The home workouts-- I mean things that are easy, simple, that you could do in your living room. I don't lead this charge. I turn it over to my trainer, Ronald "Boss" Everline. What I tell you about calling me Ronald? I'm the black knight. I got my sword. - You can't work out in this suit. - I can work out in it. Put the sword and the mask down. I'll take the hat off. Oh, God. Why do you have on the-- - What are you doing? - I'm fully ready to go today, guys. We're about to have a good workout. And I need y'all to help me with this. Brother. Brother. These exercises today are gonna be real important. And I need y'all to help me count. - I got-- - Don't touch my ( bleep ). If he get outta line, that's why I got the sword to chop his damn head off. That cannot go-- Lay it down. Lay it down. Unbuckle my belt. - What? - Unbuckle my belt. I will do no such damn thing. Hey, boy, unbuckle my belt. This how we gotta do the exercise. - Come on, go. - All right. So the first move I got for you today, Kev. We're gonna use these push-up walkovers, right? You know how I like to be creative and have fun. Fitness is fun. It don't always gotta be complicated. So every time we get to a cone, we need you guys to count me right here. And we're gonna come, and we're gonna come back for 12. Okay, all right. - Breeze through 12 push-up walkovers. - Let's go. Let's go. I need y'all to help me count. Let's go. Ready? - Set. Go. - Here we go. - Come on, baby, and one. - One. - Two, come on. - Two. - Three. - Audience: Three. Come on. 11. 12. - Hey, man. - ( cheers and applause ) I'm really proud of ya. That's the first time you've ever finished all the reps. I finish my reps all the time. - Keep it going. - All right, now we get the side kick through. Right here. Right-- If you see-- - What'd you just call this? - Huh? - You called it a what? - The side kick through. - A side kick through? - Yeah. - The side kick through. - Okay. The bad part about doing these exercises with Boss - is every once and a while he'll make up a name. - Right here-- Hey, hold up. - I'm trying to make-- - What's the name of this again? - The side kick through. Audience: Five, six. - What's the last one? - No, no, we got two more. So he is gonna do some squats, holding the sword up. - Say it again. - A sword. - Say it one more time. - What is this? - Say what you just said. - A sword. Holding my arm out like this, what is-- What is this doing? It's keeping your chest upright, keeping your core engaged, and I want you to get dipped - What? You want me to get what? - In the squat. You heard what I said. I'm not gonna repeat myself today, 'cause I'm talking to the people on the camera. - You want me to get-- - What happened last time you made fun of me? Back up. Back yo ass up. I'm not worried. All right, ready? And Operation Get Depth. Here we go. Oh, yeah. One. - Yeah! - Two. - Yeah. - There you go. You see he's doing good form. Gotta make sure you pay attention. - Keep your chest up at home. - Yeah. You could do this in the living room. You could do this at the park. You could do this at the gym. No matter where you at you can get the work done. And I'm getting good depth. - Audience: 12. - Yeah. Yeah. We're gonna do plank walks. - You can't do 'em with that. It's gonna break. - Yeah, you can, 'cause-- - Imma hold it. Imma hold it. - It's gonna break. Can y'all ask him to hold it for me? - No. - Audience: Hold it. - Hold it! - Okay. - Damn! I gotta ask you for everything. - This is-- I can go right here. Oh, my God. Here we go. Right here. That's it, baby. So-- So how do you want the people - to do that at home. - I just did-- I challenge him. - I challenge you. - Oh, okay. I just wanted to know if the people at home was supposed to do that. Can y'all tell Kev to shut up? Audience: Shut up! - ( Audience laughs ) - Boss: Damn! Hold it. Shut your cone-shaped head ass up. All right, here. Ready? Go. Keep your core tight. Back up.
