oh my gosh oh here we go oh here we go over this oh here we go baby alright so right now we're headed down from San Francisco to San Diego and Jocelyn are in the back seat here in the front you know sign in the front Charles coming to San Diego for some tuna fishing hopefully the question that's our main goal we're waiting in traffic but you know if you drive more than three hours in California you got to stop by in and out of course oh yeah lunch time oh my god I was such a long drive oh so much traffic took like 12 hours get from San Francisco to San Diego crazy well got some stuff to get ready for the morning and gotta get up early so see you in the morning good morning Mission Bay welcome back to outdoors chef life I'm taco and this is chef Hiroyuki turn out a good time here on your afternoon and we made it we're out here in San Diego took off from Mission Bay area and now we're heading down south more into a little bit of Mexican waters and we're gonna be fishing for tuna today and hopefully we can get some bluefin tuna maybe yellow fin maybe yellowtail let's see what happens uh-huh yeah I'm really excited shoot me yes ooh oh yeah another catching cook so this is our day three of our collab this weekend right so day 1 day 2 successful now day three yeah I think if we do it couple of day come back to guys hey oh yeah I'm so excited to get some tuna yes bluefin yellowfin yellowtail that's the name of the game today sizes ranging anywhere from thirty pounds to sixty pounds up to some Jumbo's of well over a hundred pounds well most of the game right now is going to be finding breezing puddling raking fish and either thrown poppers stick bait surface irons into them and getting hookups that way the other one will be for the yellow kid will be mostly on control and then as it progresses throughout the day okay cool it's a quick run our run yeah you know we'll probably get set up after that sounds good let's get it done you know yeah he looks sleepy Oh [Music] [Music] oh this is crazy I just seen some proof and to her jumping all there diving the birds are diving we're gonna get there oh the jumping over there [Music] [Music] [Music] laughter we're gonna do it we're gonna work off here together I'm gonna move you up there she's home when I go slow - okay okay they're just jumping out of the water push oops yeah now they're still going right here here we go Oh Oh Joe right here oh my god they were so close huh that was like the closest one coming up to another one it looks like waves I got creating waves slow and here we go oh here we go over this pulling here we go going huge school of them j-law baby yeah Duff when a certain beat they're literally right next to ya I actually went to the right over there all right no fish yet 11:30 so we tried throwing some jigs throwing some poppers and right into the schools and go ahead it was crazy seeing those fish just everywhere but no fish yet we did some trolling for a little bit nothing there maybe a couple bites but that's about it but let's do it I'm ready well then find those schools again catch them right in there this time we're gonna get on one yeah yeah oh my god oh my god I'm shaking oh it did it we did it I can't believe it it's one o'clock and then we saw this pop-up Johnston right into a jump tomorrow got to put stuff on it and damn we got him on the boat oh yeah what a day they were teasing us all morning there was so many of them you know we're casting right into it but captain Markey was saying that they're feeding on anchovies and micro bait so it won't go for anything else it being picky but in the afternoon casted it right into them in a small boil and boom got them on cooked up on toss it to me and then I reeled it in Oh about a 50 pound bluefin tuna oh yeah that's a workout about EE all 50 pounds right now in one sitting shout-out to Tyler from Mission Bay fly fishing for link me up with Captain Mark to come on this charter so thank you my man appreciate it thank you guys for watching if you liked the video make sure to hit that thumbs up please don't wait hold on we're not done yet we're about to go cook this thing well actually we're not cooking you know we don't cook who cooks tuna I'm gonna eat it raw sashimi I want to make some new et soci me I think chef Ferrell I think he wants to make some tuna dome buddy want to come back and do it again all right so mean chef hero here we're gonna do a little tag team and fillet this bluefin that we just got first we're gonna take the head off we're gonna take the collar off and we're just going to do right down the middle take the top fill a take the bottom fillet and do the other side same thing up there good so stay so cool take their coat of the perineal dodo steady [Music] so chef here he's gonna cut off the collar right now just come up booth in collar there's a lot of meat there as well 4050 pounds so it's not gonna be like super fatty but oh yeah it still has that comma total so here we're doing a go my little shoots on it flip it we're gonna put in a July okay there's the belly fillet there [Music] yeah [Music] [Music] that bottom fillet there turn it around there it is the fire looks beautiful okay let's see shimmy Oh super fresh super frustrated I don't know if you guys ever seen anybody eat this part of a fish but check this out so oh yeah marrow right mm-hmm yeah people just don't do that if you know a little salty a little fishy but if you put a little ponzu with it it's really really good but it's like jello salty fishy jello blue can have the most fat content of any tuna delicious it's time to bust out my yogi that's that blood line right here so I'm going to take that off and then I'm gonna take the skin off as well yeah I'm gonna hand this off the hero type-c tell him we're talking about this way I've never had tuna like that really yeah yeah so we're just saying that is actually too fresh to feel good but it's it's so fresh that it's very chewy but if you aged it you know a couple days then it's got the meat will become soft gonna become tender and it's just break apart in your mouth right what the flavor is really good fish sushi chefs that's it right guys leave Gary happening while sabe on the bottom put a little more than that shape it first flip it Rebecca mas succubus enjoy from Steve the table that's what this is come see this sushi no it's still so good go ahead good especially to know finger-licking good -
