaxes and shovels included within this too so this features cloth simulation of the woman's dress four custom animations pickaxe and shovel models and simple mobile friendly shaders so this is rigged and it is rigged to the Epic skeleton with ik bones included there are two working animations and two idle animations included however obviously because it's rigged to the Epic skeleton you can just retarget those animations over as well the animation types are root motion and there are two characters the vertex count of those characters being 12,548 for the man and 10,34 for the woman there are six materials in material instances with 11 textures and the text resolutions being 512 and 4K this one is normally £18.92 but on sale is £5.67 next up we've got the replicated simple joint system so this is a replicated system with features like night vision Compass battery and signal strength so this system features Ro tasing propellers a zoom function and a horizontal compass for easy navigation you can keep track of the battery life with a draining system and stay connected with a distance dependent signal system the Drone also adapts its noises based on proximity and includes night vision for low light scenarios you can get realtime distance information and it's also very easy to debug one thing I will say from the video is it looks like they've got meters instead of centimet for example in one of the places it says the character is 300 M away where I believe it's actually just 3 m and 300 CM but that will be very easy to fix and modify so this is fully replicated and it's 100% blueprint and all of that is commented you have a detailed drone model with rotating propellers included the horizontal Compass feature zoom in and out feature and a battery draining system there's also distance dependent signal system and distance dependent noise system there's night vision distance to object and character features it's easy to use and debug and you also have a drone screenshot system so this one looks absolutely fantastic this is normally £18.92 but on sale it is £5 67 next up we have the advanced Archer AI this is an extendable Archer AI with built-in Patrol components and it supports teams and it's also multiplayer ready so this features seven Behavior trees three states that can affect trees customizable Patrol pass with variable speeds multiplayer replicated there are teams as well you have a basic health and damage system a modular Patrol path component animations are retargeted from Spyro Paragon you have ragal death and it is 100% blueprint so in total there are 41 blueprints within this the input is keyboard and mouse and it is Network replicated so again there's not really much to say on this one you can see it perfectly here you have an advanced Archer AI with Patrol paths all using Behavior trees and this is also fully Network replicated as well normally this is £ 3786 on sale is £135 next up we've got the modular classic style American 20 house pack so this is a highquality modular house pack with 20 fully furnished houses for Unreal Engine and it's optimized for Lumen so this features original designs modular parts that snapped the default grid with both movement and rotation seamless exterior to interior designs furnished Interiors Dynamic Global illumination and reflections with human emissive material interior lights optimized for Hardware R tracing 3D facade and roof details high quality doors and windows origin point for doors on hinges so you can actually program them to open and close modular landscaping around houses swimming pools but not water included and low poly vegetation so this all looks and sounds great and there are 521 unique meshes with 92 materials and material instances and 73 textures with the text resolutions ranging from 1K up to 4K so normally this is £151 but on sale it is 4545 now we've got heroic flight and this is blueprint components and an animation graph for a flying superhero this pack features blueprint components for creating a superhero with laser shooting eyes seamless animations for fluid flight V effects for laser flight screen effects and groundbreaking and an advanced camera Behavior system to expand cameras in your project so it has an AC fly component to allow a character to fly and fire lasers AC camera manager to activate the dynamic camera placements animation blueprint ready to be linked to any existing animation blueprint already and an advanced camera Behavior system to create and jump between gameplay cameras so there are three blueprints within this and this is not Network replicated this one I think looks absolutely fantastic as well especially just for the VFX if that's all you need but the whole pack looks great this is normally £52 and6 but on sale it is £15 62 next up we've got polygon tropical jungle nature biomes sis is a lush tropical island teaming with life where every corner holds the promise of hidden treasures and the Intrigue of potential booby traps a rich and vibrant environment is ready to be Unleashed within your games so in total there are 200 unique meshes and the assets can be broken down into 135 in the environment and these are various different types of trees bushes Driftwood ferns flowers rocks Cliffs corals and waterfalls and each of them come with their own lods and bioluminescent materials there are also 13 buildings and these can be Shacks modular temple ruins rope Bridges and modular docks there are 27 props for example shipwrecks whalebones planks barrels crates and torches and there are 16 terrain materials that mean grass sand rock temple ruins and coral there are two vehicles with those being raft and canoe and there are 26 particles those being Birds bubbles clouds crabs dust fireflies fish Turtle smoke Sunbeam and waterfall impact there are 27 materials and material instances with 47 textures and those text resolutions are ranging from 64 up to 4K ordinarily this pack is £ 52 and6 but on sale it is £5 62 next up we have basic baseball movement and this is various movements of baseball players and these animations look very very high quality they look absolutely amazing very smooth very fluid and they are all done by professional motion capture team so these are absolutely amazing animations so this asset is composed of 218 highquality motion capture animations and the animation Clips consist of all looping animations as well so again there's 218 so I'm not going to cover all of them but some of but some examples are are warming up walking idle swinging missing running striking catching throwing Bas sliding kicked away essentially anything you can imagine a baseball player doing is within this pack you've got everything here you need so this is rigged to the Epic skeleton and there are 218 animations all of which are both in place and roote motion there's one character and three materials IM material instances and one thing to know however is is that not every single animation includes finger movements however the vast majority of them do normally this is 66 and 27 however on sale it is £1 1988 and finally last but not least we have the Highland booy abandoned cabin so this is a nanite ready modular abandoned house so aboy is a type of cabin in the Scottish Highlands that are typically free for hikers to stay in and this modulate environment supports both Interiors and exterior to create your own Haunted Cabin to your desired layout with support for multiple floors as well so this features modular assets to make building fast and clean some highly detailed Nite meshes consistent high texal density for detail textures up close blueprints for preconstructed cupboards lights and switches and consistent simple Collision on Floors walls and stairs for smooth movement in total there are 173 unique meshes with 12 blueprints and there are 10 materials and 107 material instances with 388 textures with the text resolutions ranging from 128 all the way up to 4K normally this one is £47 34 however on sale it is £42 and with that I think that'll be it for this video of
