are gonna be real important. And I need y'all

I got for you today, Kev. We're gonna use these
push-up walkovers, right? You know how I like
to be creative and have fun. Fitness is fun. It don't always
gotta be complicated. So every time we get to a cone, we need you guys to count me
right here. And we're gonna come, and we're
gonna come back for 12. Okay, all right. - Breeze through 12
push-up walkovers.
- Let's go. Let's go. I need y'all
